Glen arrived right on time and was very professional. He took his time to make sure the roof was cleaned just right and he worked non-stop for very long periods of time. It was very obvious that he was a perfectionist and did what was necessary to get through the years of mildew. We couldn't believe how nice the roof came out. The same was true for the exterior walls of the house and the pavers in the back of the house. We could not ask for more.

They were excellent. I had a coupon for this cleaning. They did some pressure washing. They were highly rated on Angie's List, and saw that they were highly rated. They were very courteous, they came on time, and did a fantastic job.

He came out to do the same service that I had used him for earlier. We had a lot of rains recently in the Miami area and so we had a lot of mildew build up. He came out and took care of it. We called him on Friday and he was here on Tuesday. Glen at Hard Surface Masters is awesome. They are really great people, incredibly nice, incredibly professional, and real courteous and they clean up well when they are finished. They are fantastic.

Glenn is awesome! We needed serious pressure washing to our pool/deck patio (approx. 1500 sq ft) after purchasing our home. There was caked algae and mildew and horrible staining from years of neglect. He answered his phone and came out the same day (on a Saturday!) He quickly surveyed the job and gave us a quote, which was completely fair and manageable given our new home-owners budget. He was ready to go to work that day or next business day! We had him come out three days later to perform the work (we needed to clear out our patio furniture, etc). He did the physical pressure washing one day and returned the next day to apply treatment and finishing touches (it was raining both days so he had to work around the weather). When I saw the final result I was completely blown away! Our patio was flawlessly white and all the algae/mildew/staining was gone! Glenn also educated us on maintenance techniques to avoid another build-up. He was friendly, personal, punctual and professional; qualities not often found in South Florida. Just an awesome experience! We plan on having Glenn return semi-annually for touch-ups and will use him when it is time to clean the tile in our house. Don't hesitate to use Hard Surface Masters!
