These movers were amazing! Three guys came and powered through the day and moved us from my apartment to our new 3 story town home. They stayed and placed and assembled all the furniture and made our move so easy. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome!! They took amazing care of the furniture that I had moved, wrapping everything up with tons of furniture pads and wrap so that it was all transported safely. They also took expert care of the grandfather clock I needed moved, a precious family heirloom that I was admittedly quite nervous about moving. Raymond took the time to talk me through how he would wrap and move it so that I knew it was in good hands. Super nice guys all around. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!!!!

The actual moving itseld went very well, there wes some light damage and they did not provide me with any follow up information about fixing the said damage. They overcharged me $597 which is equal to almost 30% of what they quoted. Finally, they also have not returned my phone calls so the charges would be rectified.

Wow. Couldn't have been worse. Accepted the 3-day flexible time period, but was told they'd be able to tell me the day the move would occur. I was informed it would occur, took the day off of work, and traveled to my old home. Waited 6+ hours with some phone calls along the way saying the mover was in traffic etc. At the end of the day I finally spoke with the driver who said he'd been waiting for 9 hours for someone to give him a check so he could do the job before mine. He told me to be there the next morning 8am. I told him 10. I had to take another day off of work and commute the hour+ each direction. He arrived and said "oh, there are stairs, that's another $75". I'd informed APT that I had 20 stairs and refused to pay. For the rest of the day my phone was ringing regularly with calls from APT saying I should pay the guy and we'd work it out after. I stopped answering my calls and did not pay. APT insists that you use 2 USPS money orders for jobs. I got them the night before, and because I did not want to carry around large blank checks I filled in APT's name. When the mover arrived he told me that it had to be made out to his company's name. It took over an hour to work that out - I had to purchase new money orders from the post office and later cashed in the old ones for one that was made out to myself. When APT's "quality assurance" person had called me before the move, the cost went up about $500 because he added things like bubble wrap and special packing for certain pieces of furniture that could not have anything stacked on top of them. There was no bubble wrap used and the furniture was set up on their sides so the more fragile surfaces were no issue and things could be stacked on them. I left before the truck and figured I'd arrive at my new home first since it would take a while for the guys to get the large truck out of my small street. I was about 20 minutes from my new house and got a call saying they were waiting outside the house. I told them there was nothing I could do and I"d be there asap. I was told I'd be charged extra for their time. I arrived and they were not there. I called and they said that they went to the correct address in the wrong city. They didn't show for another hour and a half. They guy said "This is the second time this happened to me in New Jersey". The guys worked hard and I appreciated that, but it was incredibly poorly coordinated and taking two days off of work cost me and additional $400 more than I was already having to spend. Thankfully everything arrived safely - the only reason I'm giving them two stars. The movers, despite all of the miscommunications and other issues, moved things professionally. But I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor communication, extra charges at every turn (I refused to pay the extra $75. The mover said he'd probably never recoup it from APT. It was APT's fault. I clearly told them that there were 20 stairs with no turn. Someone didn't record that). I don't believe this company should be represented here on Angi's. I expected so much more. Very, very disappointed, frustrated and angry. Moving is stressful enough. This was ridiculous.

These guys are awesome. Second time using them and both times had the same level of great service. Their main leadership team clearly has laid down a great culture/ethos that the folks on the ground execute. John and his crew were very reliable, on time and communicative. Took care not to damage my stuff and the building. Super organized about how to move. The all-in-cost:service ratio makes hiring this company a no brainer.

This was the best moved I've ever experienced and I've moved A LOT. They were on time, efficient, helpful, and nothing was broken or damaged, not even a scratch. Friendly guys, asked where we wanted everything, were willing to relocate things when necessary. Quicker than I could've imagined and the price was fair and worth every penny. Will never move with anyone else. I highly recommend this company, you won't regret it. I can't believe I'm saying this because I didn't think it was possible, but this move was totally stress-free. Five stars!!

I had a long distance move from Miami to Orlando and Moving APT did a phenomenal job. I opted in for the full packing service so they literally packed EVERYTHING, disassembled, loaded it, drove it, then unloaded and reassembled it at my new home. I did not have to move a single item aside from my own car. The crew was extremely helpful, professional and punctual and they had extremely competitive pricing. 5 star experience

Alex and his crew were fantastic. Very efficient, excellent communication, and they took great care with all of our furniture. John and the team at the office scheduling were incredible and answered my emails and texts even on the weekend. Look no further than Moving APT!

Alex and his team were incredibly efficient, skilled and kind. The move from a 1.5 bedroom to a 2 bedroom across the Bay took 10 hours but went really well. Three movers accomplished it all with skill and grace. They had to descend 27 stairs just to get to the front door of my new home and they operated their dollies like complete pros. They were amazing. I'm so grateful it was them moving all my things and not me! Well worth every cent.

