Description of Work: We had a problematic kitchen sink drain leak. Service rep was professional, courteous and did an excellent job sealing the drain. He had to replace the drain cover so the price was much more than I anticipated, but the work was done to my complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: Called twice and while Wendy sounded like a reasonably nice person over the phone she never bothered to call me back on either occasion to schedule an estimate for some work I needed done. Mind you I was willing to pay to have someone go out there. Just not very professional in my opinion. I wound up calling another company and they came out the next day.
