Florida Green Plumbing, Inc. responded to me within 10 minutes once I placed my request. They sent a technician, Mr. Marco. Mr. Marco was very patient, communicative and explained me about the issue in great detail and has done an excellent job fixing the issue. I highly recommend them for the communication and incredible quality of service.

Unlicensed workers, they caused thousands of dollars of damage to my property. Stay away. all positive reviews are fake

Marco Gonzalez, who was our installer, did an excellent job. Worked in a clean and detailed manner completed the job in time promised. Highly recommend the firm. They kept me fully informed and had continuous follow up through the process.

Kevin was very professional

I called them to replace 2 spigots that were leaking, the guy name was Austin and he charged me almost $500. To me that seems high but I had no choice as it was leaking badly, I think these plumbers take advantage of people I also told him to give me an estimate to fix my bath tub pipe as it had a slight leak, another $500. That was not even guaranteed to fix the issue and he said he would charge an additional $1000 to completely fix the drip. He would also need to knock out some tiles which I would have to replace on my own. I told him not to bother since it was a small drip. Went to YouTube and someone suggested to replace the cartridge which I got for $20 at Home Depot. It took me 15mins to change and the leak stopped. Would not recommend Florida Green Plumbing, they seem like they overcharge for everything and on top of that this guy is a messy worker. When he changed my spigots he left debris from the old pipe in my yard and he did not even bother taking off his shoes when estimating my bathroom so I had to clean all the dirt that he brought into my house

The plumber replace the two spigots for the outside water taps. The job was. Completed timely.

this company not only sends unlicensed workers, they have caused me and countless others thousands of dollars in damages and leaks to our properties. they are not responsible for anything. their positive reviews are fake. stay away from this scam of a business.

Great service Did a great job will definitely use again

Florida Green Plumbing was very professional and accommodating. Brian communicated with us constantly through the process of replacing all the polybutylene pipe in our condo. He was very careful to protect our floors, and when cutting into the walls, he did it with great attention to detail and left clean lines which made the repairs easier. After the repairs were done, he sent pictures of all the work for us to review, as we were out of town. We highly recommend Florida Green Plumbing.

We hired this company to put in a new sink. The tech showed up was very polite. He was on time. He measured told us to order a sink off Amazon that that would fit , which we did along with a faucet. We Zelled them the deposit, which was half of the project price. He arrived for the appointment with the helper, and the sink was too big. So they put our old one back in, added the faucet and left The next morning I came home from work which was Labor Day weekend . Moved the dish towel that was next to the sink and noticed they had drilled through our granite. They didn?t tell my husband. They had messed up our counter. Completely ruined it. And they covered it and left without saying a word. So we have spent the last week and a half trying to get a hold of a manger at the company and no luck ! No one will respond to us. There are so many companies to choose from so trust me choose a different one. A more professional one

EXCELLENT! I can't say enough about my experience with Austin and Kevin. We had an emergency house needed an inspection for homeowner insurance. The inspector said we needed pipe work replacement in the kitchen and 1 bathroom, or the insurer would not insure our house. We had a deadline of only a few days before our insurance policy lapsed. I called Florida Green Plumbing, they literately came in about 45 min. They provided an estimate, (great price). They had another job to go to, but came back that evening and replaced all the pipes! The amazing service provided by Austin and Kevin was incredible. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and explained the entire process to get the pipes replaced under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. He was able to get the work done in one day! I was more than satisfied with Austin and Kevin and clearly they will be my plumbers for any work going forward. Once you find a good plumber, don't ever let them go. These guys

This company is a complete scam, caused me leaks with every single thing they originally. 5 months and 10k later, my home still has unusable plumbing and has mold and water damage. This company is a fraud and a scam and each plumber technician that came to my house was completely unknowedgable and left huge messes of water and damaged my cabinets, floors etc

Pretty seamless, the tech was knowledgeable. I was able to schedule a install date for a water heater immediately. The tech was professionally, clean, timely. Had the tools to get the job done right. I is been a year. And I have no problems with my water heater.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I must take time to write a review for Austin , Plummer for Florida Green. I did my due diligence and had several estimates. Austin came out and provided the most detailed information that he could in my current situation. He took time and explained everything, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of the issue. I honestly feel like he wasn't coming out just to make a dollar he wanted to fix the problem and understood right away what I was going through. Austin got the job done worked long hours and accomplished a lot in one day. This was very big job of re-piping my home. He took care in opening walls and floors which was very important to me. He got the job done professionally and efficiently and we're back up and running smoothly! I really appreciate his professionalism, work ethic as well as polite personality. This was a job well done even during a stressful situation! I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Marco came to my house on 4/19 and replaced a sink drain

My experience was solid. The tech was friendly and polite and did his best to work quickly and cleaned up before he left. I was told before the visit that it would be a free estimate, but the issue could only be diagnosed by opening the ceiling that cost $175. In the end, there was no leak, but overall, a solid experience.
