I have been using their services for years to care for my trees. They always do an excellent job. They are much more expensive than other providers but they always do an excellent job and that is why I always keep on calling them

I did not chose to use this compay.

Fast response to provide estimate. Once we decided to proceed they were able to obtain permits quickly. Job was done in one day. Left the job site completely clean and free of debris.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up on time, was courteous and professional.

He knows what needs to be done, he is very knowledgeable. He knows the city codes and regulations. He's an advocate for using native species of trees.

They did a good job. They did call to change anything. They came did the work and left. It was absolutely painless and they cleaned up the mess.

I asked them to do as much as they could for their minimum charge, $250, and to prioritize what they thought was most important for making the trees ready for hurricanes. We had mostly the same people that have been coming to our yard periodically since Wilma, so they knew our trees and what I wanted. They did a very artistic job on the trees, which do not look trimmed at all, even though quite a bit was taken off of them. I still have shade and a cool yard and trees that will be more likely to survive a storm.

They are very good. They came on time and they charged me exactly what they quoted.

Two trucks arrived on time. After confirming the job the crew began and cleaned up after themselves. They even had a pleasant conversation with my 75 year old mother. The price was a bit high but the service and professionalism made up for it. I find it very difficult nowadays to find people willing and able to do satisfactory work. This company did an outstanding job!

I love them and I am really happy with them. I thought that the price I paid for the last job was a very good price and they did a good job too. It was a big job and they had to bring out a bucket truck. I have used them for years and will be using their services in the future too.

Great! The crew of four arrived on-time with two trucks (chipper & bucket truck). Crew included two "climbers" who climbed though out the oak trees (almost to the tops), strategically thinning the canopies. After all trimming was complete, they cleaned up & left the yard much cleaner than when the arrived.

I called three companies for estimates, and Paul from Frank's was the first one here. He sent an estimate promptly. He also explained their scheduling policies up front - I think there was a two week wait, and once we submitted the signed estimate, we were put in the queue. They called a couple of days before they come to do the work. Frank's estimate was $200 more than a comparable company (and $800 more than a third company, but we took them out of consideration when we looked into the risks of tree trimming and decided to go with someone we felt certain was fully insured - though all three companies provided written evidence of insurance). In addition to adequate insurance, Frank's also gave us proof of membership in two tree industry associations. In the meantime, I saw Frank's trucks working at a large commercial location in our area, and that gave me some additional confidence that they knew what they were doing. The crew showed up on time the day of the work. Paul was there and introduced us to the foreman. Before he left, Paul made a joke about not bugging the foreman ("it will cost you more..."), but the foreman couldn't have been more accessible and responsive - he really listened to exactly what we wanted. We were concerned about how the trees would look when they were through. My husband was unhappy with the results when the trees were trimmed years ago, and that was part of the reason we had put the work off for so long. For our two favorite trees, the foreman stood with me and made sure I was okay with almost every branch they cut. The team of six guys got to work and were incredibly efficient. Every branch and limb was gathered up quickly and fed into the shredder (extremely noisy, but effective). There was never a pile of debris on the lawn or driveway. They had planned for a day and a half but completed the work in one day. In the end, the trees were PERFECT. When my husband came home from work he was stunned with the results - he said the trees looked beautiful. We are completely satisfied. We are so happy we spent a little more this time and got a truly professional job.

Called them based on a recommendation from a local nursery. They came out at the expected time, and the estimate was the same as what they gave on the phone. $60 for service, they come every 2 weeks as scheduled. If they miss a day due to bad weather or other circumstances, they come out within 2 days. They are very fast, and their team does a great job in just a short amount of time. They also pick up fallen branches and leaves and take it with them.

This company has been servicing our property for many years. They always arrive on the appointed day. The quality of their work is excellent, and they are very responsive to special requests. Both office and on-site personnel are responsive and friendly. Their tree service division is also excellent.

They came when they said they would (even early), did the work quickly and well, were supervised. Seldom, if ever, have I had a job done more professionally. They were in and out in just over an hour. When I have had similar work done previously, it has taken them at least half of a day.

The supervisor/estimator was thorough and knew his STUFF! He and his polite crew took care of business like none other in a very & highly professional way! Aagin it's nice when you do not have to go out there and supervise a job yourself!! They were all oustanding to include the folks behind the phone calls!! Now do not expect them to come right out--these folks are highly recommended and they can be swamped especially at certain time of the year--be patient and you will be rewarded!

Great service overall. The Miami-Dade rule that prevents them from cutting more than 25% off any tree is always a problem, but they did good work at a reasonable price. The big key is that they are trustworthy, and it was always easy to speak to them. From looking at the other good comments, I can see that they are very consistent in treating everyone well. I highly recommend them to others.

They were very professional. They showed up on time to do the work. They tried not to hurt the lawn. They cleaned up all the tree branch's when they were done.

They did exactly what I requested. They cut the tree to minimize the damage done by the hurricane. They finished on time. They cleaned afterwards. They charge the amount that they quoted on the estimate. They did not cut down any trees. They just trimmed and cut some parts of them.

Called the company requesting an estimate for tree work to be done. Estimator set up and appointment and arrived on time. A detailed estimate was faxed to my office a week later. I signed the contract and returned to the company. Approximately two weeks later I was notified that the workers would be at my house the next morning. They arrived around 7:30 am. The workers come equipped with ladders, bucket truck, stump grinder and chipper. They got right to work and spent most of the day in my yard. They trimmed all the trees on the list, chipped the limbs, raked and cleaned up the yard. This company is not cheap but they are certified and do excellent quality work.

The estimate was given on time and the workers were scheduled to be at my house at 9:30 and they were there at exactly 9:30. They cut the trees, removed the debris and ground the stumps. The three workers were great, worked hard and did an excellent job.

They said it would be $60 without, looking at the premises. I said no thank you. I was very disappointed, they can't even tell what I had in the yard, that's what made me annoyed.

We called for an estimate on the tree work. They came out within the week; faxed an estimate a few days later and started work the next week. We were very happy with the result. We had two large trees with hurricane damage that had been very neglected by the previous home owner. Now they look great. They are NOT over-pruned with that "lions tail" method you often see, and I was worried about. These people are certified arborists who clearly know what they are doing. We also had the Ficus hedge trimmed and were pleased with the result there as well. They also cleaned up all the trimmings. Competence, such a rarity for Dade county!

They came when they said they would and worked efficiently with a large crew of men.

They are very good. My lawn has never looked so good.
