I wasn't here when they did it but as far as I know it went well. They cut up the trees, moved them to the curb and a couple weeks later the guy came back and ground up the stumps. We started out higher but we negotiated down a little bit. They did fine. It was all gone by the time I got home. They were very good and got in pretty quick. I had to do it all by phone. You have to consider everything was devastated at the time around here and I was surprised I got anybody at all. They're very professional.

New and old yard waste was removed. Most of the plants and tress were trimmed. They always make my yard look 100% better.

Peter, the owner, came out at our agreed to appointment time and checked the system out, adjusted a few things and made sure my timer was properly set. It was way off because of the power outages after the hurricane but he set it to the correct day and time. There were a few damaged sprinkler heads and a small pipe broken by a tree that was uprooted during the hurricane. He replaced the pipe and broken sprinkler heads. The service was quick, friendly and I got exactly what he explained I would be getting. No surprises. The system is now working great and watering the lawn and plants the way it was meant to. I have used Greenstar before and will continue using them in the future as I have had numerous positive experiences with them.

Peter's crew is always prompt and professional. They notify ahead of the quarterly visits. They check and re-align the sprinklers. The notify me of any necessary repairs and associated cost prior to repairs. I highly recommend their service!

We were out of town due to mandatory evacuation. I reached Greenstar via text shortly after the storm to ask for their assistance. They responded quickly, did a great job, and I returned home not having to worry about cleaning up my yard and landscape.

Peter showed up as soon as he could about three days after the hurricane passed. He does have quite a clientele and we feel lucky he took care of us so promptly of the damage and a quick estimate with possible variations. Our patio was a total mess with some of the fallen trees pressing down on the power line. Peter and his crew worked meticulously and it took six men two days to leave the yard as if nothing had happened. They worked so well that two of our neighbors hired him on the spot. Enough said.

I bought a tuneup for my sprinklers. The guy ended up replacing I don't know how many heads. My water bill has been going up over $300 a quarter since they came here and I can't get anyone to answer the phone.

Very well. However they are high cost.

Peter sent a written diagnostic report to submit to the water management company so our bill could be reassessed and he provided a decent proposal with his suggestions to save our water consumption in the future.It was also pleasant to communicate in English with highly knowledgeable licensed contractor... a rarity in South Florida.

Peter Masi came by at the agreed upon time today (a Saturday). After looking everything over, he concluded that our system should be replaced with a new one. Greenstar does repairs, not original installations. He did not even charge me for the visit. The advice he gave was in my best interest, not his. I was totally impressed with his integrity and professionalism; I would recommend Greenstar without reserve.

Great! Peter and his team were on time, thorough and completed the project below budget. The assessment of our irrigation needs was complete and well communicated and the work was professional and on time. Peter has communicated with us after the project was completed regarding required water needs to help us ensure our sod got the start that it needed. Our yard looks great.

The workers were very diligent, precise and neat. The whole operation is very professional.

Two men came in the morning and worked until about 3 PM. They then took me on a tour of the layout showing me the new head they had installed and how the coverage had been adjusted. The future times and duration of each cycle was set by them. It looked to me like it was a good job.

Greenstar used the parts of the system that still were viable, replaced the non-working or useless parts of the system, added new lines and sprinkler heads to ensure better coverage and designed a system that took into account the type of landscaping that we have. Peter was also receptive to our suggestions for location of sprinkler heads and coverage issues when we brought them up. Peter did not finish the job until he was completely satisfied that every part of the system worked properly and that we were satisfied. The work was done in January and we have been happy with the result of the past few months. We now have confidence that our updated system works properly and that we are getting maximum coverage for our needs. Peter knows what he is doing and ensures that his work is done well. I recommend him for his expertise and the ability to do a good job. We accepted that there was no written contract nor plan given to us and trusted that he would provide what he said he would do and at the price that he quoted. He did both with no problems. In addition, there was a crew issue one day, and when I reported it to Peter, he quickly took care of the problem. Otherwise, his crew was competent and easy to work with. Overall it was a good experience and we are satisfied customers.

Excellent work. We explained what we wanted, we were given an outline by area of cost, we were able to adjust a few items so we could lower price. On first glance, it appeared it was a little costly BUT ONCE YOU SEE ALL WORK INVOLVED, people, materials, equipment, etc. you realize cost is valid and well worth it. Staff was always courteous and any time we have called, Peter has been there for us. Three years since, yard still looks very nice. We highly recommend them and look forward to continued service.

We bought an offer on Angie's List for a tune-up of our sprinkler system. Peter contacted us promptly and scheduled the service at a mutually convenient time, which was within a week. Peter arrived punctually as agreed. He was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the issues we had. We agreed on having everything repaired asap and scheduled another visit to have the work done. Peter and his staff came the second time as agreed and replaced/relocated many heads, made sure sure everything was working properly and even set up the timer. We were very pleased with the work performed and his professionalism. I highly recommend trusting them with your irrigation issues and will not hesitate in hiring them again for other matters.

I think the price was competitive, I got a couple of bids, and I negotiated. They left some minor issues on the sod, but it was minor stuff.
