It went very good. I was very satisfied. They were on time and they delivered exactly what they discussed over the phone. The price was very competitive. When they came, they did a very good job and right now I don't have any pest control problems.

They were very good. They were prompt in doing the job for me. The outcome was what I expected. I was happy with the cost.

Everything turned out well. They were very proactive with regards to scheduling, arrived on time, and did the work as promised. Furthermore, I haven't had any problems with pests since the treatment.

They were very rapid in their response and accommodating to my needs. They were priced well below others I checked with from Angie's list I read their proposal and noted they used the same chemical compound that the others proposed to use. They are not a "big time" operation but I would recommend them

I could not tell if enough gas was used to accommodate the crawl space. I assumed that there was not enough when I found an insect during remodeling.

About 45 days after the treatment, ants started appearing again in the kitchen. Also outside the house there was a line of ants going up the house. Shortly after the ants returned. I purchased a solution from Home Depot and was able to get rid of both.

Everything went well, they were professional and prompt both when they came out to provide an estimate and when they did the job. Had a little issue with a window that was not properly closed when tent was removed. We called and received a response very quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this company.

I have used Darn Quick for other properties, recommending them to family and friends with overall satisfaction with their service. Their tents appear to be in good shape, not thread bare or lots of patches. The crew arrived within their appointment time and quickly began to work. The foreman while inspecting the house asked if we needed any help moving out any last minute things. The office staff was friendly and quickly returned phone calls.

Quick, on time, efficient! I don't remember what we paid, but it was a fair price.

The ants disappeared almost immediately and no more bugs in the house.

Arrived early, was very thorough in performing the services. Explained the reasons for pest intrusions specific to my unit, suggested ways to mitigate this in the future and provided details on their warranty of services, which I have not needed.

Excellent. When I called to schedule the tenting, they explained the options that best suited our schedule. They suggested if we do an early morning, the tent can be removed early morning the next day. They gave us the time they would be back to remove the tent and again they were right on schedule. All associated staff were very pleasant and professional. We are glad we chose them from Angie's List. I see why they had so many reviews and all were positive. Great work.

We had two separate appointments. The pest control appointment was fine. It was relatively quick and I do not have much to say about it other than we were satisfied with it. It was what it should have been. It was relatively basic. During the termite control, they came out quickly and they were responsive in that respect. They gave us an estimate that was competitive because we also priced other companies. The service itself was a little bit unusual and the person who came out was afraid of heights and did not even want to get up on a six-foot ladder so he did everything from the ground which meant that when he was spraying the eaves, he was kind of applying the stuff from the ground and it was a two-storey house. It was kind of unusual because it also got all over the side of the house. He was nice and friendly but he did not even get up in the attic, for instance. He just very gingerly stood up on a ladder and sprayed from the entrance to the attic which I was a little bit concerned about but he assured me that it was fine because he was using a high powered thing. On a point scale with 4 as being satisfied, it was maybe a 3 or something like that. I was just slightly dissatisfied with that. I would consider using them again and recommending them for the regular pest treatment but I do not think that I would recommend at least that particular individual for the termite control.

We signed the standard Darn Quick contract without any alterations or debate, and scheduled a date. As directed by Darn Quick we cleaned out all the refrigerators, freezers, discarded food and double bagged food in the cupboards. We prepared the outside of the home, cutting bushes, tying them back, and clearing space for tenting all around the home as instructed by Darn Quick. We booked a hotel and packed our bags. On the afternoon scheduled, Darn Quick was delayed by four hours, because of their problems with some other job in Miami. They had "other commitments" the following day. So we had no choice but to reschedule 4 days later, for the convenience of Darn Quick. It was very inconvenient for us. We had to wait four days with all our food bagged or discarded, and our gardens and pathways all cluttered with materials moved away from the sides of the house. After waiting 3 days, the day before the second scheduled appearance, Darn Quick called and again cancelled. BEWARE of their low-ball tactics and expect a bumpy ride, with lame excuses. They simply overbooked, are understaffed and cannot handle their scheduled workload. So they dangled us for their convenience and cancelled when they could not perform: twice. Darn Quick's excuses were obviously made-up on the fly: slippery, child-like and silly. You should pay a bit more for a larger, more reputable exterminator to fumigate your home.

Went well, the guy showed up and answers any questions as to how often a person should have homes treated for pest. Also he worked quickly and was polite. I would recommend him again for future jobs.

Scheduling was very easy. Everything went fantastic. There was one technician that came out and they gave me some good advice.

