Great! The problem was discovered and fixed.

They have done work for me several times. They addressed my needs and concerns and fixed my problems.

Peter, the owner of Greenstar, was very professional. He arrived on time and provided me with an excellent plan for the tune up of my existing irrigation system. The plan improved coverage of the lawn and shrubs, and reduced wasted watering of road/sidewalk/driveway. However, the job took longer than anticipated because his crew did not follow his plan exactly and in one instance hooked up to a non-operating water line. However, Peter responded and agreed to correct the problem. The issue was finally corrected one week later. Approximately one month after the upgrade. I experienced additional problems with the sprinkler system. As a result we have water restrictions in our area. My grass started to die as the sprinkler system was not covering the entire lawn. I contacted them via email, provided pictures and requested repair services as soon as possible. He advised that he would get to me in 7-10 days when they were back in my area. This is inadequate service for a system that is less than 90 days old.

Peter was thorough and knowledgeable and he checked all the sprinkler zones and provided an estimate to repair and/or relocate a few heads. The price was relatively high for the scope of work, but not unconscionable..

I am very happy with the work done. The owner, Mr. Masi, came out promptly to give me an estimate for the pump replacement. His crew was here the next day and they replaced the pump, found the well and replaced the well head.. They also installed a timer and fixed the broken pipes.Some of the work was not included in the original estimate but was done gratis. After the pump was working it was obvious that many sprinkler heads needed to be replaced and lines flushed. This was an added expense, but was expected. As I said, I was very happy with the work, which was pricey but worth the cost, and with the communication with Mr. Masi. I also was very happy with his crew. They were happy to explain what they were doing and how to run the new system. They were prompt and did the job quickly and neatly. I will be contacting them again.

Great! The grass is looking better already and the sprinklers are functioning better than they have in years. Peter arrived promptly after our service request and provided expert and friendly service. The irrigation technician performed all of the necessary repairs to our satisfaction. Definitely we will be using Greenstar Landscaping again and plan to get on the routine maintenance plan too.

Very satisfied. Peter is responsive, punctual and does quality work. We needed our yard re-landscaped, sodded and irrigation system re-aligned for a new pool. Peter worked with us, and provided many options for our landscaping. Prior to starting, he was at our home 4 times to make sure we were happy with the design plan. Everything we needed that outlined was completed. He was on site supervising and working with his team and has followed-up after installation.

Immediately upon arriving before even checking the system, he made sure to tell me the poor job that had been done only a year ago. There was no tuneup as advertised. When I asked if he would provide me with a written estimate he stated he would email it. He never did. I recently hired a licensed company referred by HomeAdvisers who provided me with a written estimate identifying the same work verbally identified by Greenstar but for $360. A third estimate was for about the same amount. I'm very dissapointed with GreenStar's professionalism.

Everything went fine. They showed up as scheduled and made the repairs that were needed. They left the work area clean and packed the new trench with white sand to bury the new pipe.

Good, but expensive. He basically won't touch a house unless he can bill you a $1000. I've had him clean out the yard and do some landscaping before. I just know he won't touch me for less than a $1000. Even if I have less work to do, he'll find more work to do. He does do a good job, but he's always tries to sell you landscaping you don't need, because I guess that's where his profit margin is. I don't plan on using Peter again, just because he's too expensive. But, if he says he's going to do the job, he does the job. He does it well. He's just expensive. I usually wait until things are seriously overgrown because I know he's going to charge me $1000 and things grow fast in Florida. He's good with responsiveness. There's a little bit of a personality conflict between the two of us. I've had him out several times and he did my next door neighbor. I don't know how to describe it. He has a tiny bit of an attitude, but you find that a lot in this neighborhood, if you live in this neighborhood, especially if you have a house on the water, you just know they're going to take advantage of it and you've got to be ready for it. I found somebody else to do the work and after fourteen years of a beautiful lawn, I have a half-eaten lawn with some kind of a bug. That wouldn't have happened with Peter. I don't know what to do now. I would consider using him again. He does a good job with irrigation, too.

