The individual came to my home and looked at the faucet and said he doesn't have the part needed to fix it. He said he would go back to the office to check on it. and he would call and let me know. On his way out he charged me $75.00. I didn't receive a call for weeks so I called the office and was told they would have him call me. He never called. I was out $75.00 with no service and a leaking faucet. I asked for a refund and it was refused. I disputed the charge and got the $75.00 back.

The people at Falcon plumbing were able to come out on a Saturday, which was a huge plus. They showed up on time, were incredibly trustworthy and did great work. Completely pleasant experience. Would definitely hire them again.

The owner even came out. I would use them again in the future.

Very good. I sent out a letter to a number of service providers, detailing what I needed done. He came right out. He looked at the job site. He started rattling off some numbers. I was very impressed with him. His estimate was right in line with my estimate. He did the work himself. The whole office was excellent and that's what I like to deal with.

I liked how informative the plumber was when he got here. He was punctual and friendly. He informed me about all the steps he was going to take to try to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix the clog because the piping in my wall is apparently done incorrectly. As such, they only charged me a diagnostic fee of $25, which I thought was extremely nice. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Falcon Plumbing came in a did a great job. ?They were highly professional, clean and did meticulous work. ? The heater is doing a great job and came with a good warranty that Falcon will support. ? My family is really enjoying it, especially the teenagers!! ?It is feels good to have vendor like this works with you instead of just trying to take your money!!! ? Highly recommended vendor!!

I called in for an emergency as an active water pipe broke in the Kitchen. The owner was very attentive and empathetic. She dispatched a plumber quickly who was on site in less than 40 minutes. The plumber was very professional, worked quickly and treated my house like it was his. He found and fixed the problem. We were very relieved and happy with the work.

A++ the work Chris performed was incredible. He came and gave us a fair estimate, the next morning he was there to begin work. He worked diligently all day repairing sewer and water lines. He cleaned up after he was done and was super efficient. Explained everything he was doing and the job was completed in the agreed upon timeline. We can't thank falcon plumbing enough and look forward to working with Wendy and Chris on larger projects in the near future.

After I wrote a poor review of Falcon concerning their customer service, I was contacted by their service manager. Having discussed the situation, I agreed to have them come by and complete my bathroom remodeling. Their technician, Adonis, was an excellent representative of Falcon Plumbing and completed the work to my satisfaction. Adonis reaffirmed my belief that Falcon Plumbing technicians do excellent work. I still however, have a problem with their customer service.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! I suggest that Angie's List remove this company from their site. On Sept. 4th - The plumber that came out initially was professional. He told me that he would have an estimate for me at the latest on Monday, Sept. 8th via email. On Sept. 8th, I did not receive the promised estimate. I emailed Wendy Visschers that morning I called the company that same Monday at 4:00 pm. Wendy Visschers - the owner. She was rude and abrupt with me, she told me that she was the process of moving and was not at the office. I asked her, is this not your office phone number? She did not want to be bothered with me or my business. She told me to call the same number at 8:00 am and speak with Ray. I had to chase Ray down for this estimate yesterday. I called the office at 9:00 am today and Wendy answered the phone and hung up. I called again and Ray picked up the phone. I asked him for the estimate, he told me he would email it to me. I received (2) other estimates for the same work. Their estimate was for $1,895.00. That was to change (3) aerators and replace the inside of a shower head, replace 2 flappers for the toilet. My other two estimates were no higher than $700.00! What a complete RIP OFF this company is!

Steven arrived 30 minutes early and was courteous enough to ask before opening my ceiling to find the leak. In just 20 minutes he sorted out the cause (neighbors shower) and was kind enough to shoot a videos explantation if the the problem for other parties involved and even spoke to them by phone about how to repair the issue. He then swept up the rubble and water from the ceiling. The cost was very affordable. I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Falcon plumbing to a friend.

Arrived on time and tech was professional. Only reason I'm not giving an A grade was because the price. I still decided to use falcon because they seemed professional and provide good service.

I've used "Falcon Plumbing" numerous times in the past and have always rated them an "A". Two years ago they installed a new sink in my guest bathroom and since I am now in the process of remodeling my bathrooms, I had a question concerning the installation of the sink. Even though I wasn't calling to schedule a job, my previous relationship with "Falcon Plumbing" should have proven to be more than adequate enough for me to get an answer to my question. Instead, I got the response "that the company removing my cabinets should know how to remove cabinets without breaking my sink." To me, that's not an answer, and I told the representative as such. She then told me she would talk to her installer and call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. I'm sure I will have plumbing issues in the future, but you can be sure it will not be "Falcon Plumbing" that receives my business, money, and referrals.

Falcon Plumbing is great! They are extremely professional and care about the quality of their work. I had a rather complicated tub faucet install due to my previous contractor messing it up and their plumber was there for 8hrs installing the new faucet. He was extremely professional, clean, and the price was more than fair. I would 100% use them again for any plumbing needs.

The time was set up for the a.m. On the day of installation, the plumber called early to give me a half hour window for his arrival. He was very prompt, professional and did very "clean" work. No mess left behind! When finished, he showed me what he had done and tested the equipment for me to see. Upon leaving, he shook my hand and thanked me for the business! Very polite and again, very professional! I totally would use this company again and recommend it to others!!

Had leak around base of my toilet. First plumber I called wanted $125 to fix it, but never showed up. Then I called Falcon Plumbing who wouldn't tell me the price over the phone, but did tell me it would be a $75 service call fee for coming out. The man that came out and inspected my bathroom gave a price of $318. I declined. The third plumber I called came out and tightened the base of the toilet, tightened the bolts and my problem was fixed. He didn't want to charge me, but I did give him $75. Warning to the public on Falcon...these guys work on commission and the more they charge the more they make. I called the office about this and Wendy said she will tell the manager to contact me. No one has called me back.

We'll this is a hard one for me because the work was performed dutifully and well but the short answer is way too expensive. I was expecting the plumber to quote me a lesser price. Falcons pricing is so al la carte that you get nickeled and dimed for everything. It was a Saturday so I paid for what I had to have done at their regular price because I was in a bind. I can't afford Falcon plumbing and will turn to their competitors with much more reasonable pricing structure. What I don't understand is with such high prices I had to put off work, hot water heater, replacement of other faucets, and other plumbing jobs. One word, overpriced!

Representative from Falcon (Stevan) came at 3:45 pm to fix the leaking spout. He repaired the valve and reset the hot and cold so that they worked properly. This isn't the first time I've used Falcon nor will it be the last. Planning on remodeling my bathrooms this summer and I will contact Falcon again. It's always good to find a company that you can trust that does the job correctly.

He gave honest advice and was clearly very knowledgeable about plumbing issues. Instead of selling me on work, he explained that re-piping probably wasn't necessary, that the main issue was the use of plastic v. copper fittings. This company has a warranty and seems very responsive, which may be better than a random plumber who will not return if a mistake was made and you end up paying for a second plumber. Their price reflects this, but is not out of line either. I had a 10am appointment, and based on my past experiences with service personnel, I asked if they could please call me if they would be more than an hour late. Surprisingly, I was called at 9:15 to advise he'd be there by noon. And he was there on time! Wow! So while I'm not having anything done now, I know who to call to have things done properly. I really appreciate the expert advice I received and am impressed how he explained the way they do things the proper way, without shortcuts.
