Stay away!! Hired this company on Sept 12, 2022 to replace my tank water heater with tankless. As of right now, I am stuck with massive holes in my property, doors not installed back to the way they were found, improper install of the heater (not to code), and electrical to my AC unit condenser not working property due to electrical panel being removed. I would stay away from this company at all costs, ownership called and of course not offering any support for this hack job other than to repair the conduit covering. [Update 12SEPT @ 5PM]: Job was not finished to code, owner threatened me "We will not send someone out unless you remove the negative review". To which I said pound sand. People need to know what kind of crap company you're running. I will be writing to the BBB and Miami-Dade & Broward County Building & Code Dept. regarding your labor practices. [Update 12SEPT @ 8:30PM]: Electrician came by this evening to assess why my AC unit was not blowing cold. Come to find out, when these idiots came and installed the water heater, they disconnected and taped the AC condenser. So rather than their employees having the tools to do the job, they just figured disconnect the AC breaker to make room for the water heater. You can't make this shit up. Additional Costs after Florida Green Plumbing "Installation": Electrician Emergency Visit: $150 Parts & Labor: $225 ** Not including additional labor to drywall (Est $500 additional damage)

Little expensive but good quality. Did not appreciate the recommended "tip" being on the bill and the 3% charge for using a credit card.

You donâ t have to feel apprehensive about this company. They do a great job and are very personable. They rerouted and replaced all the copper pipes with Pex pipes and installed a water heater and. kitchen faucet for my parentsâ house, all in two days. We are pleased with the entire experience having them do the job.

Installed a tankless water heater. These guys are very professional and did well. But the electrical work required for the install wasnâ  t that great.

I am so happy to have been serviced by Florida Green Plumbing. What was even better was the customer service that was provided by service tech Angel. Long story short the service call was for my mother-in-law and neither one of us was in town, but he made my mother-in-law feel so comfortable and even completed the installation of the water heater in one day. Thank you Angel I appreciate you so much, you are the best!!!!

Florida green plumbing was outstanding in expediting and resolving my plumbing issue. They were very transparent in explaining the entire process and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for true professionals who know what theyâ re doing with reasonable costs.

f I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible company! Do not be deceived by the good reviews as they are from the people who work there or there relatives. The manager, Angel left a review himself. I scheduled them to come fix the water pipe to stop it from leaking. The plumber, Jesus(JD) came and caused more damage than actually fixing the pipe. He ended up stopping my water heater from working and getting water all over my floors, food, and other items in my kitchen. When I called to speak to the manager about this, the manger (Angel G) denied everything I said and tried to make it seem as if I didnt experience these things. I told him that my water was not getting hot anymore and that his plumber messed up my floors by getting water all over it. He then denied everything and said that those things never happened and started yelling at me when I told him exactly what happened. When the plumber left, I had to clean my floors and dry my items as they were all covered with water. He left a huge mess and I still had to get another plumber to come the next day in order to fix what Florida Green Plumbing was supposed to fix but didnt and also fix what they messed up. I will never use there services again, and I wouldnt wish this deplorable company on my worst enemy!! ??

This is the worst plumbing company I ever had. 1, please do not use this company!!! The manager is not well mannered at all. Through the phone I was politely asking him send the plumber back because he did not finish the work and he guaranteed would come back the second day, the manager was literally yelling and told me their job was done already. It sounded he knew more than me and the plumber on whether the work had done or not. 2, please do not pay all the amount before they get the job done if you still choose to use them!! I chose to believe them and paid the full amount 700, but as a result my kitchen did not have water supplied and the hot water in the bathroom did not come on, nobody showed up after calling both the manager and the plumber all together 3 times and texted many times. 3, the company even doesnâ t have a physical location. During the phone call I tried to ask them if there is an office I can go to show all the pictures and videos regarding to the nasty work they have done. The manager gave me a completely different address from the one that plumber gave to me. When they donâ t show up you even donâ t have a place to look for!

When they hooked up the water heater, they had to incorporate additional breakers inside the my house wiring system. The rest of wiring of the house got compromised. I got my electricians confirmed me this.

Plumber showed up within 2 hrs of contact and fixed the toilet drain problem by snaking the drain to the street Clearing out the obstruction.
