I also felt that the office staff was very helpful as well. Polite and eager to keep you well informed of the service requested. They worked really quickly without damaging anything. It was all taken care of for a really reasonable price as well! Very pleased with the company and the service provided
Description of Work: Movers collected furniture & belongings from 1 Bedroom apartment to another 1 Bedroom on the 2nd floor. About a 50 mile trip from one location to the next.

+ -1 moreI find that Nobel estimate was accurate and reasonable, the movers came exactly on time and didn't stop until we were out of the building, we had the elevator reserved only for a few hours, and it was stressful to be able to move out so quickly. I thank Nobel employees for their professionalism, and for make this move as easy as it could be.

+ -1 moreOverall it was fine. I needed 24 hour turnaround time and that's what i got. They didn't break the desk and assembled it quickly. Customer service was fast and the rate was reasonable.
Description of Work: I needed a heavy desk moved from Deerfield Beach to Miami asap. This company moved very quickly in setting up the appointment. The customer service representative was great and responsive. She followed up and assured me the movers would be able to do the job the following day. Unfortunately, my desk did not arrive wrapped up like advertised. They came during rush hour so they charged me for an extra half hour. It took them over 20 minutes to park and move the desk...most movers take about 5 minutes in my office building. Overall though, the guys assembled the desk quickly. They were professional and i'd use them again...i would just allow more lead time so i can negotiate the time and avoid traffic delays.

Description of Work: We bought furniture from a place about an hour away. They took it and stored it for us till we were ready for it. They were very polite and professionalism. Everything from begging to end was very easy. They were very open for communication and stuck to their quote.

+ -1 moreThe person that came to do the estimate was nice. However, when the movers arrived - they started upping the price. They did everything from trying (forcefully) to sell me more boxes and services, etc. I was on a deadline, so I wasn't able to kick them out and call someone else. When I arrived in SC (destination), I got a call from them and was told that the move would cost more - about $300 more. By then, I had no choice - I needed my stuff. I hated them - and would never use them again.
Description of Work: They picked up my household goods and furniture from Florida and delivered them in South Carolina.

+ -1 moreThey were great! They were very nice and the movers were all nice and honest. They were a little slow in getting my stuff back. I got it after two weeks. They have decent rates and they did not break anything.
Description of Work: They moved us 800 miles from Miami to New Orleans. We had a two bedroom house and they moved lots of boxes and heavy furniture.