So he advise me to use a a treatment from Homedepot, at 20 $. Thank you so much, Armando.

Armando provided the quote and it was right where the home inspector said it should be. Roxanne accommodated my timeline and scheduled the tenting for a date within 1 1/2 weeks of my quote. The crew arrived on time and a walk-thru was performed with me. The house was tented and they told me when I could expect to be back in the house again. After they performed the all clear, I was called and met Victor, Armando's son who was very friendly and professional. He returned my key and even closed all of the windows for me. He reminded me of my one year warranty and quoted on a continuous program after the year elapses.

He was a little bit late but there was an emergency so I understand. But, once he got to the house, he did a great job. He was very efficient and he explained everything to me. He told me to wait about two weeks to make sure that all the bugs were gone and stuff. I have noticed a few, like about 1 ant a day for the past 3 days but really not much in the master bathroom. So far, everything looks really great and I'm really happy. He was really good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. He was very thorough. There was no extra cost. The original price was $95 and we asked him to spray the yard where the dogs are and that was a separate issue, but he was fair on that. They were excellent. He was right there on time. We signed a contract and he'll be back every 2 months.

On Thursday, October 24th, I called the "all-clear" rep. Fernando and we agreed to meet at the home in an hour. When my dad and I arrived at the home the painted driveway and sidewalks had streaks of white chaulk every where and there were piles of pitch-black dirt around the perimeter of the house. The garden hose had been used and thrown about and my father's extension ladder was used to remove the tent and was left leaning on the roof and footed on the lawn. I called the company about the mess and the disregard and was told that it would be addressed when the rep. Fernando arrived. My father and I waited for Fernando at the home with our perishable refrigerator and freezer items for over 3 hours in the hot Miami sun. During the wait, the rep. Fernando indicated that they're just a few minutes away and would be there shortly. When the rep. and a crew member came, they began to straighten out the mess and put down the used extension ladder. My father, being a stroke victim and incontinent, had to use the rest room in the house. We were given the OK and allowed to enter the home. As soon as I placed my father on the commode and went outside again to further speak to the rep. Fernando, he and his crew member left the home still a mess, the garden hose thrown about and the extension ladder still leaning on the roof. I contacted the main office of Darn Quick and sent them detailed pictures of the above described scenario via email. On Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, their rep. Fernando was very apologetic and expressed remorse and amends stating, "We at Darn Quick want to make this up to you and your dad, at all cost. What can we do to help you be satisfied with the results, we can take reasonably refund some of the money you paid for the service." My father and I agreed to have them refund $250.00 from the $850.00 and Fernando, the rep., agreed and said he would be at my dad's home on Monday, Oct. 28th, to give him a refund check and proof that Darn Quick put enough Vikane gas into the house. Monday and Tuesday, the 28th and 29th, came around but no one showed up at the house. I contacted the office again and left a message. The next morning, I received a very harsh and reprimanding phone call from Mr. Armando Dulzaides, Darn Quick's Owner / Manager. Mr. Dulzaides stated, " I have no intention to pay you any refund and I would have personally cleaned up and straightened out your house if I knew about this." Note: ( I specifically called the office and spoke with the secretary Roxanne and Mr. Dulzaides, alerting them that day on Thursday, Oct. 24th and left a message with their answering service after Fernando and his crew member left without cleaning and straightening up the house.) NOTE: My father got seriously sick the next day on Friday for staying out in the sun and eating the refrigerated food that was sitting in the patio for 3 hours waiting on Fernando the "All-clear" rep. When I mentioned to Mr. Dulzaides about my dad getting seriously sick on Friday, Mr. Dulzaides stated that my father had been sickly for a long time and that it's normal for him to get sick. (Mr. Dulzaides doesn't know or has even met my father to make a statement like that.) Mr. Dulzaides offered to extend our warranty to an additional year. I requested to have that proposal sent to my dad in writing. Mr. Dulzaides responded by hanging up the phone. Since then, I made two additional calls, one to the main office and spoke to Roxanne the secretary. She said that she was tired of me calling every day and would speak to Mr. Dulzaides to find some resolution. This conversation was on Tuesday, November, 05, 2013, and I've not heard from them since. The second conversation was with the rep. Fernando on Monday, Nov. 4th, and he maintained that he was going to bring my dad a check for $250.00 and the log showing the amount of gas used that day on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd, 2013.

I bought a house in Coral Gables, tent as had some termite. We're professional a schedule process was easy. Defiantly I recommend them
