From the start, Yamilee was very prompt in having someone come to our house to provide us with a free quote. The turn around on getting the estimate was extremely fast as well. As soon as we were ready to have the job done, we contacted her and she came with one of her painters within a couple of days to have the paperwork signed and to discuss the project. The entire job was completed in two days. The finished product looks amazing! Alain and his crew did such a beautiful job. He even went above and beyond by painting areas of our fence and our mailbox. He takes so much pride in his work that he wants everything to look perfect and brand new...and it certainly does! They wanted us to do a walk around with Alain upon completion to ensure that everything was to our standards. I would highly recommend Guarantee Painting. The company was able to squeeze me in and called to confirm and follow-up. The painter, Piero, arrived precisely on time and did an excellent job, beyond what I had even hoped.

Everything was perfect from the first moment of communication and responsiveness unti the actual work was done. The painter, whose name is Piero, arrived in time! He was set and ready to start his work immediately. First he started without taping certain parts but since I am pregnant and conscious about everything I asked him to tape first. So he did it with a smile on his face. The room was painted twice. No stains were left on the window grams or the floor. When he was done he left everything clean. Amazing job! I will definitely recommend your company to my neighborhood and my friends! Wish every single person who comes to my house to do anybkindnof work was that punctual, professional and responsible. It worked out. It was okay. He was very nice. He did what he supposed to do. The price was wonderful. He did a good job. His responsiveness was fine. He was really professional and very pleasant. He was very honest. He said what he was going to do and what he was supposed to do. He did the best he could. I cannot complain for anything at all because he did the best he could.

Guarantee Painting is remarkable. The professionalism and the attention to detail was incredable. They were there on time everyday and did an amazingly clean job. I was left in charge of hiring a company to paint the exterior of my bosses house. I have used Guarantee Painting in the past so I contacted Yamilee to let her know I needed this job done ASAP. It was my bosses granddaughters birthday and the house needed to be painting by 1/10/2016 for the party. It was 01/04/2016 when I called her for the proposal and to ask her if it can be done ASAP. Yamilee did a great job putting a team together to accommodate me. The Team did a wonderful job as always. Left everything neat and clean. Very detailed work. My boss was very happy and was amazed how fast her house was painting and ready for the party!!! I am so grateful that I have kept in contact with such a great company!!! Yami answered my call on a SATURDAY. She was able to give me a quote over the phone after I provided her with pictures of the area. She then came to assess the property in person, and her original quote was spot on. She assembled a team to fit my tight schedule and got the job done -- on Christmas Eve! They did great work -- very clean, neat with much attention to detail. No complaints! Yami is a pleasure to work with, and their quote was the most competitive out of the four painting companies that I contacted. I highly recommend and will be contacting Yami and her Guarantee Painting crew for any future paint jobs.

We had a really short turn around time and contacted them in the middle of the Holidays. They always responded immediately and worked within our schedule. Efron, our painter, was punctual, friendly and took pride in his work. We would highly recommend and use them again.

Yamilee was very responsive. She accommodated me on a date for a proposal to my schedule. The painters went above and beyond on painting my parents house. I was extremely impressed with the detail and quality of there work. There work was so neat. No mess was made. The painters were very nice and well mannered. This is the second time I hire Guarantee Painting for painting on my properties. This time they painted the interior of my beach apt. I was very impressed with the detail of there work in the interior. I selected dark colors for the accent walls. The cuts of the colors were perfect. No mess nor drip of paint. Once again Guarantee Painting meet my expectations. I will definitely be using them. Yamilee and the Painters are very nice, professional and accommodating. Best of luck.

The quality of the painting was excellent and the cost was excellent. The first problem was that the painter only spoke Spanish, and we only speak English. I understand a second painter was supposed to come but could not for personal reasons. I do not like that I needed to call the office to have the manager translate for the painter and me. When I pay the kind of money we paid, I should be able to communicate directly with the worker in my house. Second, the painter was rude to my wife. It was the end of the second full day of painting and all that was left to do was closest doors in the bedroom. There had been some question as to whether they were to be done, but the manager said they would be done. The painter told my wife they looked good enough without being painted and went home. I was not home at the time. While he came back to finish after I called the office, that type of rudeness is unprofessional. Maybe there was a language barrier, but that goes back to my first complaint.

It was a great experience. Yamilee came to my house for an estimate and discussed what would be done and the cost. She helped me pick out colors that would work best and even left the color chart for me to review. She is easy to work with -polite, friendly & professional. The crew showed up on time each day. The were professional & respectful. The entire crew was polite & friendly! A pleasure to work with!

Yamilee was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helpful, and answered all of my questions. Her price was very reasonable for the scope of the work. Her workmen arrived on time on the scheduled days, did a fantastic job of popcorn removal and painting, and left very little mess. From initial contact with Yamilee to get a quote, through completion of the paint job, the entire process was smooth and professional.. Yamilee was extremely responsive; and David, the painter was punctual, professional and did a great paint job! Very happy with the results.

The owner, Yamilee, was very responsive and helpful from the beginning. The painter - Jacob - arrived a little late but hey - it was Memorial Day! Some painters would have just no-showed on a holiday but not Jacob. Jacob was very polite, worked diligently, paid attention to detail, was careful and skilled, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. The job was supposed to be just one bedroom, per the Angie's List Big Deal that I bought, but Yamilee encouraged me to make a day of it since sending a painter booked for only half a day of work was a waste. So I did! I asked Jacob to paint a second larger bedroom. I underestimated how long that would take, and as evening approached, I gave Jacob the option of stopping and leaving the "easy part" that remained for my son to finish up. But not Jacob.....even though it was a holiday and he had a loved one waiting for him, he stayed and finished the job entirely, and then did an excellent job cleaning up. I could not be happier with Jacob, Yamilee (who even stopped by while the job was in process to check things out) and the quality and price of the job.

Right when I called they came to my house and gave me an estimate.They started the job 3 days later and finished my entire house in just 2 days. I looked around every spot and was perfect! I highly recommend!

Yami, Alain and the team at Guarantee Painting were incredible. I had requested a quote and they came out very fast to look at the property and provided pricing on the spot. The price quoted was good and they were able to start working very quickly. They are total professionals and the quality of their work is top notch. They event painted little things that were not in the scope of the original proposal, just to make the property look even better. Yami was very great to communicate with and very responsive. Even thought we added rooms after the start of the work, the company was able to easily accommodate the request and finished on time. I would not hesitate to use Guarantee painting again.

I called right after I joined, and spoke to Guarantee Painting. tHey said they couldn't start for a week originally. I wanted it sooner. She said, 'I will call back in an hour.' She called and said she could work me in tonight after hours if I still wanted it done at no additional charge. He was here on time. The painter was super nice, a gentleman, clean and swept the room after, put furniture back and painted perfectly. She called back to check on everything. I was so impressed with the company and everything about their work. They are over and above anyone I have used. From 1 - 10, they are 1000. The prices are fair and I would definitely recommend them! They went out of their way to accommodate me!
