There are many issues with my car. They handled it in a professional manner and let me know the cost associated with the repairs before they were made.

They ‘re pretty good. I know them and they’re, super, super, super nice. It was $300/$350 around there, it was pretty good. They have a newsletter that is top of the line and that’s an “A” too. I have a couple alternatives, it’s because they’re friends of mine they are always on list. The scheduling, the appointments, basically the troubleshooting they do, the estimate they give you, all those are perks. That’s very professional. Keep up the good work and making the newsletters.

They are very organized, polite, and punctual. Plus they have great snacks and coffee. They also dropped me off at work and picked me up again.

Okay. Cost more than expected and took way too long.

I am a member the Car Care Club and received this $36.95 service for free. Dropped my car off in the morning and was contacted about 3pm to c and pick it up. Everything went very well. They communicate well and email me an outline of the inspection.

First let me say we have been loyal customers for the past 4 years, and the service provided during this time has been very good. Also to be fair, I the husband am writing the review, because if I were to leave it to my wife she would probably have me not write anything. But I am a strong believer in Karma, and the golden rule. First off when the truck was repaired it was told we needed new plugs and coil wires. We were informed that when the diagnostic was performed that it could not be ascertained as to the truck requiring any more service than that, but after getting the truck home it had the same rough idle. They had replaced the #7 spark plug wire and coil, and when we left the truck was running fine it should be noted. I took it to the Ford dealership and was told it was the INTAKE MANIFOLD and seals that needed replacing because oil was leaking into the engine. QUALITY AUTO should have been able to tell me this, and I brought it to Andre's attention that I had to go to the Ford dealership to find out the REAL problem Today we picked up our Mercedes Benz from Andre. He told my wife the car had a rough idle and that it stalled once and he had concerns that if we take the car now we may not be able to get it home? This was after a tune up of the engine, new plug wires, and new ignition wires at a cost of $500.00, and $627.50 labor. The total bill came to $1447.01. I had told my wife to spend no more than $500.00 on a tune up, and in the past I had dealt with Andre directly regarding charges and work to be done. Long story short while test driving the car it still had somewhat of a rough idle and after nearly $1500.00 worth of work I expected more. I told him I had every intention of paying him every penny, but I also spoke my mind. He had dealt with my wife who was at a disadvantage because she does not know as much about cars as myself and was not able to ask the appropriate questions about the repair work. I felt that although I know his prices have always been high, I felt that this was ludicrous considering he knew the situation, knew we were selling the car, and he would never see it again. And to add insult to injury, he could not even guarantee that we would be able to get home without the car stalling out because he felt that more work was required? If I ran a business like this, I would be run out of business. I took Andre aside and told him my concerns, I asked for a partial refund, but he refused to negotiate because he said my wife had agreed to all the work and we would have to pay the full price. I told him we would pay, but he would loose a valued customer. He didn't seem to broken up about this as long as he got paid. If I was a woman taking my car to this dealership I would run away like my hair was on fire. To exploit my wife in this manner is inexcusable. It is just wrong, period.

Amazing. you actually receive real time pictures of the work before , during and after . Marcela was very professional and helpful. Andre knowledge of cars is amazing. He kept in contact all the way .

The customer service was superb. The employees in the office, especially Maricela, are friendly and professional. Only complaint is that one of the cables that connects to the lever you pull to open up the hood came out of place during the job and was never placed back in place. In addition, a cap is missing from the anti-free hose. Other than that they offer great detailed reports from the inspections and are reliable.

Miami Quality Auto Repair had our van fixed prior to time estimate and the actual cost of the repair was less than the originally quoted to us by the service manager.

Exceedingly well. Very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. My elderly parents needed their vehicle a/c looked at due to a leak. Not only was the problem corrected but the recommendation was to fix the lesser of the two evils and it totally worked. It's so good to come across honest, hardworking people/businesses!

Fine, their cost is above the average for this area, but I'm willing to pay a little more for a mechanic that won't scam me (Jiffy Lube).....

I've been a customer for a year and they always preform the jobs promptly and professionally. They take time to explain the services and condition of my car. I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything extra like some places do. The location is clean, the atmosphere is friendly and they even offer a variety of food and beverages. It's the small things that make the whole experience worthwhile. I feel that I'm in great hands throughout! They offer a monthly news letter that includes great deals on services. I highly recommend Miami Quality Auto to anyone looking for the absolute best.

I use them for a variety of services from oil changing, new shocks. They are probably the best mechanic that I have had. I trust their work and they have a really great system for finding issues. The service cost is slightly higher than many other auto service providers.

I am giving this business a D for dissapoining. The reason is that they are extremely expensive and quoted me so much money in parts and repairs in the thousands of dollars, but when I took my car to other auto repair centers with equal certifications, AAA approved, and 5 star customer ratings for a second and third opinions, their estimates for parts and labor were a fraction of what Miami Quality Auto Repair quoted in writing. I was told that most of thei repairs quoted to me by Miami Quality Auto Repair were not necessary.. When I brought my car to Miami Quality Auto Repair on 1/8/16, it had a steady "check light " alert but Miami Quality Auto Repsir ignored the alert light and did not bother to check out why that light was on during the vehicle inspection I paid $127.

I think they did more work than was needed. They tried to sell me more services than I needed. Their advertising is super aggressive, I get something in my mail box every week. I think its a little bit much. They give you a free inspection of your whole car and then find something to fix. I think they do a fine job on my car and the quality of their work is fine. The price was high.

Was done on time and we got great service just like every time we bring one of our cars to them

I brought my car in to Miami's Quality Auto Repair to get second opinion in what could be the reason of VDC off and ABS lights that were intermittently on. After having a not so great experience at the dealer's service center, stuff at the Miami's Quality Auto Repair handled my situation in a very professional manner, giving me full report and explanation of underlying issue I was having with my car. I am happy with the results and I will be coming back to them for my next repair here.
