LOWE'S Air Duct Cleaning Inc. -- Unlimited Vents

I wasn?t impressed at all. The price would be good, if I felt the job was great. They did not come in and actually explain the process, I had to ask several questions. They advertised that they used cameras, yet when they came in, they were not going to use a camera to show me things until I questioned them about it. Then once they used the camera, I didn?t feel like they were using it properly, I guess you could say. I also did not particular care for how they did it. It just seemed like they weren?t trained to properly do it. It was like they were just running through a process, but I don?t feel that I got the cleaning that I should have received.

It went very well. Technician was on time, courteous and professional throughout. He explained the process and showed results.

Perfect! This company was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everything was delivered as promised for HALF of what I was quoted by another company. They were so good, I actually gave their services as a gift to a family member.

The service turned out very well. They actually showed up early. For us, they tried to contact us, but they did get here a little bit earlier. So, maybe giving them a back up phone in case no one is able to answer that phone. So maybe putting in two phone numbers for them, because I guess they do have a tendency to show up a little earlier than expected. The whole process was pretty simple and pretty stream line. Making the appointment was really easy, they contacted me like right away.

It seemed to work pretty well. There were some scheduling issues in the beginning. I thought we had a really tight timeline on the ten o'clock appointment time. It was like somewhere around 9-10, and he was going to be there by 10:15 and our neighbor had to go work at 10. We finally figured it out. They came out. They were very professional and they seemed to do a great job. I wasn't there. My folks were in town and they said everything went very smoothly. The guys were very professional and very friendly, and he actually did a little more than we thought. He took all vents off, all the grates on all the vents, the registers, and cleaned the areas around them and all those stuff. Overall, we were very happy. I didn't spend any more than the big deal. It seemed like everything was good based on the equipment that they had and their thoroughness. They were responsive. They were a little bit late the first time. I liked that they did it and they were available. My interaction with them was great. Over the phone the gentleman was very professional, very helpful, and really worked with the schedule. He found an opening a little bit sooner than we had originally scheduled. After they missed the first time, we wanted them to come back a little bit sooner than the next appointment, and he said it was fine. He found a way to do that so that was good. They cleaned the vents but we don't know how much stuff they got.

The service man was on time and explained what he was going to do step by step. He explained that he had to drill a hole in one of the heat ducts because of the way the ducts were installed and after he was finished he put a plastic plug in the hole. There was no mess and he completed the work faster that I thought possible. Very professional. I will use the service again. I was very satisfied.

Good not great. The service I purchased included a free video camera inspection before and after the service, but no camera inspection was provided or offered by the technicians. My first question I asked the company on the phone was what I needed to do to prepare for the visit since I've got a baby at home and I don't want dust or dirt on his things. They assured me that the service is clean and there is no need for me to prepare aside from providing sufficient access to the registers. After they completed their work, there was a layer of dirt, dust, and debris on my floor and on some of my furniture. It was a disappointing experience and wish I spent my money elsewhere.

I have had many duct cleaning companies in the past, but none as professional and sincere as Dan from Lowes. He patiently and thoroughly cleaned each and every vent, as well as the dryer vent. He explained what he was going to do before each step.. Very impressed and worth every penny !!

Great. The vents are clean, allergies in the house are better! Husband's eyes no longer itch when home. Great deal, and our air IS cleaner. Only complaint: some of the vent covers were not put back.

Dan did a great job! He explained the process and performed the work in the time he said it would take (1.5 hrs). He called to ask if he could come earlier than our determined appointment. I was glad he arrived earlier to free up the rest of my day.

Fantastic! Previous Angie's list reviews led me to my Lowes choice. Dan & Alex were very nice, informed me of what they were gonna do, answered my questions, and were obviously thorough. Cleaning my furnace and dryer vent/duct was included as well as sanitizer. I have had my vents cleaned 2 other times by 2 different air duct cleaning services, and neither of them were like these guys. I have a small house and other quotes have been WAY too high. Lowes has a very fair price. These guys did such a good job that I felt bad I only had $6 cash to tip them. 20 minutes later my problem was solved when I decided to eat lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill and they happened to be eating there. I then gave them each a Chipotle gift card. So bottom line, use Lowes folks! I will use them from now on.

Fixed my poor ventilation of my dryer duct. Don't know how effective the hvac duct cleaning was. I figured it didn't hurt to do it once since it's never been done but mostly purchased deal for dryer duct.
