Really good move, we'd use them again.

Nobel was amazing. They sent a large crew and a truckload of supplies, and they did a fantastic job.

Nobel was great to work with! From my first call to the day of my move, someone was always available to answer my questions. Jasmine provided clear and easy to understand estimates, and set up an estimate visit to finalize the quote. Danny met me at the home where I was storing my belongings and was very patient as I showed him what was going vs what was staying. My move was not traditional because my belongings had been in storage for a year, but Danny was easy to work with and provided me with a quote the same day. After choosing Nobel as my mover, the customer service did not decrease. In the past I have used movers who wait until you make a deposit and stop returning phone calls. Each of my calls/emails were answered right away! On the day of the move, the movers were right on time and even called me 30 min prior to arriving. They worked quickly but were very careful with my furniture. They were also incredibly nice and didn't bat an eye when I asked for extra padding on certain pieces. I would strongly recommend Nobel and will definitely be using them for my next move!

Everyone was wonderful to work with, Reps are kind, and responsive. Movers were professional and fast. All my furniture was handle with care, no damages, no complains. Will most defiantly recommend and use again myself.

On the good side :All went well : the items were delivered to our 6th floor condo unit, there was also an additional flight of stair. The pieces of furniture were undamaged. On the bad side : I found the price a little high and the delivery period a little long.

The team show on time, its was 4 professional movers with manners and good energy . they help us pack the whole apartment and by 4pm we were at the new apartment with all the boxes and furniture in the right rooms . highly recommended to all!! good luck

Nobel Van Lines moved us from our apartment to a new house in June 2012. in September 2013 we had to move again to a house in a gated community and we hired them to do the service again. They were very professional, very careful, very attentive, and very friendly and kind.

These guys are great. Fair estimate beforehand they showed on time and moved my apartment with great care. Definitely I would use them again

We had a very good experience from the initial call to the ON-SITE survey and finally the workers who performed the actual labor (Moving is not easy). I would recomend NOBEL to family, friends and anyone else I hear mention needing a qualified moving Co. to take good care of special moving needs.

Terrible?. I paid over $7000 for a local move when selling my home. This is the type of service I received? · Day of closing I found that most everything had been left in the garage? · Forced to hire another moving company to do an emergency move? · Or cancel the closing · Constant, raised voice hounding by the team leader about tipping him and the 4 other movers. In addition they?. · Kept demanding more money for the move · Failed to reassemble beds & other furniture · Damaged furniture · Lost furniture · Paid zero on submitted claims · Ignored repeated letters asking about claim These people should be put out of business!

As a follow up to a previous review of our move into storage this review is of the delivery of our items at our new house. Nobel Van Lines called the day before to confirm the delivery and showed up on time. The packers had done an excellent job; only one small candle was damaged. The movers were professional and very hard working. The truck was unloaded in a prompt manner, and the movers were agreeable when asked to shift a piece which had been put in the wrong room. One issue arose with our mattress, which was not resolved by the manager the day we moved. However, a few days later the matter was handled in a professional and equitable way by the owner.

The company sent out someone to provide an estimate very soon after I called. The estimator was extremely thorough and professional. The price wasn't the cheapest, but the company had a good reputation and their own storage facility, which I really appreciated. A representative confirmed the night before the packers came. They team lead called in the morning to say they were on their way. They arrived soon after the estimated time and did an excellent job carefully packing our belongings which included family antiques and artwork. They loaded the truck the next day, working steadily. We were very pleased by the care the team took, and the professionalism of the team lead. Our furniture is in storage until we find a new house. When they deliver and unpack the items, I will be sure to write a follow up review.

We could not have asked for better service although I was not surprised. I had checked with the Better Business Bureau which rated them A+, the Florida Division of Consumer services which showed no complaints, and Nobel has an addition accreditation from the FMWA for intrastate moves. The movers called to advise that they were on their way. They arrived on time and proceeded to pack and load the truck. We had been advised that it probably would take about four hours for them to finish and the task was completed within that time frame. The crew was friendly, professional and eager to assist in things that we had problems packing. The truck arrived in central Florida the next day, again on time with the foreman (Juan) calling when they were in the vicinity. The price paid at that time was exactly the price quoted. This was the same crew that loaded the truck and they were again so pleasant to work with. They unloaded the truck, placed the furniture in the appropriate rooms, unpacked the items they had packed and even offered suggestions for placement of the furniture when I didn't like the arrangement that I had in mind. The condition of the household goods upon arrival was great. Two chairs on the patio furniture have a little damage on the webbing but the furniture, crystal, & china survived without any damage. I had gotten estimates from three movers altogether. The price I paid Nobel was a couple of hundred dollars more than the lowest offer but I selected Nobel because of the lack of complaints and it was a really wise decision.

