I did not likei t when Gregg called to say he was coming to do the job and the first thing he askedwas did they tell you how much it would cost. I said how would they know and have never seen what has to be done. This seems as they are just out for the money. The job from Falcon was not completed and I have now called another person from Angie's list and we well see how he does. I am just paying out more money after having paid Falcon $600.00 and the sinks in the bathrooms are not completed. The water pressure in the kitchen sink is very poor. I asked Gregg why was this so and he said he did not have anything to do with it. Before he came we did not have a water pressure problem. Falcon did not do well at all. I would not call them back again.

We call the office and were told a technician would come out and diagnose our water heater at no charge. Rich called us 10 minutes later and was at our house less than an hour after that. He told us the problem, gave us multiple options to fix it, gave us his recommendation and settled on a price. He scheduled our service the next morning. Running late, Rich called 2X's to give us an update. Once he arrived he replaced our water heater with the new hybrid. The installation went smoothly and he finished under the estimated time. His work was clean and professional. He cleaned up and took away all the packaging and the old water heater. We had hot water 20 minutes later. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience. Rich was a true professional and loves his job. He asked if there was anything else we had an issue with that he could look at. One small thing was discussed and he took care of it. I would highly recommend Rich from Falcon Plumbing. Rich did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame set.

I called Falcon Plumbing today after waking up with no hot water on 10/17/2011 at 1:15pm. Wendy was super polite and helpful on the phone. She called back 15 minutes later to say she was able to dispatch a plumber and they would be at my house at 2:30. (Really? A plumber arrives 1 hour and 15 minutes after I call? ) Sure enough. Right at 2:27pm Rich K. arrived and even waited about ten minutes for me to run home - I work very close.Rich K. walked with me to my 12-year old water heater to take another look. I've replaced two heating elements in the past year so I wasn't surprised that he recommended I install a new one. Rich also was super polite, informative and pleasant. He explained the price per service policy and what he would do. By 5pm my new water heater was installed and running. Rich also replaced some lengths of pipe not in good repair and moved two valve on/off knobs and the shut off to a more protected location.Above and beyond the call of duty Rich also secured the hinge on the door to the water heater enclosure (1946, yea, it's still outside) with four well placed screws so my new water heater would remain safe from the elements. Rich discussed the VIP program with me after I complained about the facts of home ownership with a 1946 house. He also spent a bit of time looking at two other - not urgent - plumbing issues I had and explained repair options for these. I'll definitely be calling again when I'm ready to have the other minor plumbing issues repaired. Very best encounter with plumbing repairs I've ever experienced in 20 years owning this home. This was a thoroughly pleasant experience from the first call for help to the firm goodbye handshake.

I decided to take advantage of a special reduced price on plumbing services advertised on Angie's List. Falcon Plumbing was the subcontrator and I called them after hours expecting to leave a message for a call back the next morning. To my complete surprise, the phone was actually answered by an employee named Wendy who could not have been any more helpful to me. Wendy was extremely pleasant to deal and speak with. She made me feel like I was important to her and her company. She took my information and promised to return my call immediately to schedule someone to visit my home.. Within minutes, Wendy called me and arranged for a plumber to visit me the next morning! Chris arrived to my home and after I explained my issue with my tubs draining too slowly, He immediately identified the problem and resolved it in just a few minutes. Chris could have easily said it was something else that could have cost me more money, but the honesty and integrity both Wendy and Chris displayed was totally refreshing. I would definitely call Falcon again for any future problems and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any other Angie's list customer. You will be pleased with the professionalism and customer service attention.

Felt like I was going to get ripped off.

I have not used them in a while as I have not had any problems. They had a fixed rate for each type of job which was just exactly the way that I wanted. I have had some companies that were very dishonest and I would never ever have them walk in my house again. It was good to find someone who could quote for a particular job. Their price was reasonable although I don't remember the exact price that I paid. It was definitely better than what I had paid in the past. I did not trust the people that I found out later that they were very dishonest. I liked the fact that they would quote for a particular type of job like repairing a toilet or whatever you tell them was wrong, they would quote for the job. They would not charge by the hour or try to take advantage of you.

