I recently had this company come to my home to pump out my septic. The sales guy sold me the service and offered me a 12 months warranty after my septic was cleaned and pumped out. He was very informative about the work. So, the server guys recently came to my home to investigate an issue with my septic. Upon arrival, the employee (Ben), was not very friendly (VERY DISRESPECTFUL). He turned on all my pipes and saw the water was flowing into the tank and told me **nothing is wrong with your septic**. The septic water level was all the way to the top and the service guy said they would not pump out the water. Terrible service from someone who represents a company with ratings. I would not recommend this company to family and friends.

Get a quote in writing, watch what they are doing so they do not tamper with anything else. Verbal price they gave me was increased by 100.00 when time to pay.

I am very happy with Peterâ s plumbing. They came out to check on my leak issue very fast and helped me resolve the issue! Would happily use again.

Waiting for the water heater, they call us after we made appointment to replace the all water heater, cancel twice after I take two days off from work, they fail twice on the appointments, very irresponsibles , I still waiting for my 400 dollars back from my deposit, still not a water heater.

They are unprofessional and don't back up their work nor guarantee.

Worker(s) came out. Performed Camera inspection. Could not find leak. Was told they would perform an Alternate test to locate leak. Kept getting the run around. Week after week I was asked for my information(AFTER they had already been to my house and ran the camera) and was told I would be **put on the schedule** ; It is July 10th of 2020. I first made contact April 21, 2020. I tried to exercise patience due to the current pandemic. Time to find another company.
