Pacific Hurricane Shutters

As usual, the company gets the job done! They are vey efficient, and always leave the work area clean. Thank you PHS for the work well done.

We were advised that certain work just could not be performed without rope access. The tenant in the apartment then managed to unlock and open this particular shutter themselves. Not good enough.

The two men who visited on June 24, 2020 arrived on time. They did their work effectively and efficiently. They found that a lock needed to be replaced and that a wheel on a sliding glass door on the balcony needed to be replaced. They had some difficulty closing and locking one of the shutters on a window, but through persistence and cleverness discovered the way to do so and showed me what worked for them. For each of the latter reasons I rated them as Excellent.

Pretty good except for the fact that the cost of repairing a single carrousel of a shutter cost almost as much as the whole maintenance price ticket!

Last year I used Pacific Hurricane Shutters to repair and adjust the shutters in one of my rental apartments. They did such a good job that this year I hired the company to service all my shutters. Their technicians, Percy and Carlos, did exceptional work. They arrived on time, were careful and efficient and answered my questions. The company isn't cheap, but worth the cost. I'm pleased and will definitely use them again.

I called today, and ten minutes later, I was told that they could arrive here today between 2& 4. I jumped on it, and so thrilled that we did. great company, lovely people.

Good. Originally told would need motor replaced, but when they inspected it, only some minor repairs were needed and they adjusted the price accordingly. Jonathan from Pacific Hurricane was a pleasure to deal with.

This family-owned business came out and evaluated the needs of the repair. It took several trips to get the proper parts to repair the shutter. Workers were friendly and did a good job with proper notification of appointments. Amazing how hard it is to obtain repairs of items that have some age on them. Pleased with work and their work ethid.

I had a very good experience. My accordion shutters needed maintenance and some panels were stuck. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely hire again.

Two workers arrived and the job took not much more than an hour. As they were leaving, I asked if they had cleaned the tracks. One of the workers responded that he would clean the leaves out of the tracks, but did not. There was debris in the tracks when I inspected after they left. When I called the owner, he explained that the maintenance did not include cleaning. I was disappointed to find out that the maintenance did not include cleaning. I felt that the price was too high for the service provided (replaced two screws, lubricated 5 accordion shutters). I never received any estimates for the additional shutters.

The guys did an excellent job and was very professional. They were on time and they did not leave until the job was finish. They ensure that the shutter was closing correctly. I will definitely hire them again. Thanks Jonathan and to your crew for an outstanding job. Katreena