The quotation process was quick and professional. Pricing was very competitive. Movers arrived on time. Packing was disorganized. Items which should have been packed weren't until I complained. Delivery was postponed continually creating scheduling issues at the storage facilities.

I was very disappointed in all the broken items. I did not purchase extra insurance and the companies reimbursement for damages are done by the pound. $.60 per pound. If the bookcase weighed 20 lbs I woud be reimbursed $12. The funniest thing was the supervisor delivered the broken bookcase to the new apartment. I told him to get rid of it as I wasn't going to pay for someome to dump it. We argued for a bit and then he called the office and fortunately his boss said it was ok to take away. They also took the shoe rack away. I did not know about the other damaged items until after they left. I had to store my furniture for 2 nights on the truck and when they delivered the furniture, the inexperienced man was replaced by an experienced one. They were very good about placing the boxes and furniture where I wanted them. The damage information is going to a claims dep't.

Workers were prompt, helpful and tentative. Very organized. Priced appropriate in short notice. They really went above and beyond.

I wasn't going to write a review but Angies's list asked for a review. The experience was a nightmare both on pick up and delivery. I found them on Angies list, they had good reviews, so I hired them. Biig mistake. I won't go into detalis but in a nut shell . . . They send out a really nice, polite, good looking guy who acts proffessional to give you an estimate. All went well, I signed up. The person in charge of setting up pick up/ delivery/ storage was also very polite& responded to my emails, calls very quickly. The people behind the scene are professional & polite. The problem is that I had to spend my time supervising and organizing the inexperienced movers that they sent to me both times. The Foreman was the same on both my pick up & delivery, hebhas a bad temper and a really bad attitude. He was so disrespectful to me and even yelled at me, sat in his truck, not helping the other men, for over an hour. They had damaged my boxes, damaged some items and LOST the upper posts to my $7,000 bed. The Foreman had an excuse for everything and he was extremly rude and sarcastic. I asked him for his supervisors phone number and he refused to give it to me (it was Sat & office was closed) I almost called the police to remove him from my property . . . He was that out of line with me. He finally gave me his boss's number and again, the man back at the office was very polite to me, apologized and must have said something to the Foreman as he started helping the other movers after the conversation I had with him. The Foreman had no respect for me, my home or my belongings. I also had to listen to all of them complain about the company not paying them enough and how they were so tired. I paid just under $4,000 and the last thing I wanted to hear was their problems. Moving is stressful enough and listening to them complain while Im paying thousands didn't sit well with me. I would not recommend this company unless they have hired respectful, experienced movers and possibly taught them some basic manners. The people at the office are profesdional & respectful, the problem I had was the movers they sent my house. You must pay a deposit ( they charge 3% for CC) in order to schedulle pick up. That was ok with me. The first problem was the 4 "kids" movers they sent to pick up/load my stuff. A "foreman" and 3 other movers. They all were lazy and inexperienced. (Before this experience, I had 2 movers move me from old house to new house, the move took 6hrs.) Their estimate was comparable to others but in reality it takes them more time because they are inexperienced and then you will end up paying more. These movers took over 9 hrs just to load the truck, remember I didn't have a dining room set or any living room furniture. I had to constantly supervise as they were not experienced and could care less about my things. I bought them lunch and gave them a $240.00 tip . . . Only one said Thank you The Foreman actually asked me to give them a tip. I wrote to Danny in the office and told him about this and other things that they did . . . Danny was very nice & apoligetic but I still had to deal with the kids they sent to my house. I forgot to mention, they threw all their suppkies on the side of my house, over stuffed the garbage cans, left boxes & garbage all over the side of my house. I didn't notice until next day, they never asked, in fact said they would take their garbage with them. Like I said, no respect & sloppy. NEVER AGAIN!

They did a great job and showed up when they were supposed to. They were professional and competent.

Nobel's office staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful!! This was my first time using a moving company and I can guarantee I will never use another. Their quote was very reasonable and the moving crew was amazing. They wrapped everything (furniture, TVs, statues, etc) in blankets, keeping our belongings padded and safe for the long move. They were so hardworking and super friendly too! I am so pleased with the company and the services they provided, they can count on me being a life-long customer and I will be recommending them to anyone in need of an outstanding moving company in the future.
