Response from Greenstar Landscaping & Irrigation
Dear Valued Client, Received and read this Angie's List review of me and my company and was truly shocked and disappointed. I take my reviews on Angie's List very seriously. Services were rendered at your property on February 12th, 2015, and even though I have been to hundreds of homes since yours, I do recall you and your property. I recall the extensive amount of time I spent there, going through the zones multiple times and making minor adjustments (even though the Big Deal clearly states that adjustments are not part of the deal) and most of all, I can clearly recall being soaking wet. Although I cannot recall the specifics right now, I remember there being an issue with a leak and/or with the pump. I spent an extensive amount of time addressing and/or rectifying the problem. I also recall going over everything in detail with you about moving the pump outside the garage and recommending a total redo and redesign, however, stated it was best for you to wait to do this until you had finished he driveway/construction work. In addition to all this, I even pointed out palm trees that were planted too close to the house and made other landscape recommendations that were helpful and informative to you. You were extremely kind, professional and most of all, pleased with my visit at the time. Yes, there was a slight delay in getting you the proposal, which I had apologized for in an email. Not sure what may have occurred between then and now to change your perception of the visit. I was hoping that I would have received a response to my email because as a professional, I am always open to constructive criticism and ways to improve customer service with my clients. My proposal still stands, if you still need this work performed, please free free to contact me at any time. Thank you, Peter Masi, President Greenstar Landscaping Co.
