Peter arrived promptly at the time that the service was scheduled. The sprinklers were so bad that he offered to refund the money from Angie's list. I could not afford a new sprinkler system and he worked with me to adjust the system that I have now and made sure they worked at their maximum capacity. I am highly satisfied and would recommend him. He is great.

Peter and his team were amazing. It started with a call to the office where they provided my elderly mom with all of the necessary information. When she called back to schedule the initial appointment, they were prompt and professional. They scheduled the actual work within 3 days of signing the contract. They showed up when they said they would, did impeccable work, cleaned up after it was done, and walked my mom through the entire yard to show them how it would work. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The term "tune up" in the offer is deceptive in my mind and that unfortunately is what I focused on when I placed the order. The service offered is to send out an analyst who comes to your house to evaluate your sprinkler needs. That's it, just an evaluation. I specifically requested in email and verbally that I had two sprinkler heads that were plugged up and needed to be cleared. I told the nice lady on the phone that I knew what the problem was and that was all I needed. I asked her to send out a technician and charge me accordingly. They did not follow my request and send out the analyst/evaluator and charged me the $32. Then they wanted a minimum of $150-$200 (I forget the exact amount) to send out a technician to do the work. I explained my displeasure at how this was handled, but still wanted to do business. I explained the misunderstanding and asked them to credit the $32 as a good faith gesture and they refused. I did not agree and did not continue the process.

Review OK. on-time checked system and after sent quote. But I tried 3 other companies for quote and they would have worked out about $1000 more expensive. Also they were the only one to charge me to come out and give a quote. As they did not fix or replace Sprinkler system i cannot say on that but for call out the were fine.

Though it is expensive, the service was great. We still have a few issues with the new lawn but Peter has promised to sort them out so we are happy with that. Definitely recommend this. I know you have to pay if you want quality, otherwise you may pay much more in the long run. This is a great solution.

(I had bought this Big Deal for my mother...my feedback is based on what she told me) It went great. Peter was right on time for our appointment and he was very. I have a very simple sprinkler system, I had put the sprinklers in myself, and now I wanted to upgrade. I have a very small yard and really just want the sprinklers to be set up on a timer so my plants and grass will not die. We discussed sprinkler heads, pipeing and whether a electric or battery operated timer would be best for my situation. He told me he would email me an estimate for the work.**Peter did send me a estimate and I will contact him regarding my decision.***

The crew were polite, hard working and professional. Maritza in the office was very friendly and helpful on the phone. Peter, the Owner, carefully planned the work and it went smoothly. BOTTOM LINE: I felt that for the labor and skill involved, this was worth every penny of it.

They showed up on time and gave their assessment but offered to refund the $32 because the system wasn't functional enough to do a tuneup. I accepted his offer and now have to contact angieslist.

The work was completed promptly and well. The two men who did work on-site were friendly and professional. As someone who has recently purchased a property that needs a significant amount of work, I always appreciate service providers who are willing to inform you of current and potential issues, but do not seem to be pushing you into buying things that are not immediately of concern. I gave an A on price even though this provider probably isn't the cheapest available, but I find that it often it costs less overall to you go with the provider who will likely do the job right the first time with minimal fuss.

There was a few weeks delay after I purchased the promo, which surprised me. But once the technician was at my house, he called me and walked through the proposed improvements. The guys came the next day to do the work and they were quick, clean and very professional. At the end of the work, I was explained all the changes with the water/sprinklers on. I've not had an irrigation company be so thorough. I've always crossed my fingers. I feel they really were honest and did quality work. I will definitely use them again and recommend Greenstar.

We called on Friday, March 13 (morning) to have our analog timer replaced that controls the timing and zoning of our lawn's irrigation system. The timer was very old and had not been used in at least last four years. A technician arrived on Saturday, March 14 at ~9:30 am. He replaced the timer to our complete satisfaction. He took the time to teach us how the timer worked, how to make adjustments, and the explained features of the components. In addition, our two dogs had dug up a portion of the irrigation system the night before (Friday, March 13.) Because Greenstar had repaired and upgraded our irrigation system in our front and backyard on Wednesday, March 11 due to years of not using the system, the technician repaired the damage and buried the irrigation piping deeper into the ground. He spent approximately an hour repairing the damage caused by our dogs. Although we were prepared to pay for time and materials needed to make this repair, Greenstar did not charge us for the repair. The only charge was for the replacement of the timer. We are extremely grateful to Greenstar for ensuring we have a fully functional irrigation system. The system is impressive due to the quality of parts used and the 100% coverage it provides to our lawn. Thank you Greenstar!

