LOWE'S Air Duct Cleaning Inc. -- Unlimited Vents

Purchased a Big Deal. It worked out fine. He actually went to visit 3 times to make sure that all the ducts was unclogged in certain rooms because I told him that one of the rooms was not getting central air as the others so I think that helped a ton also. He was on time; actually he was early. He was professional.

I had to report to Better Business Bureau. Among other things- No video inspection. Had to clean up debris myself. Owner refuses to honor guarantee and has made false statements to the BBB about his services and statements about me that are untrue, He still won't honor the 100% money back guarantee. This company is NOT to be trusted.

I was very happy with this service. The tech called when he was on his way, and actually showed up earlier than I expected, which was great. The job took about 1 1/2 hours, and he cleaned my dryer vent too. Great service, and a great value for the price.

Technician arrived promptly. Explained the process he would use. Continued to prepare my vents, throughout the house and proceeded to cleaned and sanitize vents on the 1st and 2nd floors. He cleaned up any debris from those floors before leaving. My home was built in the 1920's Provided photos of the before and after as well.

Owner called right away when I purchased the deal and we scheduled a time. A week before he called to change the time to later in the day. The day of the appointment they called to see if they could come early. I appreciated the communication

We have never had the vents cleaned before and we felt it was time to do so. After doing some research we settled on Lowe's to do the job. They were offering a special on cleaning as well so that was a bonus. From inital purchase to contact was quick. We settled on a job date and time and we also added the ground floor unit at the same discounted rate! They were out on time and walked my wife through the steps, they then got to work and were done in a few hours. They were prompt, clean and thorough! I would definitely recommend!

I talked with the rep on the phone about the vents and my 2 A/C units. We agreed on a price based on the fact the 2nd AC only covers the master bedroom. The tech called a hour before he was to arrive. He was very professional and got right to work. He was able to clean the vents, clean out the dry vent and santize in just under 2 hours. They are very reliable and do a good job. I would definitely hire them again. They dryer is definitely drying much better!

The technician was on time and communicated to us his arrival time. He was very careful with maneuvering his equipments. He explained to us the process and how it cleans the duct and deodorized the house. He spent 2.5 hrs nonstop working to make my house in perfect living condition.

Everything went very well. After purchasing the special for $219, I was provided their contact information. They scheduled immediately and completed the work on the day we originally scheduled for. Price was less than half of other estimates.

They did an excellent job. Very responsive and very professional. They came on time and did what was promised. After they left, a period of time went by and unnoticed some of my vent covers were coming loose. I called them and they sent someone out in a short time who came and fitted all the vent covers.

I noticed this deal of Air Duct cleaning for unlimited vents and called Angies List customer service to ask about the deal and make sure that my one furnace with 3 zones would fit this deal and got all my questions answered; then I purchased the service deal and within an hour or so, I was called by the service company (LOWE'S Air Duct Cleaning Inc) and told that they are working in my area today, and have an opening in the middle of the day since someone changed their appointment; I accepted the time; the service man (Milo) came on time, worked non stop for about 3 hours, where he opened each air vent for the incoming and returned air and cleaned. I have asked for a camera to be used in 3 air vents in order to see before and after cleaning, and noticed the difference. Milo was extremely kind, professional, and worked very hard to get things done in a reasonable amount of time given that I have about 27 air vents and returned air plus 4 long ducts in the basement that are coming from an into the one furnace; The service also included sanitizing and air freshening. I was extremely satisfied with the service, and would defenetly recommend the service to anybody.
