The tech arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. He cleaned up and did an excellent job.

They came out on time, but they dont have the camera, so they schedule the service the next day. They were on time when they came back, cleaned my air ducts within 1 and a half hour.

It went well - - only concern was that they had to cut a hole in my heating system, which I think they should advise of up front - both before you buy the service and before coming out.

From initial contact to the appointment time, everything was great! Took about 2 hours total for a large single floor home. The icing on the cake was the dryer vent cleaning... i was shocked to find out how clogged my dryer vent was. No doubt it would have caused a fire. Jose (very professional and cordia) went to the roof and unplugged the lint in the vent from the top part of the vent. Worth every dollar spent.

Excellent. The owner called me immediately to schedule the service at my convenience. The serviceman was on time and he called ahead of time to give me his ETA. He explained everything to me and was very courteous and knowledgeable.

The process went well, but the next morning there was dirt around my floor registers which tells me this service was not done well at all. It appears that the some dirt was dislodged but never removed and my furnace blower blew it into my house overnight! Never again!

They asked for some pictures of the underside of the house to see if they could do the work and determined they could not. I have yet to find anyone who does air duct cleaning for manufactured homes. My space under the building is clean and not super low, but it appears to create and issue for places I have contacted about doing the work. This is the first place that at least asked for pictures to see if they could do it, so I give them credit for that.
