They were 4 hours late. I think they only came bc I called them to remind them of my appt. when they got there they just told me what they would do to unclog and charge me $300.00. Needless to say, and didn't use them to do a job that people do for half the price!

It was good. I will use them again. They showed up on time and did what we asked. There had to be some supplies bought. I think the price was reasonable.

Great. They took a while to respond, but when they did the plumber arrived on time. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with. Yes I would call this company again. Re the response, even physicians can take a while to respond and it was not an unduly long time and it was not an emergency.

The tech requested if he could come the next day since it was getting close to the end of his day and he was coming from Broward. I said no because I took time to be there that day. The tech was a nice guy. He could not get the faucet off so I ended up having to replace it. I was proactive and bought a replacement just in case. It took him about 20 minutes to do the entire job. Cost $277.50. I complained so he gave me a discount of $30.00. I had received two other bids from other licensed plumbers both for $150.00 to replace. Since he was there I had him complete the job.

Went very well. Called the Plumber and the owner picked up. We arranged an appointment and the plumber arrived on-time. In fact they contacted me a 1/2 before they arrived. The plumber had to get on the roof to do the clean out. He was professional and very clean. This is a vendor that I have used previously and have been very pleased with their work!

They were very excellent. They came right away and they gave me different options so they were very helpful. I did shop around and they seemed to be the best price. They were able to complete the service within the same business day. They’ve always been very professional. They call ahead letting you know when they are coming, they are on their way or if there’s any delay. They kept the area very clean. They cleaned up after themselves.

Saw a leak under the cabinets and it was time to replace the Garbage disposal anyway. A friend of mine recommended Falcon Plumbing so I called them and scheduled an appointment. Wendy was very accommodating and very nice to talk to. The Plumber was timely and took a look at what was going on. He recommended that I replace the disposal and I agreed. He was ready to go with everything that he needed and he even had disposals on the truck to choose from. He was clean, fast and professional. Rosi from Falcon called me to check on how everything was going and if I needed anything else. SERVICE IS TERRIFIC!! I plan on doing a remodel this year and will have Falcon Plumbing handle everything!

I called Falcon Sunday afternoon and left a voicemail about my problem. Despite their ad indicating 24/7 service, I still hadn't received a call back by the following morning. I ended up finding a different plumber on Angie's List (Pro Plumbing) who was very responsive and did the work within a few hours of my call.

Wendy was quick and responsive replying to message and scheduling within hours. Jason arrived on time, personable and professional. Work completed quickly and efficiently. I am so happy to have a new plumbing service! Add this number to your speed dial.

Twice as expensive based on 1 other quote.

It turned out really good. They couldn't access where the leak was coming from. They came out. They were on time. They could have done what I wanted them to do but there's no way they could have done that.

Falcon is a bit pricey but our family has been using them at our various properties for several years because they are always professional, punctual, and do very good work. However, I'm not sure I will call them again after paying close to $500 to snake a line. No other plumber I've ever used has ever charged me more than $200 for snake services (including one that came out at midnight in an emergency). Falcon's $483 bill was jaw-dropping.

You must hire this company should you need plumbing services. My scope of work: Install new shower pan and drain; install new flush mounted Ice maker box with air chamber for refrigerator; Re-rough kitchen sink drain arm, hot & cold water piping for kitchen sink; install kitchen sink and faucet, garbage disposal and all necessary roughing for kitchen sink; install bathroom sink & toilet. They are extremely professional, punctual, reliable and accommodating. They listen to your needs and they charge and work accordingly; no hidden charges or trying to sell you other services non-related to your immediate needs. CLEAN/DUST-FREE working area – you will not see dust or debris in your house. Justin, the technician that performed the plumbing work in my house is excellent, meticulous and very professional. He is very organized while working and keep the working area neat at all times. Falcon Plumbing is a 5-Star company and their services are outstanding. I am extremely pleased with their services, highly recommend them and will hire them again should I ever need plumbing services.

