Peter was very efficient and easy to deal with. They came on time and did a great job upgrading our sprinkler system to allow us better control of our three zones and higher quality sprinkler heads. Our landscaper was very impressed with the installation.

Peter gave our system a complete review and pointed out where we were losing water, where we had overspray, where the lines had sunk too low and were not reaching as far as they should be, etc . The repair work was professionally and neatly done, on-time, as scheduled.

We first used Greenstar last year for a leaking pipe in our sprinkler system. We called them on a Friday mid day and they came late in the afternoon and stayed until they fix the problem.......When we needed a new sprinkler system this year, we called Greenstar to do the work. They were punctual, professional, did excellent work and were worth every penny.

Greenstar Landscaping gets the job done right. Greenstar had already done a great job designing and installing my landscaping. Many different types of plants and trees. Then I ask them to come back and 'freshen' things, like the mulch, aluminum edging, trimming, more plants around the trees, adjust the irrigation - as the plants were getting larger and established. Once again a great job, and quickly. Sometimes its hard to get professional quality work done for a single home - like mine, however Peter at Greenstar takes pride in all the jobs he does.

Guys did a great job with minimal disruption to the grass or the many pavers in the yard.

Peter came out very quickly to review the property and make a formal quote. He then followed up with a very detailed (hours) to flag the sprinklers, new locations and where things should be to properly irrigate our lawn, tree's, shrubs and flowers. He also insured that it did not put water on our path way and driveway, which will help remove dirt. He explained how old the timer was and we agreed to upgrade it. He also found that the previous owner never changed the Pump filter, which was full of sand blocking the pump from full power. This saved us having a major pump failure. His team followed up Monday, moving irrigation lines, install 100% all new heads of all times and heights and balancing the system. I could not be more pleased with how diligent, professional and detail oriented the team was. I'm now confident my system is properly watering per the needs of each type of landscaping. I also signed up for the Gold Maintenance package to have them check the system every quarter to keep it in tip top shape. I would HIGHLY suggest you work with him and his team.

Peter Masi, owner of Greenstar Landscaping and Irrigation and his crew installed a new timer and all new sprinkler heads in my back and front yards. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable, and reasonably priced. Furthermore their concern for the final result was very apparent as they continued to re-check my satisfaction long after the work was completed. I definitely would highly recommend them and I would give them an A+ in service and satisfaction.

The job went fantastic. The owner of Greenstar, Peter, came out and correctly diagnosed the problem himself. The job required removing some very nice brickwork from my driveway in order to replace the required components of the well/pump system, and I imagined the worst. But the crew replaced the brick afterward and it looked just as good or better than before. Would use again.

The technicians, Armando and Tom, did an excellent job and within the time estimate provided by Peter. With the least amount of digging and replacing old with new they found all the leaks in the lines, weak parts and sprinklers that needed repair, and got the job done in 4 hours. Several days before the work, Peter came and spent over an hour inspecting the whole system and providing alternative ways to repair and/or replace our system. Outstanding from start to finish -- with a one year warranty on parts and labor.

Customers Beware Terrible! Extremely overpriced & unprofessional. Service tech arrived and immediately criticized existing conditions of sprinkler pump to lake. In addition, price quoted for priming pump and replacement of two PVC pipes and a few connections was $800!

Exceptional. Peter listened to my ideas and concerns. He followed through with great care and expertise. I first needed the old dying landscaping - that was installed when the house was built - to be removed. it was interesting that some of the plants and trees, when dug up, were still in the plastic pots. that may be part of the reason nothing would grow properly... Greenstar and their great crews removed all the old shrubs, prepared the ground and property, spent a lot of time properly planting then new items (digging through grading and coral rock) in order to give the new plants and trees the care they deserve. also, midway through the process, which was the proper time, the irrigation was installed for the new plants, trees, and entire lawn. I really appreciated the attentiveness by Peter and his team of crews. always willing to answer questions and take the extra step to make sure I was happy with the results. before I had Greenstar come out to give me an estimate, I called 2 other local landscape companies, who came out, discussed the landscaping needed, said they would email a quote back to me -- they never contacted me again. (neither were from Angie's list). I was pleased that Peter and his company were truthful, prepared, and did what he promised! now that being said, what I was asking for was not a small project, time and energy wise, and Peter was very clear up front what the costs and time would be. there were no surprise regarding the costs and time needed. my real surprise was how wonderful everything looked with it was complete. beyond my expectations!

Peter has done work at both my current home (large lot), and my previous property (small lot). He did a fantastic job on both and I would highly recommend him for all you landscaping needs.

Peter himself came out and did a full inspection; he took his time and was incredibly thorough. After a full analysis of our property, our lawn’s needs, the pump’s condition and the vision we had for future landscaping, Peter not only came up with a great plan but his team carried it out to a “t”. There was a lot of work to be done; new trenches dug, all sprinkler heads replaced, basically a whole new layout including a new pump. The job came out beautifully- and now, after a few weeks of the system being in place, I can happily say that our lawn looks increíble. Sure, it’s rainy season already.... but if we hadn’t started watering our lawn a few weeks ago, we would’ve surely had to replace huge areas. We are incredibly pleased with the quality of the work AND the parts- we noticed that the sprinkler heads are much bigger and tougher than the ones originally installed years ago. A great job indeed by the team and with a final inspection and great landscaping suggestions by Peter himself!

Peter and his team were great. The service was performed processionally and it came out amazing. The pricing was very fair and Peter's consultation was very valuable in helping me understand what I needed to do with my old lawn irrigation system. Overall, very satisfied, and will definitely use Greenstar Landscaping & Irrigation again.

I paid $79 for a "comprehensive sprinkler Tuneup" as the ad stated. The Technician who came out, adjusted two sprinkler heads, And then placed flags on all the others that needed fixing or adjusting for other workmen to attend to. The Technician then disappeared for an hour to write up an estimate which I still have not received. It has been over 4 weeks since The Technician came by. I still have not received my estimate nor have they return to do any other tuneup work. The Technician-was over an hour late to the appointment. I left work early to make the appointment based on when I was scheduled. I am completely unsatisfied with spending $79 for a "comprehensive sprinkler tuneup" when all I got was a "paid for estimate" which I have not yet received. This is a complete ripoff. Do not hire this company. They are only interested in getting your $79 quickly and then sending you a large estimate for repairs you don't need. I went to Angie's List expecting fair service for a fair Price. I got neither.

Greenstar has serviced my irrigation system for several years after initialing installing it. Until this most recent repair, I have been very favorably taken with Greenstar and its services which up to now have always been provided promptly and at a reasonable price. As a result of a recent service this opinion has changed. Greenstar has insisted on charging what I consider to be an inappropriate amount for what should have been a simple job. The Greenstar tech sent out to repair the sprinkler totally ignored the real problem which was that the sprinkler supply hose was cut as a result of hurricane debris removal. Instead of fixing the obvious problem he simply re aimed other sprinklers. I had to complain about this and Greenstar had to resend the tech to do what Greenstar was asked to do in the first place and which should have been plain to their tech. Greenstar then had the audacity to bill me for both service calls. I raised a number of points with Peter Masi about the invoice provided all of which he ignored in insisting that the bill was proper for payment even though clearly it was not. Among other issues there was no specification on the invoice to separate out the cost of parts from the labor much less any effort made to provide a basis for the calculation of the labor charge. At this point I'm looking for a new sprinkler company. All of the goodwill created over the years has evaporated. I guess Peter Masi has now made the decision to do business in a different manner now that his company has more work. I am a service provider myself and this "i'm right and you're wrong" is simply not acceptable.
