Very professional. They knew what they were doing. Did not hat rack any trees which I see too often. The trees look great. They hauled everything away. They were very careful, cleaned everything up and were very respectful. Highly recommend them.

Great. All was done as expected and within the time required.

They are excellent. They are here every two weeks like clock work and we have used them for 10 years now. Very reliable and very good prices. They have a full crew of 5 guys and are done in about 20 minutes. There is a lot to do too. We would highly recommend them.

Two tree grinding trucks showed up. One parked in the street and the other backed the grinder into the driveway. They went in the backyard through a 3 foot wooden gate. They cut down a 30 foot tree in pieces and carried them out the gate to the trucks. They cleaned up beautifully. Great job!!

I'Ve used Franks lawn service in the past and was very happy to use them again. They gave me a fair written estimate beforehand . They showed up on time, worked very hard and did a wonderful job. All branches were removed and wood chipped . They left my yard clean.

Went great. They are very professional. They have all the right equipment. They took care in making sure that they did not damage anything. They treated our property as it was theirs. They did not hat rack any tree. We definitely would recommend them.

The crew arrived at the time we agreed on. Performed all work as requested. Cleaned up every bit of cuttings. Charged a very reasonable price. Cleaned out an old, dead Areca palm that had fallen over the weekend before, which I had forgotten to cart away. Oh and they removed the Palm tree that was close to the house with surgical precision. They ground down the stump and cleaned up the area to the point that I had to convince one of my neighbors that I had 3 trees there the day before and not 2. Did all the work within a very reasonable time frame. Left the yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. I have been through about 3 different tree companies at this property and I am pretty picky about the quality of the work performed. They did everything right and the trees look great. I also have to add that Tania, the office assistance who coordinated everything, was very pleasant to work with and returned all of my calls and emails in a very timely fashion. Franks team did an awesome job. I am a very satisfied customer. Most of the service providers I work with could learn a thing or two from his organization.

It is amazing how they maneuver the large equipment (cherry picker, trucks, mulchers, etc) to do their work yet not cause any damage, whereas an inexperienced lawn person can take out an entire sprinkler system with a lawnmower at the drop of a hat. I was also impressed with the workers. They cleaned their equipment before they left. They are obviously professionals who take pride in their work and not someone picked up off the side of the street to do the dirty work after a contract has been signed with a nice clean-cut looking person. I have read reviews that say Frank is a little expensive. I say - you get what you pay for!

After years of different yard people, I think my dream has come true. Someone who actually does exactly as promised and doesnt damage anything while doing the job. They are courteous, prompt and totally professional.

They have always been professional, but I needed to cut back on my expenses. I would definitely hire them again if the price was right.

Frank was punctual and polite. His workers were professional and well aware of how to trim trees and not hat rack them. they accomplished more than I had thought possible in one day of work.

Frank made appt to come out; came out in timely fashion. Examined the area and advised what he could do and what the price would be. We accepted and scheduled job. Meanwhile, we had a concern about one area under which is a septic tank. He reassured us that his equipment would not injure the area. On the agreed upon date, his team came out, knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job.

All great every month, always on time, easy billing - in 3 years never any problems. Great office staff and the owner seams to be a solid business owners truly caring about his customers and employees.

They came on time for estimate. Price was very fair and extremely competitive compared to two other quotes. Price paid was the price quoted. The day of the service, they arrived on time... completed the job as quoted... cleaned up after themselves... We are very, very happy with the results, the price and the professionalism. We would absolutely use Franks again.

After numerous disappointing estimates and interviews from many tree services; some from Angie's List, it was very refreshing to have Frank come over and talk to me. He is very proffesional and down to earth and has the equipment an crew to handle anything. They scheduled me a few days later,showed up on time, and when they were done it looked like the tree had never existed. There were numurous large beautiful palm trees that I had planted around poincianna tree that I wanted to save and they did not damage any of them. I was amazed! I have called Frank's again recently to schedule some more service. I highly recommend them!

The second time, their response was quick, i got a written estimate both times and they performed exactly as they said they would.

Frank's Lawn Service was one of five providers that I asked to receive a bid from. In every instance, their punctuality and professionalism was significantly & noticeably greater compared to their competitors (also from Angie's List). Since my initial job was for tree removal, I opted for a cheaper competitor but I will ask them to bid for landscaping services when I complete my home renovations.

They are really good. They are excellent and professional tree trimmers. They clean up after themselves. The last time, I needed two trees removed. He said he'll make the two trees disappear. It was like they were never there. I recommended them to my friends. They're very competitive with their quotes. They're professionals. They don't just whack the trees. They thin it so it doesn't bulge.

A crew of four people arrived on time. They presented a work plan and then went about implementing it. They were courteous, professional and very polite. I was quite satisfied with their work. I will use these people again very soon.

They were very good about punctuality but I found them too expensive. Had to let them go because just could not afford 60 dollars every 2 weeks. When I asked if they could hold off cutting in January since the grass was too short, they said no.But if you are willing to spend money and want reliability, they are the ones.

They are a great company, and their work has been awesome. In terms of their service, I am at the top of the list because I am a regular customer as compared to new people. They are very professional, do a great job and clean up after themselves well. Everything is good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
