Small office with eight computers had various network and individual computer problems. Techy came out the day I called. He was very knowledgable and fixed every problem, improved the network and left the computers running better than they ever had. I forgot to address one issue and called him the next day. He fixed it free of charge through remote accessing the computer from his smart phone. I would use them again.

I was having several problems with my computer: too slow, needed a clean up, take off computer programs I didn't use, and the most important was when I tried to start up the computer it wouldn't start. Well NuAge fixed all my problems except the one where it wouldn't start at times. I think because it would do it only some of the time, that they thought the problem was fixed when it wasn't. So, that is why I would hire them again.

Certainly overall, it has been, and continues to be a wonderful experience. Obviously Elliott has great teaching skills. I would recommend him for any installation problems or lessons for inexperienced users.

Thursday evening I used my computer and then turned it off. Before it shutdown, upgrades were being downloaded. The next day (Friday) I turned it on, but it did not boot up and frooze up. I turned it off and tried to reboot but it would not open. I tried again on Saturday, but the results were the same. Around noon time, I checked Angie's List for a computer repair company. NuAgePC was at the top of the list and I gave them a call. I told them (not sure who?) my problem and they took my information. They telephoned me back that a technician would arrive between 4 to 5. About an hour later, I received a telephone call from the technician (Bryan Mesas) saying that he was available earlier and close by. I said that was great and come right over. He arrived shortly after that. I explained and showed him the problem. He quickly found the problem and at first thought that he had to remove the computer and take it to the shop, but then determined that he could fix it there. He explained to me the problem and what had to be done to fix it. He did that and reconnected everything. He also updated my spyware/virus protection. He tested it out and it works great. The repairs were handled in a very professional manner and well worth the cost. I will definitely use NUAgePC in the future for my computer repair needs and also recommend to my friends.

I used them because of the high rating and the Angie's list discount. Although technician was very prompt and friendly, the computer did not show the problem while he was here. Instead of looking more into it, he left and once he was gone the problem was back again. I called them back and after several tries was finally in touch with the technician again. We worked on the phone and he took over my computer (long distance), and checked it and so on. Although the virus search appeared negative to me, he said it was a virus problem and had me try a new virus protector, but forgot to take the old one off. As a result, my computer was hacked two days later and had to have repairs costing approximately $400. One of the things the new technician told me was that two virus protectors invalidate one another, which left my computer wide open. I had over 40 viruses before the computer was repaired. It was a nightmare.

As mentioned, server was giving me a registry error and I was unable to download a program for online back up. This is over my knowledge of computers and our regular tech is no longer in business. I researched Angie's list and nuAge PC popped up. We called and immediately were given an appointment with a two hour window. They were there on time, and promptly began to work. Problem was fixed and the other issues were addressed. They were prompt, professional, very reasonable rates and very knowledgable. They did other odds and ends that needed to be done with other computers. Our office is very satisfied and will use them again when necessary.

Poor comunications, almost threatening towards me. Felt like my computer was being held hostage. Owner seams nice and professional, but his employees/tech contractors were not.

I called NuAge PC and left a message. I got a call back from Elliott, the owner or the manager, in 5 minutes. He sent Josh Hartnett to my house. Josh needed to take the computer to their office to repair it. It was an operating system issue. I was skeptical about anyone taking my computer, but I let him take it. He wasn't sure if it could be repaired, and he told me this. He was back with the computer by 10 am the next morning and the computer was repaired. I would definitely use this company again. This business is very professional. They did everything a quality business should do!

I met Elliot, the owner, at a friends house where he was doing an installation. I felt very comfortable with him and double checked Angies List where i found nothing but positive reviews. I wanted security cameras for the longest time but could never find someone I trusted to do the job. I am glad I waited, NuAge PC did a fantastic job. Elliot and his assistant Jose were very professional and knowledgable. They took their time to install everything without taking any shortcuts. They were very neat and made sure I was satisfied. They took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel very confident that they would take care of any problem that might arise. I am already looking forward to having them do some other services in the near future. Thank You NuAge PC for you professionalism.

This company shines!!!!! Mr. Elliott Mason came to my home the same day I called for repair. He was punctual, professional, and told me what he thought might be wrong. He was not rushed or abrupt, but instead patient and more patient with my endless questions. This amazing patience was present through all of my phone calls and text messages. Once he was sure of the issues involved in the repair we discussed alternatives, costs, and he provided links to the alternatives we discussed. I was able to make a decision that worked for me, and he corrected the problem and my cost was very reasonable and as he initially quoted. When he returned the laptop he installed several additional features necessary for both my laptop and my husbands, and actually ended up spending a much longer time than he anticipated, however he did not charge any additional cost for that. Elliott is the consumate professional and I would recommend him for both individual and business repairs. In all, I was extremely pleased and relieved. As a bonus met a most interesting, kind, knowledgeable and reliable professional who is honest and even with computer compromised people as myself, exceedingly patient!