The team arrived on time both days and got the job done. Everyone single one was professional. For all the dirt and grass that was dug up, it was all placed back and honestly my lawn looks fine since then.

I've been a customer of Greenstar for several years and this was one of many services that I received, this time to repair a leak in one of our two sprinkler zones. While the work on this (and previous jobs) was prompt and effective, I discontinued working with this company during the course of this job and only paid for the initial investigation of the leak location. The reason for this decision was that I am fed up with the poor communications I've had with the business' owner and his repeated irresponsibility about giving me an estimate - or giving me time to review an estimate - before beginning work. Confirming my impression, his employees also openly gripe and grumble about him without a word from me. He is gruff and unpleasant to work with (or for, I imagine) and the time has come to look elsewhere for irrigation services. I'm sure I can do better. I'm changing my previous overall A rating to B, with a C for Professionalism.

Owner Peter Masi and his team were extremely professional, punctual and friendly to work with. Throughout the process, Peter was full of wonderful ideas, quick to be available and always on time with his services. My husband and I were very impressed by not only his work demeanor, but by the beautiful final product outside of our house! We started with no sprinklers and an uneven, dead lawn without any greenery. After a seamless process, we are now happy to call our house a home. It is filled with tropical plants, colorful flowers and luscious green grass thanks to Peter's expertise and a wonderful new irrigation system. Peter and his team worked with us to help us attain exactly what we wanted within our budget and within a short, efficient time frame. He even went as far as to recommend other vendors who can help us continue to maintain our lawn, as well as check on our yard over a month after the project has been completed. We would recommend Greenstar Landscaping to anyone who wants a beautiful yard with great customer service!

Cannot speak highly enough about this company. I called on a Monday. Peter came by the next day to review the system and make recommendations. By that evening, he had 2 men flagging and removing broken heads- they stayed until about 6:30 or 7pm. The job turned out to be a bit more extensive than originally thought, but they stayed within the estimate. It took two additional full days of work, and the system was done on Thursday evening. I need to review some minor adjustments in the system, but overall the work was excellent and I'm very happy. I will be enrolling in Greenstar's quarterly inspection program. Very professional, and Peter seems to take great pride in what he does.

Greenstar landscaping was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very professional. Peter Masi (the owner) is experienced & insightful about his craft. He gave excellent and smart recommendations about how to best design our sprinkler system to best service our landscaping needs. I would definitely recommend them.

The service was done in a very professional manner from start to finish. From the time I first contacted Greenstar and was told what needed to be done, I was given a date that they would be here and as promised, they were here. Everything was completed on the same day and the job was done very well. The representatives of the company were very courteous and answered whatever questions I had and I could not have been happier with the overall job. I would highly recommend Greenstar to anyone in need of repairs to their sprinkler system and would certainly use them again in the future.

Great experience. It's been a year since the service was performed and I still smile when I see my front yard. Everything has grown in well and looks great. Peter met with me on several occasions to help me choose the plants I wanted. The installation went well. Any issues that came up, were addressed quickly and professionally handled. In addition, Greenstar updated my sprinkler system and added an additional zone, which was much needed. I highly recommend Peter Masi and Greenstar for both landscaping and irrigation needs.

We called as this service provider came highly recommended by Angie's List and a friend. We need our sprinkler system checked because it does not work since we were struck by lightning They told us on the phone to go to an electrician. Now, every electrician we ask says that we need a company like Grecnstar because they specialize on irrigation systems. Guess we have to find another one.

It's just nonsense for me. I was not satisfied. (Inaudible).

After back and forth with office and owner, we had a set date for appt Day of, I called them at 9am, left vmail, and over two hours later I was told they were doing a no show. Zero respect, time wasters. Fixed sprinklers myself, plus added new wifi controller. Did that in less time than I wasted waiting for them.
