I was not happy with their service. I feel like I was deceived.

Florida green plumbing was outstanding in expediting and resolving my plumbing issue. They were very transparent in explaining the entire process and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for true professionals who know what theyâ re doing with reasonable costs.

f I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible company! Do not be deceived by the good reviews as they are from the people who work there or there relatives. The manager, Angel left a review himself. I scheduled them to come fix the water pipe to stop it from leaking. The plumber, Jesus(JD) came and caused more damage than actually fixing the pipe. He ended up stopping my water heater from working and getting water all over my floors, food, and other items in my kitchen. When I called to speak to the manager about this, the manger (Angel G) denied everything I said and tried to make it seem as if I didnt experience these things. I told him that my water was not getting hot anymore and that his plumber messed up my floors by getting water all over it. He then denied everything and said that those things never happened and started yelling at me when I told him exactly what happened. When the plumber left, I had to clean my floors and dry my items as they were all covered with water. He left a huge mess and I still had to get another plumber to come the next day in order to fix what Florida Green Plumbing was supposed to fix but didnt and also fix what they messed up. I will never use there services again, and I wouldnt wish this deplorable company on my worst enemy!! ??

This is the worst plumbing company I ever had. 1, please do not use this company!!! The manager is not well mannered at all. Through the phone I was politely asking him send the plumber back because he did not finish the work and he guaranteed would come back the second day, the manager was literally yelling and told me their job was done already. It sounded he knew more than me and the plumber on whether the work had done or not. 2, please do not pay all the amount before they get the job done if you still choose to use them!! I chose to believe them and paid the full amount 700, but as a result my kitchen did not have water supplied and the hot water in the bathroom did not come on, nobody showed up after calling both the manager and the plumber all together 3 times and texted many times. 3, the company even doesnâ t have a physical location. During the phone call I tried to ask them if there is an office I can go to show all the pictures and videos regarding to the nasty work they have done. The manager gave me a completely different address from the one that plumber gave to me. When they donâ t show up you even donâ t have a place to look for!

When they hooked up the water heater, they had to incorporate additional breakers inside the my house wiring system. The rest of wiring of the house got compromised. I got my electricians confirmed me this.

Plumber showed up within 2 hrs of contact and fixed the toilet drain problem by snaking the drain to the street Clearing out the obstruction.

Angel was awesome. Friendly, informative. The work was done quicker than quoted.

Angel helped and guided us throughout the entire process. We had a few complications with the new water heater but angel was able to overnight the missing part to have it up and running.

I feel very unsatisfied with this company, the plumber damaged the tiles around new fixture and left bathroom in horrible condition. it took them 3 days to finish 1 project , I had to take 3 days off just to be there for the plumber. had to cancel to fix the second bathroom as nobody showed up and not calling me back. I called for a refund on damaged tiles but had a rude and unprofessional response. Will not recommend this company to anyone

Seemed like an easy straightforward repair to my toilet and seemed to fix the problem. After the plumber left, problem was still there. I phoned the company. Woman who answered the phone was polite and responsive; said the plumber would return asap, which he did. He replaced a different part, explained what was happening and made sure the toilet was functioning normally before he left. No more problem! Plumber was professional, polite,attentive and trying to do a good job.

Angel did not complete the job. Took my money and didn't return to finish the installment. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. They won't even answer the phone or return your call.

I couldn’t believe how fast they got the job done when other plumbers told me they wouldn’t be able to do the work. Super professional, cleaned up afterwards. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Angel was 'ready to serve'. Did the work immediately, quickly and well done. No pressure, no hype ... just great disposition.

STOP: GO NO FURTHER, these two young gentlemen, Ariel-&-Angel are your 'nirvana'... Up-front, straight, honest & 'no' "BS"... They were #4-on-a-list-of-exhausting-{{{ HORROR SHOWS }}}-&- if I were to explain my experiences with just #2-"BAIT-&-SWITCH"-jacking our family for a tac-on-of half the original bill-from an office-secretary's-"GEOLOGY-WIZARDRY"-trying to-{{{ CON }}}-a 27 year firefighter, 29 years retired, serious "Breach-of-contract"... These "GREEN PLUMBING" guys are the America I remember & their "PARENTS" deserve an "ACADEMY AWARD" in the category of-{{{ REARING }}}... I KID-YOU-NOT

First Ariel was wonderful as far as helping me to get the permit very cooperating. He did the job but put three kinds of metal so it did not pass the inspection. So he had to come back to redo the job he did wrong and he charhaphazardly get me a service call f. The charge was $150. The job was a water heater. I got the permit and the water heater in a place he did not have to go and supply it. All he had to do is supply the copper pipes. Ariel is a wonderful young man but his charge is just too much especially he was working on the same job. Do the job right the first time that is my only advice.

I recommend Florida green plumbing. Very friendly, fair and professional team. Look no further for your plumbing needs!
