The man that came our explained stuff and was very friendly.

Very professional service. They came out on time, and as promised. The technician was professional and knowledgeable - he explained all the steps. The billing was fair/reasonable. Unfortunately, I think this service provider may have gone out of business. I tried unsuccessfully to reach them repeatedly after they provided the service (and would definitely have used them again if I had any pest control issues).

They were unremarkable. They were just okay. It wasn't anything spectacular. Their price was okay. It was fine. I'm not using them again because I went to another company that uses all natural products. I have nothing against this company, it's just that they don't offer that.

I think it went well? Representative was very professional and knowledgeable. I did not follow him around to see what he did but I'm pretty sure my termite infested ficus trees are doing much better (some I thought were dead are reviving). I have to assume he did the house and that I'm good (I did not have a problem in the house). I did have a palmetto bug problem where I was throwing out 10 bodies a week (at least) he said he could fix that problem too. Not sure what he did (fogged the attic?) but I have seen a big improvement. Maybe I throw out 1-2 bodies a week now if any. So I would recommend them. They did a better job than my monthly exterminator service has done in 14 years!

Robert came over to check out drywood termites in our house. We saw droppings in one of our closets, so we were pretty sure we had them. We had 3 other companies come over for an inspection last week and they all confirmed we had drywood termites. After Robert's inspection, he very bluntly told us "You don't have any active termites. I don't know what the other companies saw, but I went into your attic and there is nothing there". He explained that the droppings we were seeing were embedded in our closet ceiling and when it was windy outside, the droppings get loose and fall down. He could have told us that we had termites and charged us for the service, but he was honest and professional. I recommend the company even though we didn't need to use their service. Robert rocks!

He was on time, came prepared, set up traps and said he would return regularly as needed to resolve the issue. Short of telling the raccoon to go to the trap, he did all he could. Cordial, friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately they used a liquid spray that gave bot my husband and myself a terrible allergy. They were nice, punctual, took their time... ALL GOOD... Except the product was just not for us...

Very good. The person who came to our home was knowlegable and very polite. He took the time to explain things and we are satisfied with their service.

Everything worked out very well. The tech who came out was called Marissa and she did a great job. They did an excellent job. They were very good, the tech was very knowledgeable, she answered my questions and it was good. She came right on time.

I am very delighted in the work performed by Critter Control. Jason kept me informed of the service date and services I was going to receive. He was on time, explained the details superbly, and answered my follow up questions quickly. This is a top notch company!! Thank you Critter Control!!

The scheduler for Critter Control was very polite and efficient. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment and then totally forgot to reschedule it before the coupon expired. :-(

He arrived a few minutes before the appointed time, and waited to knock at the exact time. He is professional and knowledgeable. He explained that we had two different kinds of ants, and that they needed completely different approaches. The small ones would be eliminated with something he put inside the electrical outlets throughout the house. The big ones came from outside, so he sprayed around the house. Six months have passed with no ants, so we are very satisfied.

It was difficult scheduling appointments since they only come to Dade County once a week. Also the price for their service was higher then most companies in Dade County. The service that I really wanted done they wanted to charge me $1600 to do when Dades companies prices were between $850 to $1250.

Very professional from start to finish from time we purchase deal to appointment, service and follow up... Unfortunately, the chemicals used were highly allergic to the whole family and we all got sick from the treatment....

I felt that I got a good service from the rep. They treated the inside and outside based on my concerns. They listened and was very responsive and knowledgeable. I liked the company as a whole and decided to hire them for regular pest control service. So far, I've been very satisfied with my rep and the company.

Initially I saw several cockroaches within a day or so after treatment, but haven't seen much since. I didn't see a lot of reduction in the numbers of smaller ants although the larger one I no longer see.

I made an appointment and the technician came by on that date on time. He was very informative and professional. He did not try to sell me future service which I found to be very nice and explained what would work best for my situation. I will definitely call them again for future service! If you live in Miami though they only come down once a week from Broward so try to plan in advance.

Terminix said we needed to tent to address our termite issues. Critter Control (CC) said they could do it without tenting. CC showed up at least four times to address issue but we still had lots of termite activity. Finally, Critter Control stopped returning our calls and we called in Terminix and they tented and there is no more termite activity. I liked the CC person. Issue is they took on a project that they should not have in hindsight and then stopped returning our calls. Sorry to write a bad review.

I called them to schedule an appointment, and they told me they do not service my area frequently. They said they would call me back at some point to discuss whether or not they would come out to where I was. I never heard back from them. It also was not clear from the beginning that they were far away and may not service my area.

I was very impressed by the service that I received from Critter Control. They were punctual, explained everything in detail, they were polite, clean and very friendly. There were two people that performed the service for me, because one was in training but they were both excellent and knowledgeable. My only regret is that I did not sign up for a plan at the time so I could have them come on a regular basis!

Excellent service and great attention to detail. As part of their home inspection, not only do they identify and explain the problems, they treated the areas and provided good recommendations to resolve the problems.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Critter Control. We have had an on going ant problem since we moved into our house in June 2009. Since they sprayed we have seen no ants in the house (or in the pet food)! I was concerned about the safe and our pets but they assured me it was safe and I have noticed no ill effects in our 4 cats or dog.

They do not return phone calls. I purchased a bigdeal and never heard from them.