He came and looked at my irrigation system. He told me it was very old and he could replace it for me. He gave me a price that was well over $1000.00. He couldn't do anything else for me as my irrigation system was too old. He didn't do anything else and I had asked him why he wasn't doing any service other than telling me my system was too old. I told him I would be reviewing him on Angie's List and requesting a refund for my Big Deal and he said that I could do anything I wanted to. I am unhappy with the service I had received.

Greenstar Irrigation is one of the most responsive companies we have ever done business with. Our message was responded to almost immediately. Peter came out to assess our system, sent our contract and the work was completed. His staff worked all day and were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of cleaning up the work area before leaving.

The service was great. They were out for about an hour-and-a-half. They were not able to do an actual tune-up because my sprinkler was too far gone, but they were able to help me and tell me how much it would cost and do an estimate for me. There were no additional charges to the $32 I paid for the Big Deal. There were no unexpected issues. I am unsure if I am going to use them again in the future because the quote was more than what I was willing to pay, but I like them and if I had the money for the service they quoted me, then I would use them.

Ability to do the job was confusing.

Project went as described. Professional crew and attention to detail. We will use again.

It was done efficiently and they were quick to answer any concerns I had and Maria in the office was prompt to answer any emails or calls.

It was not so good. He came out and we had a problem with our pump for our sprinkler system and he had told me it's not going to exceed $300 to repair what had to be done, the line, the pump and so on, and said okay, that's fine. So, he came back with his men and proceeded to do what has to be done and then they present to me with a bill for something like $800 and I said wait a minute, you had told me it's not going to exceed $300 and he said yeah, but we had to do additional work and stuff. I said well why didn't you tell me that in advance before you did it and he didn't. So, I wound up paying him whatever we had agreed upon. He exceeded the amount he was supposed to get and I told him I wasn't going to pay that. I told him I would pay him what we had agreed to pay and that was it. I really wasn't happy with that. I just felt that he kind of added on something that really did not deserve to be added on. This was a verbal agreement we had initially. I think you need something from this guy in writing beforehand, a written contract so that he cannot exceed what he's going to be. That would be my suggestion to anybody who have to deal with this guy. When this guys got through, and I didn't realize this initially, I turned on the sprinkler after these guys left several days later and I found out that there was a leak in the pump and that leak had to be corrected by my gardener. He fixed the leak that these guys supposedly created. Overall, I was not real thrilled with the service and I would certainly not recommend them. The initial price that he was supposed to charge was fine but the price that he wound up attempting to charge was not.

Very professional. Arrived on time. Gave a detailed estimate. Stuck to the quoted cost despite slight overrun.. No complaints. Plan to use them for some tree trimming and landscaping services in the future.

You couldn't find a better Company working with. We also confirm Peter Masi is extremely knowledgeable in his field. We have used his Company for the last few years regarding our sprinkler system. On January 21, he made major changes to the system adding additional sprinklers and adjusting others to provide optimum coverage of our yards (front and back). Bottom line - his team is extremely efficient and takes pride in their workmanship. We wouldn't trade this Company for a million bucks! Thanks again Pete and staff!!

Peter, the owner, and his crew, were always very prompt and came over when they said they would. The foreman was very knowledgable and explained things as he did them. The crew cleaned up the job site every day. The job was done quickly and the outcome was just beautiful. Several neighbors have stopped by to complement how the yard looks. Peter provided good advice as well as pictures of the proposed plants. He was also very wiling to discuss other options and answer questions. It was very much a collaborative effort. We found it was easier to work with one company to do all the work rather than use a separate company for the irrigation system, one for the sod, etc. We could not be more pleased with the process and outcome.

Peter was very professional and clearly knows his business very well. He did a thorough inspection of our irrigation system. He pointer out all the areas that needed work, and gave a fair price to perform the work. I would highly recommend Greenstar!

I refused to have the other company step foot on my property and would rather pay the cost of repair . Peter came out to figured out exactly what when horribly wrong with the OTHER companies work, by the way, that company NOT ON ANGIES LIST. The team came out and repaired the system. Polite, on time, finished quickly, with no surprise add on cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Greenstar.

The men who performed the work arrived on time and went right to work. They worked hard all day and seemed very conscientious about the work. After replacing the pump they checked the entire system and made some repairs beyond the scope of the contract. They were also very courteous and helpful in answering my questions. They finished the job in one day.
