Description of Work: Greg Evans, Wildlife Technician for the company, removed a bee hive inside a decorative wooden column attached to the front of our house. It was 96 degrees Fahrenheit outside, and Greg was labored for over an hour in his bee-suit. I cannot fathom how he did it: Big shoutout to Greg! Totally professional.

Description of Work: I contacted this provider to investigate what was causing some noises in the roof space. After some investigation, they suspected some rodent activity and laid traps, returning twice weekly to inspect the traps and remove any offenders.

Description of Work: Reviewed various potential entry points, closed them up, set traps in the attic, removed trapped rat(s). Returned when I continued to hear rodents in attic. Invested further found another entry point and secured it. Reset traps and continued to monitor them. Returned twice more and found no more rodents. On last visit they sprayed/fogged attic with disinfectant. At their last service they also left a few traps set in the attic just in case. | |I inspected the traps a few days ago and found one more dead rodent. Description of Work: They did pest control for interior /exterior of my home. I only stopped using their service because of scheduling conflicts. They only come to the Miami area once a week which was usually when I was at work. if that issue could be resolved I'ddefinitelyuse them again.

Description of Work: Had a growing rat problem. They had got in to the house. Chuck from Critter control came over inspected all the possible entry points and pointed them out. They set the traps and came out every other day to check and reset the traps. in the 2 weeks since they started we have eliminated 11 rats and seems to be clear now but left some traps just in case. The cost would have been over $800 for the service but since I am a bit handy I was able to close up some of the entry points my self and they let me do this, which is good. They try to make it easy to do business with them. They do not try to push services you don't need. Now going to place some bait stations outside to get rid of any strays that linger from the neighborhood. That service is $45 for the station and then you set up a service for them to refill the stations monthly or quarterly per visit/station. Chuck is always on time and always calls ahead when he is about to arrive. He is very professional.
