Description of Work: I took an older but good quality laptop in for repairs. They were good about contacting me regarding what needed to be done. Originally they thought they could repair it for a reasonable price so I authorized them to go ahead. Upon further inspection they found additional work that would have to be done and recommended that I buy a new laptop (not from them) rather than getting mine repaired. | I would have willingly paid them for the time they spent checking out my laptop (Angie's List had a special advertised with them) but they didn't want to charge me.

Description of Work: Elliott was great. He was patient with all my needs and got me into a system that I am very happy with. He came back after my TV was hung and adjusted the same when I said it was too high, which took living with it a few days to get to know. He was very professional and worked with Comcast to get a wireless system installed so that I need not have to see my cable box and my TV is mounted on the wall with a beautiful sound bar below it. I would highly recommend NuAge to anyone looking for assistance in TV installation and obtaining a sound system.

Description of Work: After making an appointment on 8/25/15 for two days later at 10:00 am, the service never showed up, never called, and left me waiting around for them for half a day before I gave up. Under the circumstances, I had no intention of calling them because what I might have said couldn't be quoted in a family forum. This is my first experience with an Angie's list provider buy is so typical of Florida service people for which I could tell you about experiences that would turn your stomach.
