I called in the morning about 9:00 AM and was told they would be here between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The man came a little before noon. Our call was mainly regarding a problem with a toilet. He fixed that by completely remounting it for $315.00 less the $25 Angie?s discount. We then asked him to take a look at a dripping problem we had with a shower. He tried to replace the cartridge but could not so he said to fix it would cost $515.00 if we purchased the required valve. So we went to Home Depot and got what we were told was the best valve for $143.38. In order to replace the valve he would have to remove a portion of the drywall in the garage to get access to the back side of the valve. I don't remember if he said then that he was not going to be able to replace that drywall or not though. It turns out he could not, so we are now faced with the expense of getting someone else to do that in the future. The valve was then replaced and we signed the ticket thinking it was completed. But when we took our first showers it was evident that there was a problem with the way the hot and cold was regulated. So we called and asked him to come back and see if it could be fixed. He came the next day and said that the hot and cold pipes were apparently opposite the way they should be and that was the reason it did not work the same as the old valve. He made some adjustments and said that was the best he could do. We were not satisfied with the way it was so we called again. This time I spoke with the owner who said he would send the man back to do whatever was needed. He came on the 19th and ran a set of pipes that switched the way the hot and cold pipes connected to the valve. That fixed the shower problem, but when he tried to turn the water on for the house he said that valve broke. The cost to fix it was going to be another $275.00. I objected to that addition cost so he called the owner to see what could be done. The answer was apparently that the valve would be fixed at no additional cost because he started working on it. The technician was always courteous and the owner did what was necessary to get the shower fixed. We probably should have let the shower continue dripping and saved the $658.38 and the unknown future cost to repair the drywall in the garage.

They knew what they were doing, they are experts in their field. ?Very expedient in coming out, especially before the holidays.

I called Falcon plumbing talked to a very nice lady who scheduled me an appointment immediately. The technician showed up on time, very friendly and very professional. He determined it was a partial blockage and he would need to snake the pipe. Did the job quickly, fix the problem and packed up and left. I had a slight misunderstanding about the price, the owner Wendy called personaly and straightened it out. Great company!

The worker (Stevan) came on time and replaced the spigot. He did not try to cut corners, rather he worked thoroughly and made the repair completely.

The appointment was made for between 9am and 10am, but unfortunately there was a plumbing emergency and they called and rescheduled for later in the day. The technician was professional and friendly. He spoke English which is wonderful for Miami! He was able to cut the old hose off and replace it with the hose I provided, and it works great! For any future plumbing needs I will call Falcon Plumbing again!

The men arrived on time and were very professional. I supplied the OE parts and they finished the work quickly and on-estimate.

Got an appointment for the following day. There was no travel time charge, just a $75 (i believe) appointment charge, which would be credited if additional services had to be performed. The heater needed to be replaced, which was done for us within about 3 or 4 hours. The job was done quick, efficient and site left clean. The gentleman that did it was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything. Only gave the price a 'B' because i do not have a comparison as to how much someone else would have charged. We will use them again.

The point of all this is that despite all of the problems I encountered, I would still strongly recommend and endorse Falcon Plumbing to anybody who would ask for my advice. I have used the company for many, many years, and this is the first time I've ever had an issue with them. The fact is that I was contacted by the owner the very next day before I had even had a chance to contact him, and his demeanor and response to the situation was the epitome of class and professionalism. He took full responsibility for the error, apologized to me, and told me he was giving me a full refund of my payment. I recognize that we are all human, that mistakes can be made even by experienced professionals, and that the the plumber had acted in good faith when he was trying to fix the problem. The manner in which this situation was handled by the management made all the difference in the world in reassuring me that this a decent, honest, forthright company that I will continue to do business with in the future.

