For DC/ Northern VA: Best price in the area. Very methodical, evaluated the ducts as he worked, very knowledgeable. Dryer duct cleaned as well. Showed up 2 hrs late, so ensure you have a full day for the job to be completed.

Hired to clean my dryer vent. I will say the tech who showed up was very nice and he even took his shoes off when he came in. He cleaned my vent from the outside in (which I thought was strange) because I was told he would do this**the technician will disconnect the vent from the dryer machine itself , and then from the inside-out he will clean the vent from lint and everything inside with specially designed equipment only for the dryer vent. If possible he will clean the outside of the vent as well ( If it is not too high in the air exit )** So he actually didn't disconnect the dryer from the inside first, he actually had it turned on while he cleaned it from the outside. 1. I could hear it running and 2. I could hear the alert it makes when it turns off). I could see everything blowing out and all over the place outside, also I heard a loud noise but then nothing so I figured it was just part of cleaning, about 10 minutes later the tech calls me downstairs, the dryer is now disconnected and he told me he found all these broken plastics pieces just inside the vent where the dryer connects. He has no Idea at all what happened or what the pieces are. I go upstairs and google and it looks like the blower wheel broke apart. The tech now reconnects the dryer and turns it on and it makes a loud noise, He says "maybe it's unbalanced" I mean really??! I mean maybe the piece would have broke anyway (dryer 8 years old) but at the very least admit it happened. He had the dryer on previously while he was cleaning and it sounded fine. So anyway I pay him because he did clean the vent, I want to pay CC , he suggests venmo, I say cc is fine , he says he'll have to charge me a percentage for fees, I told him I didn't care, so he goes to put thru card then all of a sudden says he just got a text and the system is down so I have to pay another way...Ok..LOL. So he leaves and I looks outside and there was Lint everywhere! I told him he didn't need to go crazy picking up every piece but he didn't pick up anything, All over my bushes, grass, blew up to my deck. The more I thought about it I decided to email the company with pictures, told I would hear back Tuesday. They wanted to send the tech back so I could explain what he didn't do?? then they gave me this explanation**** *** Technician said that he cleaned your dryer vent from both sides. From the inside - out and from the outside - in. When he touched the hose from the inside out , he found plastic pieces inside of the vent, which he reported right away to you . He believes that those pieces were from a dryer blower ( plastic blowers are rare and this probably means that it needs to be changed ) . Those pieces were already there , generally he doesn't touch the machine itself at all which means he couldn't cause those pieces to be there. As for the mess, he says that he picked up like 95% of it , but because it is kinda picky small stuff and the dryer vent was clogged a lot, so the smaller portion of it was probably blown by the wind around the bushes . He says also that you have seen him how he looked after that and he told you that because of that clogness the blower was putting too much force and probably got overheated and that caused those broken plastic pieces. That is what he said , if you want to have a word directly with him please let us know, or suggest what we should do. Thank you.**** I mean the plastic pieces were already there?? he cleaned up 95 percent?? and I'm the one who told the tech what I thought the pieces were!?? Honestly a manager/owner should take responsibility for his employees and not go back and forth with a customer. Also they state they are BBB accredited and they are not. I advise people to look elsewhere.

He was on time then the job in less time that he stated honest and trustworthy

There is not one thing I can say that is bad. And trust me. If you look at my reviews there I can be tuff. But when something was perfect it needs to be said and shared. Thank you. It went ok! I was not as impressed as I thought I would be. Picture frame was dropped and broken when bringing in the equipment. Just overall I expected more. Could be because this was the first time I had this done but didn’t seem like deodorizer was even completed and lots of lint was still in the top part of my dryer.

The service was ok, but the problem came near the end of service which Lowe’s charged another $100.00 to clean the coils which should have been part of the overall cleaning, while paying for services to the technician, he submitted my credit card in his portable scanner ,which read card transactions did not go through, I check my account at that time and funds were withdrawn for that transaction, he continued to submit it again without my authorization which was $348.00 charged 3 times for a total of $1044.00, which was withdrawn from my account, call the bank which needed a authorization code to cancel transactions, Lowe’s could not provide any, tech called the office and was told several other customers were having the same problem being over charged because of their credit card system, so my money was tied up in dispute with my bank and Lowe’s, I don’t know about anybody else, I don’t have an extra $1045.00 laying around , while other schedule bills were coming through my account,which could have resulted in huge overdrawn charges, immediately I had to go into another account and take a cash advance to put back into my account to stop over drawn charges, total $69.80, 10/31/19, Lowe’s again tried to submit 2 transactions 11/4/19 $348.00x2 total $696.00. I had to take another cash advance for $700.00 to cover charge in my account, while it took about a week before my bank reversed all the charges that Lowe’s had submitted, I was out of $68.80, for cash advance fees ,Lowe’s claim it was not their fault and refused to pay for the advance fees, I should have not been put in this situation in the first place I’m sure other customers experience this same occurrence on 10/31/19 by Lowes credit card services,

Gentlemen arrived promptly and got right to work vacuuming and cleaning overhead air vents. He described quality of each one as he worked on it. Did not use brush since vents would have been scratched due to the material. I appreciated that.

Jose was on time and started working right away. He cleaned every single vent in the property along with the AC Coils and Dryer vent. Went above and beyond by cleaning the exterior of the air handler, something I don't think was included in the service but I had asked him originally if he knew someone who could do it (the answer was not really, but he did it himself anyway). Didn't notice he had done it until he had already left, but I truly appreciate it! Would definitely hire again!

Vlad was courteous and very professional. He explained what he was going to do, then advised us of progress. He covered his shoes upon entering our home. We could tell right away the vents smelled fresher. We had them done a couple of years ago by another business that had a very cheap special but it covered very little. Everything was extra. With Lowe's they publish the pricing up front on the website. We will definitely use them again.