So happy we found Moving APT for our move from Miami to Tampa. From the start, the responsiveness and professionalism provided by the Customer Service team far exceeded the other companies I had reached out to for a quote. The quote provided was very competitive and man, do these guys know the time and size of truck needed because they were right on for both! The day of our move the guys showed up on time, we're very organized, and took great care wrapping and moving our items. After the drive up to our new house the crew continued with the same level of care as the loading process, working efficiently and even asking if there was anything else we needed before they finished. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with movers. Cooper and Cooper showed up on time and with masks. I unexpectedly needed quite a bit of packing help at the last minute and they made it happen with smiles and not a single eye roll or complaint. There were some issues with the building I moved into and there wasn't even the slightest irritation there even though it extended their work time quite a bit. I would 100% recommend Moving APT to anyone, especially if you need to move during this pandemic. You'll barely notice any of the inconveniences of moving.

I booked Moving APT on short notice to help me move across Miami, FL, and had a fantastic experience overall. The two movers that helped me, were efficient, professional, wore masks, and were careful with everything they touched. They made excellent time and moved everything within 3 hours (despite my new home being 4 stories up with no elevator)! I would absolutely go back to them for whatever move comes next.

Alex and his team were amazing for our move from Miami to Naples. They took great care to make sure they knew where everything was going, and took the time to wrap and secure everything properly in place. We didn't see any damage or issues with the move, and are very glad they were to get this done in a very reasonable manner. They all stayed in their masks, were very respectful and very kind. Would gladly go back to them again for a future move!

Update to my first review. Moving APT company set me up with a terrible third party moving company, but Moving APT tried to help resolve the issues. I ultimately did not get the value for my damages from Triple Crown Moving from San Antonio, TX, but Moving APT tried to resolve it. Moving APT is okay to work with, but research the actual moving company that comes for your items.

I have hired many moving companies in the past. But the Mark of Moving APT were a totally different breed. They quoted reasonably, movers showed up on time and everything went as smoothly as it could. All four movers were very experienced. They took such great care of all my things. It was comforting to know that my valuables were in good hands. They delivered everything on time, unpacked and put them where they belonged. I’m so glad to have found them and will stick to them from now on.

Even as a first time mover, I knew of the bad reputation moving companies have. All my friends always told me what thieves they all are. But when I hired Moving APT to handle my move, they blew me away. This moving company maintains timing, employs excellent movers and has a customer service that is just awesome. The reason why I have been going back to Moving APT is the fact that they are just amazingly reliable. They have relocated my valuables 4 times now and they have always delivered my valuables unharmed. That is a **** good achievement! It does help when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. While people keep complaining about their moving companies, I can put my faith in these guys blindly.

If you have been online for long hours looking for a clean and efficient mover, then I have come with good news. Moving APT is what you need to contact right now. I wish someone told me about them earlier since I had spent many hours researching. They were in charge of my relocation to the city early this month, and they were thorough in their operation. The safety of my belongings was guaranteed, and nothing got damaged. You need to try them too. They are simply awesome.

After asking for clarifications of contract terms, they canceled my quote. One issue was wording that was in direct conflict of verbal terms, which they removed from the contract. The second was a poorly worded clause I wanted clarified, after which they canceled the quotation and refused to work with me.

Overall, given the horror stories that abound with moving house, I was very pleased with Moving APT. The manager at their offices was very professional. He broke down the cost for me so I wouldn’t have any doubts about where my money was going. My last move had disaster all over it and they overcharged me. So I was little bit nervous about the movers. Moving APT gave me a good quote that I just couldn’t resist. They were very meticulous at packing. All my valuables survived the trip without a single scratch. I was completely satisfied with their service.

Hiring Moving APT ensured that I moved from one state to another with just one phone call. They showed up right on time, which is quite unlike any other movers I have hired. These guys are just such professionals. I hired them for my move and they really came to the party. All my belongings were carefully packed up in the shortest possible time. The men displayed amazing skills and efficiency. I am very thankful to the movers for how simple they made this process for me. All my belongings reached on schedule and nothing was lost or damaged. I think hiring these guys was the best decision.

The long distance was my biggest concern during this move. But I have to say, Moving APT took really good care of everything. The movers arrived on time. They were all very efficient and experienced. It took them just a few hours to finish loading everything onto the van. They packed everything very well earlier so my valuables could survive the long trip. I was given quite a long window for the delivery. But luckily the delivered everything on the first day and I could happily avoid sleeping in the sleeping bag. A few small items suffered a few scratches but it’s nothing major. Everything else traveled quite well. I will surely hire them again.