Chris (technician that conducted the work) arrived on time based on a phone call from the office indicating he was on the way to our house. He had all the tools, equipment, and tools needed to install a water softener and hot water heater. We had planned this install months prior to his arrival, so Chris had already conducted an assessment of the work a month prior to the install. This was beneficial to ensure Chris knew what was needed to bring to the worksite prior to his arrival. This was the key to a successful installation. Chris installed the water softener and hot water with ease and expertly replaced the piping to each. The water softener is located outside by the water cutoff valve at the house wall. He installed a new ball valve as a cutoff valve that replaced the original gate valve which was an upgrade to the plumbing system to our house. He also routed the hot water tank drain and the catch pan (located underneath the hot water heater) to the garage. The hot water heater is located inside the house. This was an important aspect of the job because the original hot water heater drained to the inside of the house in the closet where it is located. Additionally as an unrelated job item, Chris patched a hole around an outside water facet. This water facet was previously replaced but the mortar around the facet was not replaced. Chris patched the hole with hydraulic cement without charge. We were extremely impressed with the quality of work Chris performed. It validated our assumption, that conducting this job needed to be done by a professional vice a well-intentioned neighbor in order to have a properly and professionally installed water softener and hot water heater. Well done Chris and Falcon plumbing.

They didn't check their work so I had to have them come back out and redo the job. They then tried to charge me again and stated that the there was no guarantee on drain cleaning. They were overpriced.

He had to break the concrete of the house in order to get to the plumbing. He did a good job, but so expensive and left everything open and thrown. I had to get someone else to close it. I got someone else to do the first part before for 800.00 and he closed everything. The reason he did not finish the job was that he could not find the second part of the leak

I thought the overall experience was great. They were very professional. They explained everything that they were going to do and what needed to be done and why they had to do it. They were very patient. I think the price was a little high but it's kind of relative to the work they had to do. There were some unexpected issues.

They want $75 to come out and quote out the business. Needless to say, there are several other highly rated companies that are willing to provide an estimate.

The technician, Adonis, called me to understand the issue. He brought a new water heat with him in case it was needed, which it was. He was in and out of my house within 3 hours and I had a new water heater installed the same day I called him. He was professional and cleaned up after himself.

Ivan at Falcon Plumbing did an excellent job! THANK YOU! Found Falcon Plumbing on Angie?s List, read the reviews and decided to give them a call. The receptionist was courteous and professional. We scheduled an appointment for the following day between 11am-1pm, Ivan arrived on time at 12:45pm with a courtesy call about half an hour before to give us an ETA. The original job was to replace one spigot (cold water) behind the washer in our laundry room due to leakage and poor hot water pressure in the kitchen. For esthetic and preventive purposes, Ivan suggested we replace both spigots in the laundry room so we agreed. Since we have an old house he even took the time to give some recommendations for preventative maintenance. Ivan was honest regarding the price for the job and we felt the price was fair for the work that needed to be done. He finished in a timely fashion and kept the entire work area clean before, during, and after the job. Before he left Ivan walked us through the house making sure all water outlets worked properly which we were very appreciative of. Falcon Plumbing did a wonderful job, we will definitely call them for future plumbing and we are extremely satisfied with the price and quality.

When scheduling you're given about a 2 hour window verses we'lll be there sometime between 9 to 5. The technician then calls approximately a half an hour prior to arrival and then believe it or not arrives on time. Once they get there they do their job in the most professional way possible and do it right the first time. The technicians are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Falcon plumbing is my only plumber.

Called to ask for service, the guy was here in 20 minutes. Fixed the leaking faucet. Very professional, nice, knowledgeable. All great.

Technician Adonis came to the house twice: Once, while I was there, to diagnose the problem and a second time, in my absence, to make the installation. He was extremely punctual, professional, articulate and helpful in explaining the problems and recommending solutions. We sat at the computer together and he patiently reviewed with me the faucet options so that I could make a knowledgeable choice. Adonis also pointed out another potential issue I may have with another water fixture, and gave me a price estimate; however, when I decided not to do that repair now he did not pressure me in any way. On the second visit, the items were installed perfectly, as far as I can tell. I am very satisfied. I have used Falcon Plumbing before, on smaller jobs, and will continue to use them. Their prices are not the lowest, but their outstanding and trustworthy service are well worth the value, I think. You get what you pay for. Their office staff also is efficient and smart in scheduling service and handling follow-through.

