I hired this company for a shower leakage. After paying 1,200 usd, on a new valve + labor, the leakage was still unresolved, because they said I needed to change a second valve, which I refused to pay. So, I hired a second plumber who showed me how the first valve was improperly placed by this companyâ s plumber The valve ring was torn, causing the leakage to continue. Also, I found out from the second plumber that the valve was actually FREE when ordered directly to the manufacturer under a parts warranty. I still canâ t believe I had paid all that money for a free part and still have the leakage!! And by the way I had to file a false claim with my insurance co. because the plumber from this Co. first said I had a massive leakage, which turned out to be false. A lot of improvisation and trial and error from this company.

To say very disappointed is an understatement, I did chat with one of your customer service representatives Royers who told me he was going to escalate my complaint. I have been using your service for sometime now this was the first time I have been completely dissatisfied. The problem is it was a crucial problem and I was left helpless, because instead of fixing the problem, the plumber they sent made the situation worse and they charged me for doing basically nothing. I had to hire other contractor who actually fixed for 150.00 I wasted 250.00 on this company for not fixing anything.

Made an appointment for Thursday between 9 and 11. I did not get any call, I called them at 10:50 and they told me their plumber had an emergency. They could not make it after 1:30. I live in a condo and you so post to schedule an appointment for somebody to come in I missed A-day of work. Totally horrible service. Do not hire these companies.

When you need plumbing done, call Peters Plumbing and ask for Brian and Maikel. I needed emergency services yesterday after 5pm, they came. They arrived within 1/2 hour of my call, they were courteous, efficient, respectful and quiet workers WH did not leave a mess. They identified the problem, saw another potential problem and got to work. I am very satisfied with the work and with workmen! They were true professionals!

I hired Peters Plumbing to replace a dated water heater as required by my homeowners insurance. Peters plumbing was the first on my list of contractors to potentially replace the heater. After the two plumbers who came out to my house gave me an estimate, I told them that I had to compare them with 2 other companies. They told me that they would be able to give me a discount and that they would be able to replace the water heater that same day. Mind you, this was a Saturday when I had the day off from work. I agreed for them to replace the water heater that same day for the discounted price (still $1300 plus a $65 credit card fee - the heater itself cost less than $500). A similar water heater was used to replace the old one. Before leaving, the plumber told me that he had doubts about the wiring of the new water heater. I paid them the full amount and they left. Two hours later, I found out there was no hot water coming from the faucet. I called the company the next day and they sent two other plumbers to troubleshoot the following day (this was on Monday when I have work). They told me that they needed to access wires from a locked box with an FPL label on it. I told them that I did not understand what the problem was. The previous water heater was working fine. Replacing the old heater with a similar heater does not require any wires from the locked FPL box. They insisted that they needed to access the box and they left. I then had to coordinate a time for FPL to make a visit during the week (also during my work schedule). The FPL technician looked at the water heater and could instantly tell that the water heater was not wired properly. I then called Peters Plumbing to demand a refund and to remove the water heater. I finally got a hold of the field manager, who was very nice and knowledgeable by the way, and he told me that he would be able to fix the problem. I agreed for him to fix the problem with the understanding that there would be a discount for all my extra time spent and for the inconvenience of not having hot water for a week (I might as well have been taking showers at the beach). After the field manager fixed the issue, he said he would be able to offer a discount on a future plumbing job which was outrageous. A discounted price off of a premium price with a company that I had a terrible experience with does not ameliorate the problem. Unfortunately, he was not in power to give a discount on what I had already paid. After several phone calls day after day to Peters Plumbing, I finally got a hold of the manager who had the power to give a discount on what I had already paid. I explained the situation to him and the negative experience I had with the replacement. The work was to be completed on Saturday when I agreed for them to do the work. Otherwise, I would have paid hundreds of dollars less for another company to do the same job. I do not blame the two plumbers who came to troubleshoot. I blame the management for not sending the most knowledgeable person to troubleshoot the issue to begin with. It was very difficult to reach someone who was able to give a discount. That manager told me he would get back to me about the discount and never did. I even called back several times to the phone number he called me from and to Peter Plumbing mainline again. I even called HomeAdvisor who contacted the main office and spoke on my behalf about my experience with them and my trouble in trying to connect with the manager. The field manager should have come out, to begin with, but did not. The price I paid was for the job to get done the same day. It cost me more time and money than an alternative. Terrible customer service. Definitely do not recommend.

Peters plumbing I the worst company ever, not only that the broke floated my apartment with the negligence of the workers, they run away without giving any solution and left everything incomplete. Never call back to finish the work and give a solution or just saying sorry for all the problems made. please, do not use this company, if there is a problem they will not give a solution and they will run away.

I am very satisfied with this service. Quick uptake: the plumber made a site visit one day to estimate and the next day the job was done. Jose Roman solved multiple plumping leaks in bathrooms with 40-year-old fixtures. He is efficient, skilled, and neat in his work. I also appreciated his punctuality and courteous manner. He communicates so the client can understand the scope of work and its cost. His work invoice gives a clearly written record of the visit. And finally, he is meticulous about wearing the required COVID mask while working in your home. -Thanks, Jose!

I called this company in January to install a kitchen faucet and was charged over $300 for labor. I paid it and reviewed them well because, in this day and age, it means a lot if a contractor actually shows up and does work when you pay them. Now in October I am changing my review because I am beyond upset. My hot water line, which they installed in January seems to be clogged and when they came out in October, they did not shut off my main water line, so there was gushing water at the early stage of the work. I ran and turned off the water myself. Then the technician, who was very nice, said he did not have the equipment to clear the line they installed in January, so he called his boss, who proceeded to tell him over the phone that it was the faucet that needed full replacement again. I spent almost $600 in the faucet and their install in January and now this person is telling me i have to pay it all over again, without trouble shooting the problem in its entirety. I was horrified my kitchen was going to be flooded and now this. The supervisor was asked to call my husband for more clarity and i asked the technician to please leave my home, and thanked him for coming out. I am highly disgusted at what appears to be a plumbing company clearly taking advantage of a consumer, that happens to be a return customer. the plumbers who did the install in January are apparently no longer there, but the company supervisor never called my husband and did not stand by their work. BEWARE AND DO NOT CALL THIS ORGANIZATION. They even blamed it on the city of Sunrise saying they had water issues. I have lived in Sunrise for 15 years. Never had water issues, nor do I have them in any other part of my home except the faucet they installed in January. Disgusting behavior. Will NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN
