Team Elliott is THE BEST AGAIN!!! My boss is 86, her flat screen is Heavy! Comcast could not finish their work until the TV was removed from the wall mount & the wires needed were located & made accessible. Elliott responded to my initial contact w/in an hour & here in less than 24 (not an emergency) & had the work wonderfully done in 15 minutes. They could have milked two service calls for this job, but did not. They were polite, extremely efficient, on time & VERY reasonably priced. They also left the TV/working area cleaner than it was before they arrived. I will use NuAge PC for ALL of my future tech needs (I used them twice before, for my home computer, which is why I called them for my boss - I knew they would make me look good!), and I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing expert, professional computer repairs &/or tech installations!

I use my home PC for a number of things including work. When my PC stopped working Friday morning, I panicked! I started researching companies and contacted a few, no one really got back to me in a reasonable time. NuAge PC, responded quickly and sympathetic to my panic. Guillermo called me and tried to triage the issue over the phone. Nothing was working. So he agreed to come out Saturday afternoon and fix my problem. First and foremost, he was on time! If you live in Miami long enough, you come to learn how unreliable service work is. So when someone shows up on time, its a big deal for me. It shows respect and professionalism well above the average. Guillermo identified my issue (really bad virus corrupted my system) and over the course of several hours go me back and running. He recommended much better antivirus and malware software, fixed an unrelated wifi issue i was having, and setup an external drive and backup drive. After he left, Guillermo worked on the PC remotely and even followed up with a phone call and text on Sunday to make sure everything was working as expected. I am 1000% satisfied and definitely recommend them to anyone having computer problems!

NuAge PC did an EXCELLENT job in getting this project completed. I moved into a house with existing CAT5 wiring in the walls. I knew of 2 places where the wires were shared with telephone jacks, and the wires had no connectors. NuAge PC figured out that there were 5 locations by going in the attic and tracing the wiring, and figured out that all the wires came together behind a wall in the laundry room. We then found the other 3 places where wires were shared with telephone jacks. They then put connectors in each of the 5 places, dug a hole in the laundry room to pull the 5 wires in, and added a network switch in the laundry room so that everything is connected. Now I can have high speed internet throughout the house, and expand the WIFI range by using those connections.

Not only was this accomplished, Guillermo Rodriquez successfully assisted in the installation of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, converted my email to Microsoft Outlook which included all my previously lost contacts. Guillermo Rodriquez was and is a life saver.

It was easy to contact and schedule the provider. They were punctual, worked very quickly, and did a great job overall. I would definitely rehire them for any similar jobs in the future.

I turned to Angie's list and found NuAgePC. I took advantage of an offer of $79.99 for 1 hour of technical support and the computer was repaired quickly with no additional cost. I was very happy to have found NuAgePC and would use them again.

He was not able to replicate the problem and determined that it might have been caused by a loose connection to the power supply. He evaluated the system, cleaned up some files and suggested routine maintenance things that I can do to reduce the potential of the problem occurring again. I felt his evaluation was well worth the cost.

I contacted Elliott Mason at NuAge PC concerning a really annoying virus that hijacked the web browser on our home desktop computer. He was extremely candid in advising that depending on the complexity and maliciousness of the the virus, that there was a possibility the computer's operating system would have to be reset/reloaded, in order to insure elimination of any deep-rooted registry infections. I subsequently set up an appoint with Eli, one of NuAge's technicians, who showed up promptly and spent the better part of four hours analyzing and eradicating the problem, as well as cleaning up our hard drive to improve its operating efficiency. Eli was extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient in explaining step-by-step what he was doing. The good news is that web browser hijacker (Safesearch) is not designed to compromise personal information, as it is to flood your browser with annoying pop-up merchandise ads. I definitely plan on hiring NuAge again to do some other computer-related work at the house.

It turns out that my problem was not a big one but the technician (Robert M.) was very helpful in improving my home office computer configuration and gave me excellent advice on protecting both my equipment and data. I will use this company for any future technology issues.

Made one phone call and Elliott had a technician at my house in 20 minutes who expertly diagnosed and solved the problem. I'm not computer literate to explain all of the details on how my computer was fixed but the services were prompt, courteous, professional and technically proficient. The repair took longer than expected but they are able to remote access and continue to work on the problem off site. I needed an external hard drive to back up my files before they did a restore to factory settings and the tech bought one for me and brought it with him, saving me the time and effort of going to the store which was much appreciated.

I called NuAge pc 2 week ago for a possible virus that had infected my computer. Robert Mondry came out to my home and resolved the problem. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. Another issue, unrelated, came up this morning. I called Roberts cell phone # and he talked me thru it. Even though it was his day off, he took my call and was so helpful. I will definitely rely on NuAge pc for any future computer problems.

He was on time for the appointment, went over what I had told him on the phone was wrong with the computer to be sure of what I needed done. Got right to it and corrected everything to my satisfaction, then he made suggestions to improve the computer based on what he saw above and beyond what I had detected. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and professionalism. He even encouraged me to text him if I had any problems with using the changes he made. I did contact him a couple of times and his responses helped me through the process of understanding how to use my computer to its maximum.

They scheduled the work for the very next day from them receiving the request. Very quick response. Bryan performed the services. He called to let me know when he was on the way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very in tune with I.T. and know when people know their stuff or don't really know their stuff. Bryan showed he has a lot of experience when dealing with hardware and software and that would make me inclined to use their services again in the future.

Very satisfied with the installation of our cameras. Crew was courteous and professional. Will recommend to others and call again for future service.

Needed serious update on both my IMac & my husband's PC. Bryan came up to Davie and took care of everything in a very professional manner. His boss Elliot did some great work at our Miami apartment which is why I bought a lifetime membership. Wonderful service!

I sent a message via Angie's List, and the owner contacted me almost immediately. We set up a service appointment. The technician, Eli, arrived when he said he would and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He solved the problem with my printers and computer audio system. I don't know a lot about computers. He also made some changes so that the computer is easier for me to use and is faster. He added a link that I can open and allow them access to the computer remotely to diagnose any future problems. There was a little "glitch" the next day, which he was able to diagnose and correct using the remote access link, without another service call. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any computer needs.
