I was not there when the services were performed, but my spouse was present during this time. The ratings above reflect my spouse's experience with the young man who completed the work --- he was punctual, professional, and thorough. The work has made a difference in terms of how much less dust there is --- don't need to dust as often. Note: We were confused initially by the "Lowe's" name, thinking this service was an offer from Lowe's chain when we purchased this Angie's List special offer, but that got clarified after we called the Lowe's chain and found out that this was a different "Lowe's." Fortunately, we were satisfied with the services we received.

It went pretty well. The tech was actually early, which normally would be OK, but since I was working, he had to wait for me to get home. The tech moved very quickly throughout the house to do the work and did an overall good job. Only two criticisms: 1) He did leave a little dust debris in my half bath (he may not have seen it as it is a gray marbled floor) and 2) I would have loved to see the total amount of junk taken out of the ducts. I didn't think to ask beforehand.

I used an Angie's List special offer and expected it might take some time to get an appointment. However, I received a call the same day and the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. They were very professional.

They didn't clean every duct, and they ended up disconnecting the dryer vent. Didn't realize it until there was a thick coat of dust through the entire house. I can't give them an F because they did some things. When they put the filter back in they ruined it. Inept.

I had originally had a 4pm appointment and I was contacted to move the start time up to noon. This was awesome. Secondly the two gents were very professional, punctual and very thorough with the cleaning. The camera view was good idea and it was nice to see the clean duct work. Great job! I'll be passing on the information to my neighbors!!

Technician came early and on time!! Seemed pretty thorough, cared about my hardwood floors and took his shoes off without being asked, very careful when bringing in the giant vacuum. My tech worked alone but worked well. I gave price a "B" because the price dropped to $219 the next day after service was performed, guess I should've waited. Quality was a "B" because I realized, after the fact, that I forgot to get my video inspection as part of the package. So I can't give it an "A", my tech should've remembered, but I'd like to "think" that my vents are cleaner deep down and not just at the opening to the vent. Overall, yes, I would hire again, very painless experience!!!

I talked to Nick who was good enough to send a technician out the very same day that I scheduled the service. The technician, Dan, was very prompt, thorough and friendly. He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. A lot of Groupon deals that I looked around for have up-charges for the requirements that I had, particularly since I live in a 3rd floor walk-up in the city. With Lowe's the price that was quoted was the price that I got! I will definitely use their services again!

I am very satisfied with their service, amazing and very friendly guys, we didnt know much about how they work but these guys took their time to explain how it works and made sure we understood. clean and skilled, especially i think his name was Dan he was very friendly and knowledgeble. They took lots of dirt of my vents now they are like brand new. would definitely hire them again.

I am hard to impress and normally don't have time for leaving reviews but you guys did it for me. Nick was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, polite. He not only demonstrated professionalism but also went a step further. He offered us free video inspection before and after the cleaning. It was night and day to see the difference. Nick arrived on time. Called us 30min ahead of appointment to let us know he was coming. When he came over, he covered his shoes, brought some high tech tools inside along with special video camera equipment for inside the air ducts. Before beginning he explained to my wife and me everything that was going to take place. Nick spent about 2 hours working on our ventilation system. I am going to use Lowe's again and already scheduled my parents with the appointment. Also, customer service was great too. They responded to my initial request on here almost immediately even though I submitted it very late last night. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, which was great. After completion of the service, the office called us to make sure we were perfectly happy with how everything went, which we were. They really care about us and showed great respect. After hearing horror stories about many of the "blow and go" companies, I feel great that Lowe's delivered on their promiss. Normally I don't trust those promotional videos, but the one on their website definitely proven to be correct (at least in our case). -Alex

A+ service. They definitely delivered on their promises. Lowe's did not try to update and there were NO hidden charges and fees. Their rates are flat and include UNLIMITED number of vents. Most companies like Sears advertise lower rates but after I asked them more about it, I found out it they only include few vents and they would up-charge all these extras.... Lowe's was the only company which offered 100% Customer Satisfaction or Money Back Guaranteed. Their technician called 30min ahead of appointment. Very professional and friendly. Spent time explaining everything to us. Also offered Free Video Inspection before and after which clearly showed they stood by their work. He came in, covered his shoes, did all the work and afterwords cleaned after himself which shows respect for our home. I would absolutely use Lowe's again.
