Peter is a very unprofessional person with hidden charges that made the final price too expensive. He only had to replace the pump because it was not working and for no real reason he added several new accompanying that were working correctly and did not need replacement. He offered to modernize my 220 Intermatic Timer and replaced it with an identical but new one. He tried to charge me for two extra hours of work because all zones would be fully pressurized and this was in the contract. Very rude; When I tried to discuss disagreements with him, he used offensive words. We made several efforts to get him to come back to verify the work and he never came back. In summary; I paid a lot of money and I still haven't finished the job.

Excellent job by Peter and his guy. Replaced all sprinkler heads, added sprinkler heads in new areas for better coverage, corrected irrigation zones, added new pump and controller. From the time I met with Peter and completion, it was two weeks. Peter worked with our timeframe of being intown. His crew worked non-stop, cleanup after themselves daily and did a great job. Peter is an absolute professional! He came on time, inspected the work to be done, gave me a reasonable quote, we shook on it, and that was it. The next day, he came by in the morning, video recorded the work to be done and sent it to his team. They showed up the same day, looked at the work, verified it on the video, and completed the scope in one afternoon, and the next morning! I could not have asked for a more pleasant, professional, reliable and accurate process. I highly recommend Greenstar Landscaping, and I will be using them for all my maintenance and repair work. Peter Masi and his team are pros. All work, including follow ups and ongoing system maintenance are performed in a timely, workmanlike manner, at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Peter and crew did a great job of repairing, replacing as necessary, the sprinkler system, including a new well pump. They then completely resodded the yard and swale plus adding decorative stone and mulch. We are very happy with the results and enjoy the many compliments from neighbors and passers-by.

I seldom take the time to write a review, but I feel compel to provide my feedback. This was my third sprinkler system that I was installing at my current house. Always frustrated with landscaping not being properly watered, while other areas grew mildew or yellow stains. Reading reviews, and interviewing several companies, I ended up using Greenstar Landscaping. I believe I made the right decision. Greenstar (Peter Masi) provided a very clear quote and professional solutions for the issues I had. For example, out of all the companies I interviewed, Peter was the only one that recommended a filter on my system to avoid issues with the sprinkler heads….and this is just one example. The service was excellent, and the installation crew was incredible…very knowledgeable, and with a professional demeanor. I also signed up for their year maintenance service and my plants are showing the difference.

Job went well. Peter was professional, gave me his honest opinion, was able to run a new line to an underserved part of the line. Rain delayed some of the work but when it stopped raining, the job was completed. Price was fair. Would recommend.

Awesome, Peter showed up the day I went on Angie's List and gave me an estimate, Ramone and Mike showed up the next day and started tagging the job, Ramone, Mike and Dave came on Monday and they almost completed the whole job in 13 hours. Ramone was the one I had the most contact with, he was very personable and friendly. He made the whole process easy for me to understand and was very accommodating. Peter was extraordinarily responsive and worked diligently to re-establish the well and replace the water pump that feed our air conditioning. It was a complex, multi-day job that required multiple trades and he made sure that the the work was done as quickly as possible in a high quality manner. Awesome, as usual. When the City repaired a sidewalk recently in front of my house they ripped one of the below ground pipes. Greenstar cam by within a day and repaired. I have been using Greenstar for all of my sprinkler maintenance for over 10 years.

Peter and his team were excellent. They punctually scheduled an appointment and followed up with me to confirm. Peter came out and tested the entire system, marking which sprinklers needed to be repaired. His team then came out and did the work. Peter then came and inspected the work and had his team tweak a few things as well as do some additional work at no charge and without my request. Peter is a rare to find in Miami and I will most certainly reach out to him again in the future.

The process went very smoothly. Peter, the owner, came out and looked over the irrigation system. He pointed out the needed repairs and provided an estimate. We scheduled a date for the repairs to take place. The repair technician came out as scheduled to perform the work. He was friendly and professional. All of the work was done as planned. The work included the replacement of sprinkler heads, relocating a few so they would water certain areas better and also replacing some PVC pipes. The technician also adjusted my timer. The work area was left clean and all debris was removed from digging holes, etc. I was very pleased with the results and would hire again. The price was very fair for the work performed and the final bill was the same as the estimate originally provided.

Peter has always done a good job. We had one rough spot but that was the result of a misunderstanding and we've over it. I wish all service providers were as reliable as Peter. I recommend Peter and his company.
