Great job that was done in 2017. Up to now the windows works great. Very professional and takes pride in his work. This is the second time I used him. Was no able to post my comment till now. In 2017 I was still under treatment for Cancer and now have the energy to write a nice review.

I called George for an estimate after reading all of the glowing reviews, and barely an hour later, I had a new window pane. It helped that when I called, George was right down the street, but still, his professionalism and service were unparalleled. George clearly takes a lot of pride in doing what he does with perfection, and he has decades with experience. The window pane that was cracked was more than 40 years old, and he removed and replaced it with the utmost care. Although my repair was a small job, I would certainly use George again for any sort of glass repair project that popped up.

Came over right away to look at the windows and completed the repairs as soon as the parts were in. Fast and efficient.

It is so hard to find someone to fix these old windows, so we were so very happy to find George, who had all the needed parts in his van, so was able to repair it immediately without needing to order any parts. It was a little expensive, but much less than the cost of a new window, and we are so glad to have it sealed up to reduce the noise and keep the cool air inside. He is very much in demand, so was a little late, but wasn't a problem for us. We will definitely call George again if we need a repair.

George came and was very professional. He knew exactly how to repair both windows and did a superb job. Windows needed to be fixed because Hurricane Irma was on its way to South Florida.

Mr. Fuentes is the owner of this company and he personally does all of the work. He was very punctual and completed the whole job in one day. It was a big job because he had to take the window out and repair the frame. He did an excellent job. I was grateful that I had found the best person the job.

George was very prompt in coming by and helped with the clean-up of the glass and took careful measurements so the tempered glass would fit snugly but not too tight. It took about a week to get a plate of glass that size tempered. It was a big enough piece of glass that his son helped him install it. They were super careful and did an excellent job. We were pleased with responsiveness, care and quality.

Excellent! Previously, I was dealing with Sunshine Doors -- the last time the rollers were replaced was 2010, and Carl came and did a more than satisfactory job. I called them again, and someone -- not Carl -- came and said that the door was sliding okay, and there was nothing he could do about the rattling up at the top (which, when it is windy, is so bad that it wakes me up at night!). After reading the reviews on Angie's list, I called George -- he immediately picked up the phone. He came yesterday and DIDN'T take the door off, but replaced the rollers in situ, using stainless steel rollers that he has made especially -- they're non-corrosive, and guaranteed to last about 15 years (even though I live right on the bay)! He fixed the rattling to a fair-thee-well (he said one of the problems was that the door was riding too low)! He adjusted the locking mechanism, and gave me a new handle. The 81" sliding-glass door now opens with one finger! (BTW, he also said that replacing the three-panel door-and-windows wouldn't be advisable, as the doors they are making now are not as good, quality-wise, as my original door.) I gulped when he told me how much it would cost, but it was worth EVERY PENNY! 43 years in the business, licensed (!), and he likes his work -- and a delightful man, to boot. When he was done, I asked him to come down to the office and leave his card -- they asked him if they could copy his license number (he agreed absolutely), and I'm sure that many people in the building will use him, if they have any sense at all!

George came first thing in the morning, made a quick assessment, then said he could fix it right away. He not only fixed the window (replacing the glass pane), but also replaced a missing shoe that had made it impossible to open the window without holding it. His work was excellent and he was polite and professional.

George is the owner and one man show. He is a true artisan and knows his trade. From the moment he came in the door we knew he was the real deal along with being licensed and insured. He repaired my jalousie windows on the spot. He had all the parts needed and completed the job the same day. George was thorough and knew what needed to be done. Jorge was fantastic he is the owner and only employee so he backs up everything he does with his word that if anything goes wrong, call him and he will fix. He has been in business over 40 years and is old school in his approach, which by the way is a forgotten art.

After a nasty break-in, we needed a fast repair of a patio glass impact door. George Fuentes came out same day I called. We talked, measured and I felt very comfortable and at ease in his company. George cleaned the door frame for leftover glass pieces and prepped the door frame for the new glass. A fews after the glass was installed, Again George made sure the site was left clean and orderly. I can only recommend George as a reliable, fast provider with high quality work.

Excellent communications. Called and came to house the same day. Provided estimate that was fair and did the work very well and efficiently. Cleaned up all broken glass and left no glue gunk along sides as previous repair person had. Owner of company did the work and was extremely courteous and professional.

George came out the next day as promised, and within 2/3 hours had it moving almost silently, with the touch of one finger. He replaced the broken wheels with new ones (I had tried to replace these myself a couple of years ago but could not locate the parts). After he had done the work promised, he then threw in a sleeve for the track, which was damaged, and replaced the door handles so that it would lock, with no extra charge. George was very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about his business. He is a true professional, and I would recommend Complete Window Service without hesitation.

I have four sliding glass window panes upstairs in my townhouse that only opened half way and then stuck. I called George and left a message because his service says "repairs". He phoned me back promptly and I explained the problem. He was out the same day and diagnosed the problem immediately. He worked quickly and had all the necessary tools and parts. He was very polite, professional and experienced. My problem was solved and I would recommend him highly to anyone.