I had the flapper on my toilet replaced in June 2016 by Falcon plumbing. By September 2016, I experienced the same issues with flapper, and called Falcon plumbing again to make an appointment. I called on a Sunday and was told that they could not make appointments after 5pm during the week, but that I could have an appointment the following Saturday between 9am and 11am. So I waited the week. No one came on Saturday between 9am and 11am. After calling to see when the the plumber would be arriving, I was told that they had other more important appointments booked, that I was not a priority appointment, and that I could expect someone at my house between 6pm and 8pm. I guess I wasn't supposed to have plans on a Saturday night. Needless to say, I will be looking for a plumber elsewhere. Not only am I frustrated that it appears that they didn't correctly fix the issue the first time in June, but in essence to be told that my time and scheduled appointment doesn't matter was extremely disrespectful.

We are new to Coral Gables and don't know anyone, so we turned to Angie's list to find a plumber to replace the ancient hot water heater in the house we just bought. We can't say enough good things about Wendy and the crew at Falcon Plumbing! The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Wendy is an excellent communicator -- if I could give her an A+ rating, I definitely would! -- and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening throughout the process by sending me regular text messages. She even arranged to have an electrician come to my house to reroute the electrical conduit after the Falcon technician showed up and realized the existing conduit would not reach the top of the new water heater (this was because the old water heater was sitting up on a platform and the new water heater was being installed on the garage floor). The electrician was excellent and quick. And then Chris C at Falcon got to work. He was polite, professional, and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our new heater: the water heats up so much faster than before and our entire family can take back-to-back showers without running out of hot water. When the City's inspector came to close out the permit, he said he has not seen such a clean job site. We're delighted to have found such a reliable plumber and will definitely recommend Falcon to our friends and neighbors.

Great work by Chris from Falcon Plumbing. He did the work so quickly and thoroughly, even though these were very old fixtures from the 1950s. He warned me that some of the fixtures might not be reparable because of their age, but he managed to fix them, anyway! The owner, Wendy, was extremely friendly on the phone, scheduled me right away, and was very kind about every question I had.

I called to hire these plumbers for a job on June 29, 2016. The call went to voicemail and I left my contact details. Eleven days later, I still have not heard back from them.

No complaints about the plumber, or the service. I felt $110 to replace flapper valve and toilet handle was excessive, even after an $11 credit from buying a "promotion". Each one of those parts cost on average $5 apiece at the stores. I needed the problem fixed, they were there, so I paid it, problem solved. But wasn't happy with the price.

From the first conversation I had with Wendy, it was apparent that I had chosen the right provider. It was very easy to schedule for someone to come out to investigate my issue and she was very patient, courteous and answered my questions. I received a call when the plumber was on the way from her, as well as the plumber. Once the plumber (Chris) arrived on site he got right to work and started looking to help us find the issue. He was great at explaining everything he was doing, and took the time to answer all my questions, and was very honest about what route we should take. He did not try to sell us any unnecessary services, and was definitely more interested in us fixing the problem the right way versus charging us for services that would not ultimately fix our problem. I highly recommend Falcon plumbing, and will definitely work with them again in the future.

They were expensive. I prepaid, but I had to pay for the mechanism to repair the flushing mechanism in the toilet. I came up quite expensive, I would not go for them. Plumbers are difficult to get normally, but I don't think I had a significant saving. They came within a week. It covered the call, normally a plumber charges $90 just to come out, and I think it was $30 or $40, that was a saving there. He wanted for the flusher, the thing that opens and closes, and it was expensive. I could have replaced it myself. I was tempted by the Angie's advertisement, it's good to have a plumber because, I always need a plumber. There was no appreciative savings. I paid over $100 and I thought that was quite a lot. They did fix it. They came and charged me before they even did anything. I would look through Angie's List for another plumber.

From my initial interaction with the owner/Wendy, it became clear that she cares about her business and her clients. She was very courteous, professional and organized as she asked the right questions about my needs, and then explained timeframes of what to expect next. Wendy's service provider showed up on time, was patient and resolved my plumbing issue quickly. Overall, I am pleased with Falcon's quality of work, and felt that their pricing was fair. It was a ripoff. I had them come out to do a simple 15 minute procedure to replace the extension on the shower. They wanted to charge $200 beside the coupon which seems outrageous. I need to call someone else to redo it. The guy was nice and clean but I have to have the work redone. We have the same problem and it was at a ridiculous price considering the coupon.
