Spoke to owner/operator George in the morning, he arrived on time the same day, gave my an estimate and preformed all repairs also the same day. George's work ethics are amazing, working as if it was in his own home. Conscious, considerate, through, detailed oriented. George took the time to show me proper needed maintence to avoid repairs in the future, how to remove windows for cleaning, screen removal, he also shared/taught his secrets for screen repairing. Promsing to drop off extra parts the next day, George really did! George is a gem, breath of fresh air in this very difficult time to find true customer service.

The owner, George, took my call and arrived shortly afterwards to repair the window. He promptly replaced the handler/box, and gave good advice on how to avoid the same problem happening to other windows. Very fast response, very professional. Would definitely use them again.

George the owner showed up the day after we called, on time. Called ahead to let us know when he was able to come over. Very nice guy and absolute professional. Looked at the sliding door and gave us a quote on the spot and said he had all the parts in the truck to do the whole job. Went to the truck grabbed his tools and parts. Went straight to work. Told us what he was doing and explained how the job gets done right. Did a great job and made it look easy. Pulled everything apart. Replaced the worn parts and added a stainless steel cap over the old aluminum rail. Before we had to lean back and use our body weight to open the door. Now we just use our finger tips. Works so smooth and effortless. He even noticed the fixed side of the sliding door was loose and shaking. He installed a bracket to make it solid. All works great. He said if we have any problems at all, to just call him anytime and he will come out and fix any issues. I doubt that we will have to call him anytime soon. He did a super job and very nice. We will recommend George to all of our friends.

Overall, the gentleman provided a great service. The price initially was more than i expected but he explained to me why it was more. His workmanship is great. He replaced the broken window panels while making sure that he didn't make a mess, and leaving everything clean.

It was fine. He had to come back twice because he didn't have a part but he called both times when he was on his and came back before he said he would. His response was quick and he was professional.

Called Jorge at Complete Window (the owner) after reading his reviews here. He came out within a couple of hours, gave me an estimate and fixed it before the end of the day! He was very professional and did a very good job. Very nice too. I recommend him to anyone.

I called this morning for an estimate. He showed up quickly, gave me an estimate, repaired my windows and was finished an hour and a half later. Same say service! I couldn't have asked for better service than that.

Great service. He came the same day I called. Very professional, replaced all the screens he removed, was careful to not drip lubricant anywhere. All the windows now crank smooth and easy. He even reset all the cranks so they are tucked in by the window in the closed position, so they don't stick out for me to bump them walking by, and the window blinds don't catch on them.

I called Complete Windows to get an estimate. George said that he could be at my house in about an hour and he was. The rate he gave me was a little more than my previous quote but I was impressed by him. He said he'd been in the window repair business since the 70's and that is his only business. Since the window with the broken panes had not opened properly in years, I asked him to look at that also. He immediately spotted the problem and recommended a fix. When he completed the project he called me over to explain what he did and demonstrated that the window would now operate as it should. George is courteous, pleasant, a professional. I am definitely a fan of him and his work.

The owner (George) was prompt and friendly. He lowered the price when I said that the initial estimate was rather costly. The work took approximately an hour. He replaced the window with a "code" approved window and replaced the regulator. The workmanship was great and I would use him again.

They were prompt, did the job quickly, the prices were reasonable, and the job was done within 2 hours. There were no problems at all.

When I called the company, I believe the owner answered. I explained that there had been a burglary the day before, and I needed to replace a broken window as soon as possible. He said he would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. He was. He replaced the broken glass on-site. The window looks as good as new.