I had purchased a NuAge PC special offer through Angie's List, which save me money and introduced me to NuAge PC's services, which otherwise I might not have tried. Manny spent about three hours here. He was patient and thorough and a pleasure to work with.

I chose this company because of the Angies list reveiws and was not disappointed.They could not have been more helpful or accomodating. They fixed 2 laptops for less than most would charge for 1. HAd it been able to be done remotely then it would have been done withing the hour. As it was the problem was much more complicated. I would highly recommend them, have already given out their number and they will be my go to company for all computer and printer issues.

i could not connect to the internet. now, i am a pretty savvy tech person, so it was only after about 2 weeks of not having internet that i decided to call nuage pc. i had looked up their info for my father to call them a few months ago bc he got a virus which disabled his computer. he told me he was very happy with elliot, the owner, and with manny, the gentleman whom came to his house to fix his computer. well, my father was right! manny is great! he came out THAT NIGHT to fix my computer. it was not an easy fix.. he tried everything and was there for a long time. he finally fixed it and they charged a flat fee of $89. my only regret is that i didn't call them sooner. very very happy with their work and professional demeanor.

They provided service for me six months ago. They were very good. They came to the office and picked it up. Unfortunately they could not retrieve any of the files which I was really disappointed about. They offered to set up Microsoft word and office but I didn't call them back to get that help. I thought they were really good, I was disappointed about my computer but then they probably didn't have any control over that. I would recommend them and in fact if something happened I would probably call them again. They were very accessible and responded quickly. It was nice dealing with them and they were very personable. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and provided good service. They came, picked up the computer and even returned it back to school. I didn't have to go to some place to drop it and pick it up. Pickup and delivery was part of their service. I've been satisfied with them so far. I'm glad their service is available to be able to recommend them to people and leave feedback. I've had people who have referred me for repair work, roof and things like that which have been thoroughly awful. I haven't compared the price before I had the service done. They got the virus out of my computer but I just lost my files. I don't know if they could have retrieved them because they said that the viruses could get in the other files but I don't know how they could be in my files. I probably should call them to find that because they said they would be available to help me with that. I've used them twice, once for my laptop and once for my desktop.

I am so pleased I picked NuAge PC to repair my laptop. I called Elliott Mason, President & CEO, and told him I believed I was having a hardware problem - the screen showed a partial blank area, about 2 inches wide, running from the top to the bottom of the screen. We made an appointment for the next day and he arrived right on time. Elliott confirmed it was a hardware problem and took the time to open up the screen and make sure he had exact number of the replacement part. He then put everything back together so that by reducing the view window and dragging it to the right side of the blank space, I could still read emails etc. He then took the time to Google the part on Ebay and show me availability and price. Within a couple of days, he called and said I have your part, I can come by and install it this afternoon if you are going to be home!?! While he was here, I asked him to install additional memory, a 2GB chip which I purchased and then wasn't sure how to install. I asked him to help with virus detection as the laptop was running poorly and freezing up in certain programs. He got one of his colleagues, Manny, to start working on the software problem remotely and they put in a lot of time installing updates and ridding the system of viruses. Josh, another colleague, was in the area and stopped by to help Manny with a problem which could not be resolved by remote access. You wouldn't believe how well the laptop is running now. My business is picking up and I really need reliable equipment. What a relief to know a company like NuAge PC will be available to help me in the future. All the members of the NuAge PC team I dealt with, Elliott, Manny and Josh, were just excellent - very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. These guys know what they are doing and you can rest assured, they'll get your computer problem resolved.

Had a complete system crash from a recently installed h/d that was provided also by NuAge, but do not attribute the problem to them. I had retained the original hard drive that preceded the newly installed one and NuAge was able to rcover my system and almost all my applications by imaging the old drive to the new one.

The technician that came to our house was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He told us how long it would take to repair it and they were prompt in delivering it back to us. We will use them again.

One of our computers would not turn on at all even in safe mode. NuAge came out took the computer offered to give us a loaner. The computer had to be reformated. They backed up all our files reformated the computer and brought it back, installed it and also updated all our virus protections and reinstalled all our files. They also had to call the company that provides our management software since the computer is on a network. They worked with the software tech and remapped the network. We have used this company numerous times and they are very professional and will spend all the time needed to fix your computers at a very reasonable rate. They have worked several hours to get rid of viruses and download free anti-virus programs and only charged $85.00 for the service call.

I hired the co. after looking them up on the list and spoke with Elliott who was very professional and had good customer service skills. He sent a technician to my home the same day who helped me trouble shoot my computer problem (bad modem). He also installed a printer for me and was very professional and nice.

They are very courteous. They do great work. Their prices are very reasonable. The approximate reflects an average amount spent.
