After a horrid telephone experience with another company listed on Angie's List, I contacted Falcon Plumbing. We procured a service call the same day. There was an accident on the freeway and heavy rain; verified by another service vendor who came out at the same time. It took 2 hours to get to my home; I did not receive a call canceling or an excuse not to come. Jose from Falcon fought through the traffic, did an excellent job. I appreciated this very much. He was courteous, cleaned up his work area and explained about our product. I would definitely hire this company again without reservation. I am a retired Kitchen and Bath Designer from California, so this recommendation doesn't really come from a lay person. This is an excellent company.

Had a broken water shutoff valve in the late afternoon and no running water to my house. I called one company I had used in the past, and felt like they were more interested in finding me in their computer versus solving my predicament. When I called Falcon, they immediately understood my urgency and promptly dispatched someone to my home. I am very pleased with the work. Next time, I would call Falcon first.

"Technician" promptly when into a sell mode. Instead of explaining that they couldn't find parts for the toilet he just started trying to sell me a whole new toilet. When I called a plumbing parts supply company, they explained the parts would have to be special ordered, I called another company to replace the toilet.

Chris - Very professional and courteous. Original price quoted was $409.00 which I thought was high for approx. 45 minutes of work. An additional 25 feet of snake was required to do the job which brought the price to $611 - I was not advised of this increase in price until it was time to pay. Chris gave me a courtesy discount of $100 down to $511 - He was finished in 2 1/2 hours. I was please with the service but not at all with the price.

My water heater blew a circuit breaker. Falcon service man came the next morning at 10:40 AM. Was told it would cost $280 just to check it out & only half of that price would be applied to a new heater! Decided to just replace my 11 yr. old water heater, but the one that I wanted with a longer warranty was not in stock, & since needing hot water, had to get one with a 6 yr. warranty. Felt very pressured about buying the company warranty in addition to the manufacture warranty. He said he knew about my existing FPL "On Call" program, but gave wrong information about it. I thought he lacked expertise for this job.

I was very appreciative they did not charge extra for the leak. They were fast and arrived right away. It was also reasonably priced.

They showed up as soon as I called them. They were very straightforward with me on what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. I consider it a very pleasant experience.

Very professional. Was on-time and addressed the bath draining issue. Was slightly confused about the pre-paid nature of the Big Deal coupon, but a quick call to headquarters corrected the issue.

The person who came said the deal was only for outside work and he did not even have a camera. So this deal was good for nothing

They always come on time, are personable, and do great work. Compared to other plumber I've used, I've been very impressed. I would highly recommend them to others.

I signed up for a video inspection of my drain with cleaning for $99 on a Deal. When booking, no one had any idea what I was talking about. It was still an active coupon, but several months had past. I was told no way would that service be $99 as it costs several hundred dollars. I insisted on the Deal, and on arrival I was told by the plumber that no shower in South Florida has an accessible drain outside, so the coupon couldn't be honored. Perhaps, but then very few drains would qualify for their coupon now, would they? Then I was asked to pay double when shown a book of "list prices". After several back and forth conversations with the plumber at my house and his office between me and them, and him and them, and me and him, with him telling me how high risk snaking a shower drain is and why it should cost nearly $190 (a "discount" for me as an Angie's list member), I negotiated for the coupon to be applied against the total and no "membership fee" style charge, which he said is typical to get the "lower rate". The job took about 5 minutes once he brought the machine inside and he left the work area filthy, forgetting his sunglasses. Within two weeks, my slow drain was slow again so I don't feel I got the job I wanted, which was the video inspection to determine the problem and the clearing of the drain. I would definitely not recommend this company. UPDATE: Rich contacted me personally to understand what happened. He indicated that the service man should have honored the coupon for the cleaning even if he couldn't do the video inspection and provided a refund for the difference between what I paid and the original coupon. Given his willingness to stand behind his offer and his work, I have adjusted my rating to Fair.

They were great, the gentleman was very friendly, helpful, explained what he was doing, very accommodating, they came when they said they said they were going to come and if I had any questions they answered my questions regarding it. Pricing was good because of a recommendation and I called a couple of other places too.

Well first I didn't get a phone call from Falcon Plumbing after I sent them an email (this should have been the first red flag) but when I called Paula she was very polite and professional. After she took down the information on the job, the plumber Josue called me asking me what was the problem after listening to my explanation for about 2 minutes he said that the problem was going to cost $405 (red flag number 2) and it's going to require him to get on the roof once I agreed to that amount he went to the residence started the work without telling me that the issue was not going to require him on the roof. Once he was done after being there for about an hour, he told me that the price was $405 (WHAT!) after negotiation with him and the office I got it down to $305. But they did get there fast and worked in a storm that was impressive.

They answered right away, found somebody to come ASAP, called me back and followed up every step of the way. The plumber who came was very friendly and efficient, fixed the problem right away and told me he would send me some suggestions to better fix the problem on the long run. Well I indeed received a package from him with a note...Excellent service I would highly recommend Falcon plumbing it is rare today to find a company like that!!!

We had a hiccup over the initial price and it was solved right away. The service was excellent: lots of smiles, very clear, very fast.

Professional, took the time to explain and to do things right.

It was a young kid that thought the water pressure was okay. My husband did not think he grasped the full concept. After he left, my daughter even complained that the water pressure was too low.

I would strongly recommend Falcon plumbing to anyone. Very professional, timely, and detail oriented. At first, I had a small issue with communication (the gentleman who was supposed to come and provide an estimate did not show up as agreed). However- upon learning of this news the owner Wendy personally called me immediately to apologize, she owned the mistake and offered to do anything necessary to correct. Wendy then arranged to send her service manager Jim over to my house at 9 AM on Saturday to provide an estimate. Jim called in advance of his arrival, he showed up on time was courteous, professional and provided a fair estimate for the work. Both Wendy and Jim were kind and professional in every respect and truly showed real concern and ownership for their business. Wendy did a superior job of service recovery and Jim and excellent job of customer service. Living in Miami for 10 years, I have not seen a better example of excellent customer care. I would recommend Falcon to anyone.

They responded very quickly and they sent me somebody very reasonably quick. The guy did a pretty decent job. It was pretty good. He came and they responded pretty quickly and he got it taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

They were very polite, professional and friendly. Willing to go out of his way. Really nice guys.

They are friendly and arrive when they say they are going to come. They call ahead, they explain everything in detail to me of what was wrong, what they needed to do and once they did it I know what they did. Great communication there.

Pro: Everyone I spoke with at Falcon was very friendly and professional. My plumber was Anthony and his assistant was also named Anthony. They worked quickly, cleanly, and effectively. No problems to report. I will definitely use Falcon again. Con: They are only available on weekends for emergencies. I work Monday to Friday, so it's difficult for me to schedule time during the week for home service.