We were going to try to do this on our own and about 5:30PM we decided we needed professional help. I looked in Angie's List for someone with good ratings and nearby. Falcon Plumbing had very good reviews so I called not knowing if they would even answer after 5PM and if they did come if they would charge an exorbitant amount of money for after hours. Well Steve answered right away and said he could have someone out to my place within an hour. Someone did show up in just about 30 minutes. I think his name was Chris. He assessed the situation and completed the job within about 45 mins and was gone. From the time I called to the completion of the job couldn't have been more than 2 hours. Steve called me back twice giving me updates on when to expect Chris. Chris was very professional and competent. I don't think it would be possible to have had it work out better unless of course they decided to do it free! We all got to take hot showers tonight thanks to Falcon Plumbing.

I think it was very expensive for what he did. A leak and change faucet.

UPDATE: After my last post, I received a call from Rich and Wendy from Falcon Plumbing. I explained to them exactly what had occurred and they refunded my money completely. Both were very understanding and professional. After speaking with them, I could tell that they care very much about the quality of service they provide.

Overall the experience was an A plus. As long as the service person is polite and communicative and fair, I feel that I've gotten great service.

Gregg, was 5 min early and was incredible. 15 years of experience and very knowledgable. He is a product of his environment, polite just like Wendy. Gregg also showed me a few mistakes that could be problems in the future. ( in case I don't hire Falcon). By the way, Gregg also has a college degree. Service person was prompt, knowledgeable and quick.

The plumber was very nice, very professional and courteous. Everything went on as they explained and did an excellent job. I was very happy with the outcome and I cannot stress enough about how happy I was with their service.

Our washing machine was leaking water during a cycle. At first it was just heavy loads, then it started leaking water during medium and even small loads. We tried to snake the drain line ourselves, used some enzyme drain cleaner. The drain cleaner worked for a few days then the water would start backing up again and we'd find another leak on the floor. We finally decided to call a plumber to scope the line and see if there was a crack in the pipe. We called Falcon based on the reviews on Angie's List. The person who answered the call was very professional. He said he'd get a plumber out to our place right away. Sure enough, the plumber arrived same day as expected. We explained the problem to him and he said why scope it when he can snake it from the roof first. If it worked, his solution would be less expensive. We agreed and he got to work. When he finished, we tested the washer and it seemed to work fine. Price seemed a little high but I didn't call for any estimates so I don't really know if it was high or not. I waited at least a month before writing the review just in case the system backed up again but so far no problems. Falcon was great. They even called a few days later to ask how the service went. No problems recommending them.

The person who came out couldn't fix it. He said he would need a piece and that he would call me back when he had it. I never got a call back. This happened when I was using Falcon Plumbing for the third time. They have come out a couple of times. I had a very good experience the first time they came out. It was a very good person who came out and fixed my problem. The person who came out the second time was not a great guy. He was a little condescending. I have switched over to another company now. Their prices are good. They always come out when they said they would. The experience always depends on who they send out. I have had varied experiences. The first person was very professional and the other one was not. The third person who came out what was also professional, but he did not come back.

I called Falcon Plumbing this morning and was provided with prompt service. The person who answered the phone was courteous and tried to accommodate my schedule for the day. Luis, the technician, came at the time indicated. The problems were quickly identified and he gave me a break on the price since it was more than one service. He left the workspace clean and was very nice. He even took a look at another issue I was having and provided some advice as to how to remedy it. I would use this company again.

They did a good job in terms of finding the problems that I had. They were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and right on time. The quality of their work was fine. They had a deal on the price because I went through Angie?s List. I need to call them back because I want them to do something else for me like changing the faucets in the kitchen. He gave me an estimate. If I bought the equipment and all of that, he would just charge me to put it on, so I have just bought it. I will have him come out and put it on. I would recommend them to others.

I did think that he was very professional and on time. And in Miami...that counts for a lot.

The entire process was easy and painless. What could have been a disaster actually turned into a minor event. We also used the $25 off any repair coupon, which was great. They honored it even though we didn't have an actual copy of it. Thank you Falcon Plumbing, especially Jim and Yusef.

Water heater leaking from under the house. Called Falcon Plumbing, they were able to come out that afternoon to take a look at it. After evaluating the problem they were able to fix it in under 2 hours! They did a great job of fixing and cleaning up the area! Again, I will be recommending Falcon Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing work!

I had a flood in my home and it was late at night. I found Falcon Plumbing here on Angies List and gave them a call. I was quite impressed that the phone was answered immediately by a friendly employee. A plumber was at our door within the hour. The plumber was very courteous and got right to the problem. I am very satisfied with the experience and will use them again.
