Computer works better. Didn't receive any paperwork from the provider for the work that was performed.

The work was performed efficiently and pretty quickly (overnight in most cases). They are very professional as well as friendly and helpful.

Offered to try again and, if successful, I would pay double 1st amount! Also deleted programs which I use.

Very personable, knowledeable young man. I had a particular printer he was not familiar with and I was impressed with how he was able to figure out what to do inspite of never before having done what I needed. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing in regard to everything he did. I will probably call his firm to send someone over every year just to keep things running smoothly. (I am totally computer-illiterate).

It was great! The provider arrived on time at the set appointment. I showed him the problem with my computer and he worked on it. It didn't take long for him to repair. I even received a guarantee for (1) month.

I called NuAge PC and they came the same day I made the call. Within three hours, I had the field technician, Eli Gonzalez at our home. Eli was a true professional and very knowledgeable about technology problems. The owner of the company was very courteous on the phone. He called twice to update me on when the technician would arrive to our home. Eli arrived on time and started to work right away. Our home computer and wifi along with the internet connection (AT&T/Bellsouth) was not working. Eli ran several computer test and inspected all computer equipment to see what the problem was. Eli even assisted me talking to the folks at AT&T. He found the problem rand fixed it right away! We also had problems with our router and Eli fixed this too. Eli informed me of the many services NuAge PC provides (TV connection, security camera systems and more). I asked him for some help with our TV. Eli assisted me with this as well. He went just a bit over an hour and did not charge extra. Thank you!!! I highly recommend NuAge PC!

Wired house for stronger internet signal

NuAge diagnosed the problem, recommended a stronger wireless router, installed and configured it and voila! My system has worked without a problem since then.

Everything went better than planned. Elliott & Sharif removed an old flat screen TV & mounting bracket, installed a new mounting bracket & much larger flat screen TV (both customer provided). To my delight, they were able to connect existing, in wall, power & HDMI cables to the new TV without needing to re-wire. They even re-centered my surround sound center channel speaker above the new TV.!

Technician came to my home right at the scheduled time, worked on my PC to eliminate any risks, speed up system, stop pop-ups. Excellent and professional young man--will definintely use in future. Gave me his cell phone in case all was not right

They provided an excellent service. It was 10 out of 10. They are dependable and they come when they say they will.

Bryan was on time, polite, and professional. He completed the job in less than an hour but took the time to make sure my laptop had all the necessary updates and cleaned up the dust. He gave me lots of tips to help avoid issues in the future. I will definitely contact NuAge PC in the future and have already recommended them to a few people. Thanks.

Didn't cost too much and was Soooooo much better than four hours on the phone with someone who barely spoke English and who begin all calls with "turn off the machine and disconnect....." And did I mention, not crawling around the floor behind the desk to unhook a basket of snakes? Yes, I surely will use them again.

My husband was extremely pleased with the professionalism and knowledgeability of the technician. His laptop was repaired quickly with time left to spare.

Nu Age PC solved a computer problem in my home. I had a chronic wireless connectivity issue with my wifi . I live in an old home in Coral Gables with very thick walls, this created some dead zones thought the house. Elliot the owner came to give me an estimate and started the work the same day. There were still some connectivity issues that lingered, but was prompt in responding by sending members of his team to trouble shoot the problems and got them solved. I was especially impressed by his professionalism, work ethic and willingness to guarantee his work. I highly recommend Nu Age PC.

Bryan from NuPage came on time. He was professional, courteous and did a great job on my laptop. My computer is now working so much faster and efficiently.

They were terrific. They're punctual and got right to work and took care of everything for me.

In a word ? excellent. I had been having some problems with my Asus i7 PC and numerous calls and e-mails to Asus customer service representatives were nothing but a waste of time. I contacted Nu Age and they sent Bryan over right away. In a matter of minutes, my problems were resolved. Brian went over everything with me so I knew how to use all my newfound functions and then he started checking everything on my PC & peripherals. He asked if I would like a few improvements and he went to work. He then de-crapified a slew of unwanted software which I did not know I had. Thereafter, he checked everything to make sure any changes made worked properly. Then he provided me with an optional list of peripherals that I might want to upgrade to for increased performance and a more stable platform, like a cable modem, router, etc., More than I expected and you cannot do any better than getting more than expected.

The best experience I ever had , the IT Bryan Mesas was excellent, he was the nicest young man ever, explained everything about the computer did more that I ever expected, now thanks to his knowledge I can use my new computer.i will highly recommend him and will use his services again....thanks Bryan and thanks Angie!!!

I waited for a reply to him and didn't see it at first, then I opened my email and saw that he replied soon after I bought it. I didn't think to check my messages so I already schedule someone else, however. He was professional in the email and seemed anxious to do the work, so I will certainly consider him in the future.

Very good experience, Brian knew exactly what he was doing, very competent, punctual and informative, and at a reasonable price.

I have had good results from Angies List and NuAge PC is yet another great example. I called and spoke with Elliott who advised a Technician would contact me that afternoon. Later that afternoon I received a call from Bryan Mesas to advise he would be arriving in about 45 mins. Bryan arrive on time and upon entering I said to my wife " look they sent us a Young Geek ! " (meant in the positive). Kidding with him I told Bryan that "Heck I've got socks older than you!! " This young fellow is outstanding and truly knowledgeable. There was a minor problem the next day, call Bryan and he corrected it remotely over the phone. The service was prompt, fast, efficient, accurate, and professional but friendly. I definitely will use NuAge PC in the future and will recommend them to my friends and associates.

He was here for two hours and did a great job getting both of my computers running perfectly! I was amazed at how fast he was able to get them working! He was wonderful!

.I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH NUAGE PC'S FIELD TECH'S COMPUTER SKILLS, HIS PROFESSIONALISM, AND FRIENDLINESS. I GUESSED OUT LOUD THAT HE WAS STILL IN DIAPERS WHEN HE WAS INTRODUCED TO COMPUTERS.ON REFLECTION, BRYAN RESPONDED THAT HE WAS PROBABLY STILL WEARING THEM AT NIGHT.
