Guarantee Painting is a family owned business who is very professional, treatment is personal and diligent. Owner and staff very friendly, Job was done in a timely manner. Everything very clean, painter very organized and always taking special care to be perfect and was very detailed. Job well done, definitetly will hire again. Recommend them 100%.

Guarantee Painting did an excellent job painting our 1 bedroom apartment. Yami the owner was very responsive and agreed to meet the following day to look at the apartment so that she can provide a quote. Not only was she very professional, she was also very courteous and provided excellent suggestions on colors that would brighten the apartment. Alain, the painter who works with Yami, was also very professional and meticulous. We are completely satisfied with the end product and highly recommend Guarantee Painting.

Had a great experience with Guarntee Painting. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Work was done inna very timely manner and looks great. Yami was geeat in helping picking colors and the paint crew was great. Job quality is great. Walls and ceilings look great. Small repairs were done as needed and no issues. I was hoping outlet covers and light fixtures woukd be be removed before painting but nothing had paint left on them and left clean. No biggie in my opinion. I got a quote from another Company rhat is popular and uswd before wirh amazing results. They could not match Guarante Painting’s pricing. Was told “Good luck and would love to know how that works out.” Well worked out great! Was left with a reasonable amount of left over paint as well. When its time to paint the outside or anyone I know needs a painter, guess who I am calling!!

Good job overall. The crew was friendly but focused on the job. They addressed any concerns raised during the work and were overall extremely responsive and helpful. Yamilee was a great task manager, keeping everyone (myself included) focused on what needed to happen and when. She was also a great help with color selection. I really appreciated the follow up care.

Alain and his crew were very professional and very responsive to my requests. The house came out great at a fair price! I would definitely use his service in the future and would highly recommend. He will be painting the interior of my house next.

When I needed my house repainted recently, I contacted several contractors. Guarantee Painting was one of only two that actually got back to me and showed up for an estimate. From the very beginning, Yamilee was punctual and professional. Her quote was the better of the two (very reasonable price), and she provided expert help in selecting the paint colors. We went with her recommendations and could not be happier with the results. Her crew was excellent as well. They started and finished the job when she said they would, and they pressure cleaned everything (including pavers that were not part of the painting job). I would highly recommend Guarantee Painting - it was the best home improvement experience we have had in many years. They will be my go-to company for painting from now on.

Everything went fine. They were very professional. They always showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. We found them very easy to work.

The complex where I live wanted to hire a painting company to paint all the 200 units. In the board meeting I recommend Guarantee Painting since I had hired them to paint my daughters house. We needed up getting 3 bids and Guarantee Painting was the company the received the most votes. They were very attentive to our needs and even came to a board meeting to meet all the owner of the units so we can organize the project. The project took four month to complete. It was a very big project 3 colors being used and included railings and doors. The owner were very nervous because last time we hired a company to paint it was a disaster. But Thankfully not this time. This company was very organized. They did not more than 2 buildings at a time. Painter were always dressed appropriately to identify the company. There was a pod in the property to leave material organized. They cleaned every day and made sure the property was perfect at the end of each day. They were very attentive to make sure all car were at the proper distance to be protected from the paint. Window were covered. Painter were onsite Monday- Friday and never missed a day. This operation went so smoothly. We did not even get one complain from an owner. The community looks so nice. I am very please that I was able to refer this company to our HOA.

Guarantee Painting painted my apartment last year. I just bought a new house this month and hired them again. I wanted to paint my house ASAP and there schedule was full. They did everything in there power to accommodate and even worked the whole weekend just to accommodate me. The painters are very attentive to detail. They even cleaned the side walk of the front of my property which was not in the contract. so glad they did because it changed the look of the house completely. I was concerned since the house had a lot of shutters but they covered them completely before painting. Yamilee also helped me in selecting the perfect colors to go with my house. I am so happy with the outcome. I love my new house. I recommend this company to everyone. They are very easy to work with and make you feel comfortable.

It went great as expected. I hired Guarantee Painting back in February 2017 to paint my in-laws house which they had done a great job. I just bought my first house in January and off course I did not think twice about hired them to paint my house. I am very pleased with the work. I changed the house from a dark color to a light color and it looks so much bigger as Yamilee had recommended. I used eider white as the main color and black fox for the trim. The painters are very professional, polite. They even offered to help me carry several boxes I was taking out of the car. The job took 4 days to complete and painters where on time each day. This company goes went over and beyond my expectation. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Guarantee Painting was highly recommended by a co worker. I hired them to paint a 16 unit 2 story building interior and exterior. I was really happy with the turn around and outcome of the project. Yamilee was very attentive and helpful. I was very nervous on selecting new color for the exterior since I wanted a drastic modern look. She did a phenomenal job on helping me with the selection of the color. She went over and beyond on making sure I was happy and comfortable with my selection. The painters onsite were very professional. They did an amazing job and organized the project. It was a difficult building to work around since tenants walk in an out of building all day. They were very patient and worked around all the obstacles. They were very responsible and make sure each day they were no car park around property to make sure they get no overspray. The painting jobs looks very nice and professional. I am very happy that I hired Guarantee Painting to paint my building. They painting the walls and front doors of all the units plus the hallway floors. Everything looks new. They also Painted several unit inside and it also looks great. The painters made sure to protect floors and furniture of the all the tenants. All the tenants were happy as well with the outcome. We had absolutely no complaints. Exceptional job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Started off well, but then things got sloppy. The metal railings attached to my house, which the previous 2 painters painted as part of the house, i was told were not included in the price. Had to pay an additional $250 for them to be done, and they were not done very well. My front door finish was terrible, lumps everywhere and it started to peel within a week. I called them to get them to come back and do it again, initially they agreed, but after 3 months of trying to get them to do it they no longer bother to respond to text messages or phone calls. Terrible service. They took my money and ran.

It went very smoothly, after they started with pressure cleaning the next day they prepped the house, covering all areas they did not want to paint and then spray painted the primer and then the color. The last day was details, trim, doors and so on. I thought the work was done right and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend....I plan on painting the inside of my house and I will call them.
