It went very smoothly, after they started with pressure cleaning the next day they prepped the house, covering all areas they did not want to paint and then spray painted the primer and then the color. The last day was details, trim, doors and so on. I thought the work was done right and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend....I plan on painting the inside of my house and I will call them.

Guarantee Painting is an extremely professional company with a superb attention to detail. Ms Cespedes came out to provide a quote, and review progress, as we added to the project, always very punctual and candid with providing guidance with this project, dissuading us on spending money on what was deemed not necessary, even if this meant an additional project for Guarantee Painting. Our home was transformed by the quality detailed work, it looks like a brand new property.

Yamilee gave us a reasonable estimate and advised me to trim some of the plants that could get in the way (which I did). Alain showed up early, explained (in Spanish) what he was going to do that day, and got to work, pressure washing and repairing the stucco. On the second day he focused first on the side of the house from which we enter and exit. He worked alone and finished the job in two days! The house looks new! He took pains to ensure that paint did not get on the pavers, windows, and doors. He was professional and even friendly. He left us a couple gallons of paint in case we need it for future touch-ups.

The service was very professional from beginning to end. Yamilee gave us a very reasonable estimate and the paint job was extremely detailed. They are patient and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them.

I currently just had my entire home under renovation interior and exterior. I just hired Guarantee Painting to Paint the interior and exterior of my home. Yamilee was a pleasure to work with. I was so confused to what colors to pick for my home. She was so patient in helping me select the right ones. She explained the different finishes of each paint and the pros and cons. Which was great help. The project took about 12 days. The painters were onsite everyday well prepared and dressed appropriate with uniforms to work. All the painter onsite where very professional and polite. I did not see no drips of paint anywhere. They picked up each day and left all supplies organized for the next day. My floor and fixtures were convered 100%. I am so pleased that I selected Guarantee Painting for my renovation. They really went above and beyond of my expectation. My house looks perfect in the interior and exterior. I have added Guarantee to my contact book for any future painting needs.

I hired Guarantee Painting to paint the interior of my two bedroom apt. It took them 4 days to paint the ceiling, walls, baseboards and closets. Painters were very nice and there work was excellent. it went very well. price was good and they finished quickly. they rushed the back patio and missed a couple of spots, but overall they did a great job.

I hired Guarantee Painting for the second time. I bought a house as a surprise gift for my daughters weeding. I needed the interior and exterior painted immediately. Yamilee was able to fit me in her schedule and had the house painting within the week. They did an amazing job. The house looks great. I am so excited. Painters were on time everyday uniformed. All the debri from the pressure cleaning was picked up. No mess left behind. I love this company. I already have recommended them to several friends and are happy with the outcome. Everything went very quickly: it took less than a week from the agreement to job done. Painting was great, exactly as we wanted. However, what I found to be unique is that the Owner and crew were making suggestions regarding the color, and other details; these were excellent suggestions based on their skills and experience. One more thing: they pressure-cleaned more than we agreed, cleaned the territory, and overall the interaction was enjoyable. It seemed that they had fun when they worked.

I recently hired Guarantee Painting to paint the exterior of my home. They did a great job. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our house. I was so impressed on how organized the painters on the job site were. They even picked up all the debris from the pressure washing. They are very detailed with there work. They covered all my shutters and light fixtures. In overall we are very happy with the work done and impressed with finally finding a responsible company. Wow, what a great company. This company was recommended by another contractor that cleaned my floors back in March. The staff was extremely professional. Showed up to all appointment on time. Yamilee helped me in selected the best colors to use. She was very helpful. The painter are very professional as well. They went above and beyond to make sure my plants did not get damaged in the process. They even pressure washed my pool deck at no extra cost. They are very attentive to detail. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome of our house. We definitly recommend this company to anyone.

I just hired Guarantee Painting yesterday to paint a bedroom in my house. I recently got the house painted by another company but I decided to change the color of one room. They were to busy and could not accommodate me within a week so they recommended Guarantee painting. Very responsible company. They used tarps to cover the floor and the furniture I had in the room. They were very polite and moved everything very carefully. It was a small room which was completed on the same day. Very happy with the outcome and love the new color.

It went Fantastic!! My townhouse look amazing. I am really glad I picked this company. From start to finish everything went perfect. Yami was extremely helpful in helping me decided on what colors to use for the interior. She was able to provide me with a proposal on the same day and explained all steps detailed. The painters showed up on time daily. They were very professional. Once complete the painters asked to please walk the property to make sure that I was please with the work before they left. I walked the entire property and did not find not one detail to complain about. They will be painting the exterior of my townhouse next month. I cant wait to see the final outcome.

