Description of Work: Very professional and friendly, came at the time they said they would, explained alternatives and repaired A/C. not the very cheapest, but not unreasonable either, and they are licensed and insured. I was happy with the service.

Description of Work: They replaced an electrical condenser, it's used to start up a motor. It's been a long time, I can't remember when it was, maybe five years ago.

Description of Work: Finally had one of my two 13 year old air conditioner units fail on a Sunday. Even though they did not have anyone to come out, they were one of the few companies that responded to my call and were extremely courteous. I made an appointment for them to come out on Monday. It was a simple blown capacitor which I had suspected, but I decided to ask for a replacement quote as I know it was on its last legs. There was no pressure as they walked me through my options. I was even encouraged to look at slightly less efficient units as they were not cost effective for my use. I was able to get two Trane, 3 ton units and an additional duct installed to help cool the "hot box" of my vaulted ceiling. Also, no charge for the capacitor to get me up in running for the rest of the week. | |The installation job was well done and done on a Saturday at my request. They took care to make sure they did not dirty the house as best they could considering it was raining that day. The only issue I had was with the wiring of the new Nest thermostats I was installing and moving. The first installation, I believe was shorted out by a wrong installation, I honestly do not know if it was the installer or I that wired it wrong, but I had to send the first thermostat back. On the second unit I asked to move the thermostat around the corner which they did easily as requested by running a new wire out the back. I had asked the one installer to leave the other wire in case I decided to move it back, but the second installer cut the wire very close to the wall. I was upset at this, but he noticed and spliced it back together for me. I believe this was a miscommunication mostly due to my lack of speaking Spanish. Since I am one of the few none spanish speakers in South Florida, it is important to me to have someone that speaks good english so that I feel my concerns are understood. There was always someone that I could speak with when their crews came out. | |Overall I am very satisfied with service, installation, and units I received.

Description of Work: They claim they could fix my ac by changing some parts. I would get a year warranty. After "they fixed it" Ac worked for 3 days and then stop for about 6 hours They came back and told me that is how it was going to work. It would stop for a few hours and then go back on. I was not told that. Ended up calling somebody else and replaced my ac with a new unit.I must say that a few months before my ac was not working and they fixed it and charged me a decent fee. That's why I called them back. Very dissapointed.

Description of Work: When the condenser on one of my A/C systems quick working, I called Kendale A/C. After checking the nonworking system, they offered a couple of options. I chose to replace the old condenser and AHU with a new energy efficient system. Kendale A/C obtained the permit and performed the replacement very quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied w/ Kendale A/C.
