Description of Work: I called Don Bailey's and spoke with a very personable woman named Debbie, who referred me to her salesperson, Gus Anido. What I wanted to do was to replace old carpeting in a sales office and cafeteria in my work place. Gus made an appointment to come over, show samples, measure and provide an estimate at a convenient time. He was prompt, and had everything he needed with him. He is very competent, and provided me with an estimate on the spot. At this point i had pretty much decided to do business with Don Bailey because of the professional manner with which they conduct themselves. The price was very reasonable for the work involved, the material quality looked good to me, and Gus told me that they could work on Sarturday morning, which made the project much easier for me to do, since the office is closed. The installation crew showed up on time, and worked quickly and quietly. They did a very good job, cleaned up completely, and hauled all of the old carpet away. The overall experience was as good as I could have hoped it to be. These folks know what they are doing, they keep appointments, and their pricing is very fair. I recommend them very highly. In South Florida, it's very nice to do business with a company that is as well run as Don Bailey Carpet.
