I needed a hot water heater replacement and called Falcon Plumbing on May 9, 2016. The company sent a new Rheem hot water heater the next day to be installed by a technician named Chris. He was a very positive, intelligent and genuinely nice person who explained things to me and we talked about life in general. The entire experience with Falcon Plumbing was extremely pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use them in the future. Ralph Rocchiccioli

Went great! Wendy is terrific and the plumber was very professional. Work was done clean and fast. He also recommended that I do not get another disposal as this one had more life. He made a few adjustments and now it is working great!

Found out that the cast iron pipe was old and everything was getting jammed up. I called Falcon plumbing and they sent a plumber that was very professional and very nice. He cleared out the problem and treated my home like it was his. Very clean. highly recommended vendor.

Called Wendy at Falcon Plumbing and she positively charming!! I explained the problem and she dispatched a plumber and everything went very well. No complications no other costs. I am a happy consumer!!

Plumber was able to diagnose that it was the line feeding into the bathroom. He cleared it and everything is working well now. Wendy was terrific on the phone and the plumber was on-time ready to go.

Spoke to Wendy again and she is wonderful!! She had a plumber look at it and recommended not to get another Titan as they see a lot of problems with them. Wendy gave me a good price on a new one and it is working great!! I really appreciated Wendy's honesty and integrity!!

I needed to have the water heater replaced since I was running out of hot water and it was 20 years old. They replaced the water heater hauled away the old one and now I'm enjoying having hot water again. They were extremely nice and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Everyone from the front office to the repairmen were extremely professional and accommodating.

Very good service, work done quickly and solved the problem at the wall. However, the water still slightly leaks on the overflow, so it wasn't quite to par. We've tried several times to adjust it ourselves, but we just haven't been able to stop the leak.

Went well. Required digging and pipe replacement. Guys did a great job! I always use Falcon Plumbing. Highly receded vendor!

I was so shocked that Wendy the owner answered the phone when I called at dinner time. I expected to get an answering service. She went out of her way to make sure that I was booked for the time frame I needed, and she is the sweetest person I have ever spoken to. The plumber called to say he was on his way and showed up ready to go. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me prices before starting. I was so happy to know the price upfront and not be surprised at the end. The plumbing repairs were done perfectly, and he even found a leak that I did not know about and saved me damage under my kitchen sink. Awesome job Wendy and Chris the plumber! Falcon Plumbing is the best company I have ever worked with!

Contracted for repair of leaking faucet. Was told of arrival between 2 and 4 Pm but called at 7Pm and showed up at 7:15PM He did not have the replacement part despite being told of the exact make and model number of the faucet. Another plumber was called and did the repair without any problem.

It went very well. Wendy is positively charming! I called the night before after dinner and asked for help. Wendy sent a very nice man over to take care of the Washer and put in a Garbage Disposal. He was very nice and very clean.

Falcon Plumbing was fanstatic and performed the necessary plumbing to transform my bathroom! I added his and her sinks, a rainfall shower, and a new tub to completely unwind. They walked me through each step, planning, and the quality of work was amazing. I now have the bathroom of my dreams and have Falcon Plumbing to thank.

Service man Anthony (I am pretty sure it was Anthony) was very nice did as great job. Showed up on time gave me some helpfull hints for my new home and cleaned up after he left. The owner took my call made my appointment and was very nice to speak with. This company was able to help me with next day service.

Their plumber was very efficient and resolved the problem quickly. Would definitely recommend them.
