Description of Work: I used the services of Darn Quick Termite & Fumigation Inc.

Description of Work: We are a group of seven townhouses all of which needed to be tented for termites. I contacted a recommended vendor from Angie's List but the vendor no longer did tentings. When I asked them for a recommendation, I was referred to Darn Quick. Armando came out for a price quote. I was impressed for the following reasons: 1. The price was good...not the lowest but close 2. When I expressed my anxiety because I knew nothing about the company, he told me to contact the Agriculture Dept of the State of Florida as Pest Control is under their watch and to contact the Better Business Bureau (I called the Dept of Agriculture and searched the Better Business Bureau info online and got a favorable answer from the State and the Better Business Bureau gave them an A+ rating. We were a group of seven unit owners with seven sets of questions and concerns. All were answered in a professional and friendly manner. When a miscommunication occurred, it was addressed and corrected the same day. Armando was on time for all appointments, the tenting was done on schedule and we got back into our units at the time quoted. He made the procedure as painless as was possible and all the unit owners were impressed by Armando's 'people skills'.
