Jonathan and his crew were exceptional. He called in advance to explain the procedure and estimate potential charges. A written estimate was provided. After accepting the estimate, Jonathan scheduled the service. He called before coming and arrived when he promised. Work was done efficiently and neatly. Jonathan discussed resolutions for any issues I've had and worked to find solutions. I highly recommend this company and will use them yearly to check and lubricate my shutters before hurricane season.

It went well, they came out & they were very friendly, they assessed all our needs & they communicated clearly about the price & the time of the service. they came on time when they said they would come, & they cleaned up after themselves, every time that i called they are always their to answer my calls; they made sure that i understand all the things that they were doing & how the shutter would work. they have a wonderful customer service.

Shutters needed new wheels on a couple different occassions, and also had to replace rollers on sliding doors, and serviced the shutters as well. He treated me so well! I didnt look at other options because I was so impressed by how he was when he came out. He is very knowledgeable, and has good references. We haven't had any further issues with the shutters. He shows up on time and has good communication skills. He was flexible with me on timing, and rescheduling if needed. The only had to cancel once when it was too windy outside and it was a safety concern. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. His demeanor is really someone you are looking for, for this type of job. They have so much experience in all aspects of this category of work.

This company did an outstanding job - great experience. I found them as they were doing alot of work in our building. Jonathan has great customer service and communication skills. They were respectful of my property - cleaning up as they went. He explained the project throughout the job and showed us how to operate the shutters efficiently. I highly recommend and defiantly will use in the future.
