This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Glenn was easy to reach to schedule the job, kept in touch about the exact arrival time on the day of the appointment and completed the work quickly. He and his assistant were extremely polite and professional. The results were amazing. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Glen is an outstanding business owner and someone who stands behind his work. He pressure-washed our roof and then treated it with a chemical to repel mold so it will not need another clearing for at least three years. Secondly, he painted the complete exterior of our house in December 2013. There were three areas in which there was peeling paint on the exterior of our house. He not only scraped and repainted these areas by hand, he hand-painted virtually the whole south side of our house going well beyond our request. We were amazed by this craftsmanship. Furthermore, he did not charge us the labor for scrapping and painting these areas of our house because he considered it warranty work because he said the paint should have never peeled in the first place. His tireless work over a four-day period enhanced the beauty of our house. Glen is one of the reasons I am proud of our house.

I needed my stone tile cleaned in my house. Greg came out and provided a written estimate, He also suggested sealing the tile to which I agreed. The job was done well. Greg is a professional. He was careful with my things, and kept things clean while he worked. He did a decent job on my tile which I had never had done before. He even gave me a bottle of the proper cleaning fluid for the type of tile I have! I think the price was good too for the amount of work done,

Glenn showed up on time and provided a very reasonable estimate. He explained the process and came over three times to finish the job. He even cleaned and sealed some side travertine steps that weren't part of the orginal estimate. I would definately hire him again!

Glenn was absolutely great, from start to finish. When I initially called him for a quote, he called me right back and came to give me an estimate that same day. The following day I received a proposal. On the job he was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and finish and started in the time frame he had promised. The tile came out looking like new. This is the second time I used Glenn and I highly recommend him.

Didn't thoroughly clean the back patio and screen enclosure and he didn't finish the job the same day, which is fine but he didn't come back the next day he came back at the end of the week and I had to call him to see when he was coming back which I thought was odd. .

I used this service on October 8, 2014. The technician Glen was polite, professional and his work turned out perfect. The power washing he did on my driveway and sidewalk was done so well, that l am now the envy of my neighbors. I will definitely use this service again. Thank-you.

Glenn did a great job pressure cleaning and painting the house. The paint used was high quality and the workmanship was very good. He finished on time even with the weather not permitting work. He was professional, courteous, and quick. I would use him in the future for both pressure cleaning and painting.

After meeting with the gentleman who was apparently the owner of the company and getting an estimate and an appointment for tile cleaning, I drove over an hour to the location where the service would be performed the following day. Almost 2 hours went by after the time of my appointment and no one showed up. I called and was told they were very busy and would have to come later. They seemed upset that I was calling them asking questions. I told them I was no longer interested because I had other things I needed to do, and the gentlemen got very agitated and accusatory. He said "Is it really a big deal? Maybe you can just leave me the key and I'll do it when I have time". Very shady indeed! Needless to say, I cleaned all of the 1300 square feet of tile myself, and it looks great, no thanks to this company!!

I purchased a new home and did some minor renovations. The home has ceramic tile throughout. Glenn came in and cleaned all the floor tiles and the tiles in the bathroom tub surrounds. It's old tile, but now it sparkles. He estimated it would take 3 hours to complete the job and it did. He was professional, reliable and extremely personable. I highly recommend Glenn and his services.

This is the second time that Glenn cleans my tile floors. I originally found him through Living Social and was so impressed I hired him again. He did a marvelous job! He cleaned the tiled areas in my home, my screen room patio, and the pavers leading out to my hot tub. They all look good as new. He responds quickly, shows up on time (actually early in my case), charges reasonable prices, and does excellent work. Thank you, you are my go to guy to get my floors cleaned!

Hard Surface MAsters were a plessure to deal with. The responded quickly to our call, and came out to give us an estimate. They worked with us to schedule a convenient time toperform the cleaning. They showed up on time and did an excelent job. We were completely satisfied and plan to use their services again for any pressure cleaning jobs.

They pointed out that their service was not the type that I should use. They saved me from making a mistake, Some other business might have not been so honest. Therefore, they proved their honesty to me and I will hire them in the future.

Glenn is a meticulously professional who takes pride in his work and cares about his product . We chose him to clean and paint the exterior of our house based on previous work at our house and his work painting houses in our neighborhood. Glenn and his helper (Josh) arrived each day at about 9:30 am and worked to sunset. He kept us informed of his plan at the beginning of the day and spent time with us during the day to answer our questions. The final product was a beautifully painted house and cleaned/sealed backyard patio. Upon our request, he even replaced a flood lamp bulb located in our entry way that is difficult to reach due to it height (25 feet above our entry way to our house) and installed its lamp cover that had previously fell off. Based on experience, Glenn's estimate was below other estimates from other companies using the same type and quality of paint. We felt other estimates were over-priced and Glenn's estimate was reasonable for a two-story, 3218 square-foot house. We were extremely pleased with the quality of Glenn's work. Others were equally impressed. While painting our house, least three homeowners in our neighborhood ask Glenn for an estimate to paint their houses. At first I was impressed by the speed with which he returned my call. His price was reasonable. We set up an appointment for pressure washing for Thursday afternoon, but he did say it might be Friday. Thursday came and went with no call or show for the appointment. On Friday when my husband hadn't heard anything from him he called and left messages. No return call and now show for the appointment. On Saturday I called and spoke with him. He told me his truck broke down and he was out of business until he got a new one. He said he thought he had called all his appointments to cancel but had forgotten about mine. He apologized but that's pretty lame considering my husband devoted two days at home waiting for this service to be performed. I wasted this whole week waiting for this appointment when I could have been finding someone else to do it. I understand things happen but the lack of communication is really inexcusable.

It was great. Owner was responsive to my calls, gave me a price quote over the phone and did not "adjust" based on distance, extra fees, or what he saw when he got there (this sort of thing makes me nuts!) He was polite, professional, and did an excellent job. He recommended the sealant and explained why, but there was no hard sell on it. I will definitely use Hard Surface Masters again and recommend them to others.

Went fine. I called, made an appointment, he showed up, did the pressure cleaning. Late in the day, a part broke on his equipment, he was back the next day to finish the job. Did an excellent job on the metal awnings, both tops and bottoms, and had to contend with removing wasp nests a the same time (he did not get stung, thank goodness). Cleaned up afterwards.

They were very good. The work met my expectations.
