The service was top-rated quality, far exceeding our expectations. The technician, Mr. Armando Dulzaides, was unpretentious, pleasant, well- mannered, and very informative. We were most impressed by his quality of professionalism. He arrived on time, gave thorough inspection for possible sights of termites habitat, explaining and providing valuable information about their appearance, damages, and etc. It was interesting to learn that termites and some type of ants often coexisted. There was no charge for his work and the time he spent. He courteously declined even gratuity. Nowadays it is so rare to receive such service and encounter a person like Mr. Dulzaides.

They lived up to their name, Darn Quick. They gave us an agreed upon date, they called the day before giving us an arrival time between 11 and 12. The crew arrived at 11:30 and immediately started work. They tented the complete house, the inside was checked that everything was ready for the gas, checking the kitchen, refrigerator. We thought we were thorough, they found a spice rack we missed. The gas was put into the tented house and they went so far as adding additional gas to ensure termination of the termites. All exterior doors were locked and signs were placed on the doors warning people to stay out of the house. The next day the tent was removed and we had to stay out of the house for an additional 6 hours for the gas to dissipate. After the six hours they returned and checked the house and gave us the all clear to move back in. We also bought their extended warranty at $158 per yr.

It was ok. It was just a glorifed pest control session. He was nice and it seemed like a good company. The deal seemed like it would be more detailed. I was fearful that there were termites in the house but they didn't see symptoms of termites. I can get another company for pest control for a cheaper price.

The provider was very good and gave me some good information.

He showed up on time. Introduced himself and went to work. He asked questions about the residence and if I had any lingering issues. I took him about 35 mins to complete the inside and outside of the house. He was very professional and I would us their service again...

They were very helpful. The price is competitive. They answered the phone. They show up when they said they are going to show up. They are very reliable, responsive, professional and answered all questions. I would use them again.

The company did not call me even a few days after I paid for the Angie's List Deal, so I called them. It seems they are Miami based and I am in Broward, so it took some work to arrange a time and day that worked for us both. They cannot schedule a time a week ahead, because they don't know in advance what days they will be in your neighborhood. So if you are in Broward, be prepared to work on their schedule to be at home. The guy came out this morning. He was on time and quickly and efficiently did his job. Overall, besides the scheduling issues, I was very happy with the Deal and would do it again. Thanks so much!

Scheduling was perfect and everything went really well; no ants have come back. We have them back out treating for moth-like insects.

So far the only bugs we have seen are dead ones he was on time it was quite quick but I guess the is just how it is done I moved furniture and refrigerator out of the way to make sure it was done I plan to gave him return to do it again for good measure

They are true to their word and are very punctual. I like them a lot. They are very efficient and very professional.

Darn Quick was professional, showed up on time, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and all at a price significantly lower than the bigger name competitors. I heard of Darn Quick from an acquaintance that had used them on his home and was suspicious about their prices being so low compared to price ranges I had seen from searching the Internet. After obtaining 3 quotes, including Darn Quick, I was even more nervous about using them since they were so much cheaper than the other two. I was on a very tight budget, however, and decided to take a chance, thinking that in the worst case whatever they do would at least buy me some time until I could afford a more expensive service. Ultimately, Darn Quick did the job right, and my house no longer has termites.

They were great. Everything went smoothly. They offered a competitive price. They are professional, very timely and great communication. The price stands out the most.

I contact them thru Angie's list. Armando came on time to the appointment and explained in details the process. From than on everything was pretty smooth. Everyone at the company was very professional and polite. I like the service. I would recommend it.

It was excellent. It was a $1.50 per square foot and the prices was very good. We had three people come out and give us prices and their price was the best. They came out right away to give the estimate, it was a very good price, and they did it right away. It was a darn quick service, just like their name says and it was an easy process.

The experience went very well. They were late getting here. It was a really good job. They were polite and nice. The price is reasonable. The quality of the job seems to be good but the termites came back. I had other companies to do the job and yet every single year I still get a swarming of termites. The one guy was professional because the others did not speak English.

Provider was very personable and explained the entire process for the service to be performed. Upon completion of service, provider gave recommendations to prevent additional pest issues.

Called DQ last week about a filthy house full of bugs and termite damage, and Armando showed up at the property. He looked the place over and quoted a price. He volunteered a free spray job for the yard as well. The house was tented the following week without incident. They showed up a little later than expected, which is why I gave them a B for punctuality, but it really didn't matter. The bugs are dead. There was no drama. As far as I can tell, nothing was broken. No problems at all. They're coming back to spray the yard in a few days. I found them very professional and easy to do business with, and I would use them again.

I called Darn Quick to question about an Angie's List Deal I was about to purchase. The deal was for $200 for an annual service for extermination. The deal stated they would come out quarterly and anytime in between you called them if you had bugs in the house. I was told someone would return my phone call because they didn't know the details of the deal I wanted to purchase. Four days later after no return call I called them again to set up an appointment for the deal and was told the deal was not valid and Angie's List posted the deal without their permission. I was told in order to get the same service I would have to hire them quarterly for $99 per quarter. After a year it would have been double the price of the Angie's list deal. They were polite about the situation but were unwilling to honor the price. I wish someone could have given me this information last week when I called so I would not have had to wait a week to call another company. Make sure before you purchase a deal from them it is still valid otherwise they will not honor the price.

It went well. They came and did what they had to do. They were responsive. They were competitive as far as price. Everything was done to satisfaction.

It was a satisfactory introduction for an inspection he did for our home. It was fine. There's nothing negative and it was all good. They were punctual, straightforward and very informative of what we may or may not have. It was just what I expected and that's why we were happy. They spent at least a good hour or an hour and a half looking at what I was asking for to the purchase of the home and I would recommend them.

The experience wasn't great because we have termites again.
