I hadn't expected to buy my new TV when I did, so I was very grateful when I called NuAge that evening and Elliott able to squeeze me in the next day to do all my unmounts/mount tv installation work. Everything was done quickly, expertly and efficiently and they cleaned up every scrap before leaving. He was running a little late, but I was so happy to have the appointment and so pleased with the work that it didn't matter one bit. I would definitely recommend.

Eli was on time, in fact a few minutes before. Very professional. I had a new wireless printer to be installed and connected to 3 devices. He did that and refreshed a laser printer and walked me through what needed to be done. It was great and I highly recommend them.

My computer crashed, I contacted them through Angie's List and a guy came out the same afternoon. I will call them for any future needs.

The technician (Eli Gonzalez) arrived on the scheduled date and time. He worked on my computer, indicated to me I had viruses, which was the reason for my computer operating slowly. Before leaving, my computer was still operating slowly, Gonzalez left a virus detection system on it, and said in (2) weeks he'll return, take off the system and place on another. But my computer is still operating slowly. I contacted NuAge once again on Sunday, 11/16. I left voice mail messages stating the problem. I thought someone would call on Monday. No one ever called. On Tuesday I contacted them once again. I spoke with Elliott Mason explaining the entire situation. He said he would contact Gonzalez. Gonzalez called me minutes later. He tried to resolve the situation over the phone, but no effect. He told me he would be at my home on tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m., and if he couldn't make it, he would call. Gonzalez never came nor called. THIS ISN'T BUSINESS MINDED!! IF YOU WEREN'T GOING TO KEEP AN APPOINTMENT WHY TELL A CUSTOMER DIFFERENTLY!

He found a serious connection problem with the ATT connection. The rest od the day was contacting and getting ATT to fix it properly. For the first time, ATT came the same day and stayed until 10pm to fix that issue. I will again call to complete the other issues.

Bryan was wonderful! He is so very knowledgeable regarding Apple products. He updated all the items on my Mac in Miami and then he remotely updated my Broward I-Mac. All is working great since then. I am very grateful that he is nearby. He has the most knowledgeable and accommodating tech I've every used and would recommend him to anyone who needed work done! I cannot say enough nice things about him. Prices are incredibly affordable also.

The service provider was totally unresponsive. I left them a message but they never called me back at all.

I am screaming, out-of-my-mind, HAPPY!!!!! I make my living on my computer so I need it running properly 24/7. I was not able to use my external hard drive to back up my computer every week. Have been dealing with Tiger Direct (and previously CompUSA) for years until now when they want $100 (which I didn't mind) to keep my computer for 2-3 days minimum (which I cannot afford) to fix a 5 minute problem. I recently signed up with Angies List so I decided to see what she had for computer repair. She had a coupon - $44 for one hour - AT MY HOUSE!!! I was apprehensive but decided to take the plunge & try NuAge. Josh was wonderful: he immediately diagnosed the hard drive problem, turned me onto a software program which will allow me to do the kind of backups I need; looked over my computer, making helpful suggestions to improve my computer's performance. For an additional $45 (I burned up my pre-paid 1 hr on the 1st computer), he looked over my 2nd computer - that has windows Vista (OS from h***) and got that straightened out & running faster. I now have the tech support that meets my needs at excellent prices!!! I look forward to a long relationship with NuAge and telling everyone who needs computer repairs about them!!!

The deal was good and they were adequate. They worked on my PC computer. They had to take the computer off site so there were some extra charges.

I purchased a deal on Angie's not knowing what to expect, but service and work done was great!

Love this company. They are not out to make a buck off of you and are experts!!

Job was done on time and better than expected. Very professional install and cleanup. Arrived on time, and completed the job in a timely professional manner, no stories or upcharges.

When my external hard drive became corrupted, I called the three top-rated services that were recommended on Angie's List. I left a voicemail message for each, including NuAge PC. Within three minutes, I received a call from Elliot Mason from NuAge PC, who told me that he would dispatch someone to my house within two hours, that there was no fee for the at-home call, and that, if they could not recover the data, there would be no charge for the service. Mr. Mason also assured me that, if they could not recover the data, he would recommend a service that has an almost 100% recovery rate, though that service would have been much more expensive and more time-consuming than NuAge's local service. In less than that allotted time, Josh was at my door. He took my hard drive, and told me that he would keep me updated as the data began to be recovered. Josh did just that, by calling and texting on a regular basis. Elliot and Josh both knew that I was on a tight time frame with a project that had to be completed this week, and that a few years worth of critical files were on that drive. Josh was able to recover more than 1.3TB of data, and I was able to complete my project on time. Moreover, when Josh returned with the hard drive, he was able to give me some great advice about my computer and hardware setup at home. The following day, I received a call from Elliot to check on the service that I had received. I told him, as I had told Josh, that they now had a long-term customer, and that I would call them first if I ever needed any type of computer-related services again. I highly recommend NuAge PC for their professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and quality of work.

I couldn't be happier with the service. Elliot and Jay not only installed my projector and connected all my other devices to it, they also cleaned up after themselves and were generally as professional as can be. I would definitely use again, and have referred several friends to him.

They answered my call immediately and gave me an appointment right away. They arrived on time, worked quickly and quietly and made sure everything worked to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the dust when finished. Overall, a great job. They are professional and very polite.

The owner returned my call promptly (it was a weekend) and soon afterward the technician called and we made an appointment for Monday at 1 p.m. He called at 12:30 to say he was on his way, and arrived 20 minutes later. He resolved my problem quickly, explained what was wrong, and then performed much-needed housekeeping on both my desktop and laptop computers. I was delighted with both the service and the respect for my time.

It's a good company. They are prompt and they incredibly impress us. I consider them using again.

They were great, I was very happy with them.

After a few early hiccups, The ultimate work product was good. System was what I expected.

Everything turned out well. The two gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable, and they did a good job. Furthermore, I appreciated that they didn't charge any travel fees considering that I live in a somewhat remote area, and I appreciated the convenience of having them come to me.

Josh was very pleasant and efficient. Would certainly recommend him (NuAge PC). I don't recall the date he was here.