I recently hired guarantee painting to paint my in-laws house. I was amazed on how easy the whole process was. They came to work on time everyday. They were productive, neat, respectful, helpful, attentive to all details. The house looks great!!! We are all very happy with the work done. The painters were very patient working inside the house with all the furniture. They used tarps to cover furniture and were very helpful in moving the furniture. My inlaws are elderly and don't have the strength to do so. Even through it was my responsibility to move everything out of the way. They were very nice and pleasant to help anyways. I look forward to hiring Guarantee Painting in the future to paint my house. It was a pleasure.

They actually went above and beyond what I had requested, I thought that the base boards were fine and didn't need painting and he thought that it would look much better and he went ahead and painted it as well cause he really wanted to make sure it was perfect. It was excellent.

WOW!WOW!WOW!. Oscar Sanchez was AMAZING!!! he went above and beyond what we expected. His professionalism was completely TOP NOTCH. He was very prompt, He always informed us on everything he was doing and he even included a lot of extras that were a complete surprise to us. When i refer to "US" I am referring to myself and my father. This house is being put on the market very soon and he made the house look so beautiful!! I mean picture perfect!. He painted the mailbox, Both sets of French doors and even went as far as putting the new hinges on all of the doors as well. He painted the back awning and even removed the decorative numbers and door plates and replaced them with our new ones. He always made sure that we were happy and anything that we found that he may have overlooked (Which was rare) he redid the area no questions asked . Like I said he went above and beyond our expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend his company for any job large or small.

They were good. They were just average. They did a good job. It has been a long time. I bought a deal from Angie's List. Their pricing was good.

On August 3rd, I contacted Guarantee Painting via the Angie's List Messenger. They answered immediately and we confirmed an appointment for an estimate for the next day. Yamilee and Adrian showed up on time and professionally dressed in company attire. They measured my home and asked questions about the work I needed done. They stated that they would send me the estimate via email by the next day. The estimate arrived the next day as promised. The pricing was a tad higher than two other quotes I received, however, Yamilee was able to work with our budget. Her willingness to work within my budget was a huge plus for us. That, and the fact that they are licensed/ insured, showed up on time and professionally dressed was a clear indicator of a professional company. Because I live in an association, I needed to get some approvals. The approvals took about a month. Yamilee was very understanding. After the approvals came in, we set up a date to begin the work. She gave me a timeframe of about a week for the work to be complete. Guarantee Painting was at my home every day ON TIME and ready to begin working. They had a professional company truck with all the tools necessary for the job. They did not have to leave and run to Lowes for anything. They pressured cleaned the home and began prepping it for paint. They covered my hurricane shutters with papers and covered my stone walkways. Areas that they could not paint via spray, they dedicated a person with brush. After the prepping, they added primer to the home and let it sit. They then added two coats of paint. After the painting of the home, they used a concrete paint to paint my garden borders. Adrian, the foreman, is extremely knowledgeable and has a keen eye for painting. The two other painters on the team were professional, thorough and hard-working. I never saw them taking long breaks or otherwise wasting time. Overall, it was a well oiled machine. If I had to find one concern it would be with being careful around plants. Prior to painting, walk the painters around the home and point out areas that they should use extreme caution around. But, again, overall, I am very happy with the results and I would use this company again in the future.

I have hired Guarantee Painting in the past. I currently hired them again to paint a property for a client that currently bought a house I was listing. MY client asked me to make all the arrangement for painting. This house was surrounded by plants and rare orchids. The team of painters did an exceptional job working around the plants making sure they don't get damaged. It took great time on there part. The house currently had new fixtures and tiles around the exterior. They took there time to cover the floor and exterior fixtures to make sure it does not get damaged. The painters came to work on time everyday. They were always in uniform and very presentable. The painters onsite very well mannered.The house looks fabulous. My clients are very happy I hired Guarantee Painting to do the work. I cant thank them enough for doing such a fabulous job. My clients needed the house painted by the time they came back from vacation so they can move in. Guarantee Painting accommodated there schedule to paint within a few days. This painting company did an excellent job on our home. They painted the interior of our house which hadn't been painted in many years and was in terrible shape. The baseboards and doors all needed a lot of sanding prior to painting. In addition, many of the walls required patching of cracks, holes and sanding. The company is very responsive and is always on time. They answer the phone promptly and return texts in a timely manner. The painters who worked on the house, including the owner, were friendly and professional professional and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

The service was acceptable. I did not have a hard time getting them to come out. I needed something done quickly and they did come out quickly. He was a bit sloppy like the clean-up. I had to clean-up a couple of drops. The actual painting was good. It was just that it was not very clean. I did not realize that after he left.

When we agreed on price, they arrived on time and kept me informed of progress by email & text. The painters were very detailed and the quality of painting exceeded my expectations.