Repairman was quick and professional. Explained well the work done.

UPDATE- the company uses a pre-defined price list for services which is not defined per hour. While the Company does send out dispatch in a rapid timeframe when calling after hours, the amount charged for basic work is exorbitant.

He arrived late, and left something undone in one of the bathrooms, I called him, however, and he came back and fixed the problem right away.

I called Falcon the day before yesterday about a problem we were having with our toilet not filling after a flush, and with a problem with water backing up and spilling out all over our utility room and the step outside of the room. They scheduled us for yesterday, a Sunday. I mentioned that it is not an emergency and asked if we will be charged because of coming on a Sunday and was told no. Plumber called me yesterday, Sunday, to advise me of the extra charge for coming on a weekend. I told him what I was told and he said ok. However, since I was aware that they had an emergency call earlier, and since he sounded tired to me when I spoke with him, I asked if he wanted to come Monday instead. So they rescheduled for Monday between 11am and 1pm. Monday morning, plumber called me to confirm and to see if I wanted him to come earlier. I returned his call and ask him to come as early as he liked. He arrived 9:30ish in the a.m. I discussed with him what we needed and told him the toilet seems to be working fine after I had tapped the mechanism inside the tank. He double checked it at no charge. We discussed the washer backing up when emptying and spilling all over everywhere. He checked the pipe leading from the washer to the wall, and he opened the drain thingys in the yard outside the utility room (in the backyard). We walked to the back to discuss the path of drainage to the sewer and he advised me that he saw a problem with the way it was draining to the sewer. He said he doesn't know if it is a problem with the pipes or with the pitch leading to the sewer. He advised snaking the pipes to see if it drained any faster. We were certain about the washer needing to be snaked, so we further discussed whether we should snake both the washer and the other, or just the washer. He then told me he was going to give me two estimates and went to his truck. When he returned he told me the price for both is $305.00. We further discussed that since the pipes in the backyard are not actually backing up, but only draining slowly, and since they are such large pipes it would take years and years before it becomes any kind of real problem, then there really isn't an immediate need to have that part done now. I asked him what the price would be if we didn't do that part of the job, but only the washer pipe and he told me $305.00!!! I asked him why there was no difference in the price and he said because he hadn't told me but he was going to do the pipes outside for free, and that the $305.00 was just a standard price for doing any snake job. I explained that I was not comfortable with what he was telling me since he went away to give me two estimates, and came back and told me, "the price to do both was $305.00, that do leave part of the job out should be less. He apologized if that's what he said, but that he meant that he was going to do that part free. If that was the case, then why did we stand there for 15 minutes discussing the immediate need for that part of the job? If he was gonna do it free, why not just tell me that and do it just in case it does help! At no time did he mention it was buy one service get one free (my words not his). I called his office and spoke to Laura who spoke to the service manager. They decided to drop the charge to $199.00, including the $75.00 service fee for just coming, and we could still use the $25.00 Angie's list coupon. Because we would have had to pay the $75 fee anyway, I decided to allow them to go ahead and do the washer pipe for that price. While I appreciate what the service manager did, I have no way of knowing whether the plumber was being honest with us. From what he said, and because of what was discussed and the way it was discussed, it looks questionable at least, so I choose not to decide one way or the other. I am hesitant, however, to do business with this company again because I don't know now whether I can trust them. I am rating them with a C because the manager intervened, and because other than what he says was a miscommunication on his part, the plumber kept the area clean while doing what, as far as I can tell, is a good job. The problem seems to be resolved anyway.

They were very nice and professional in providing the estimate. Although I am using someone else to do the work, I will certain keep them in mind for future work and recommend them. Very polite and professional.

It was great. He answered the phone and came out on New Years Eve and fixed it the same day we called him.

Everything went smoothly once the plumber arrived. I was just glad to see him arrive with all the correct equipment and a smile on his face!
